Great customer service but the flower I bought was highly recommended to me so I bought it. Not only does the bud smell like mildew but was packaged 5 months prior to me buying it, in a container that doesn’t even seal that good. They have a huge sign that says rec now available but they only have medical flower. Won’t be back here again. Update. Rolled a joint just to see how it smoked and it taste horrendous. Taste just like mildew.

People are great, the set-up definitely needs a remodel. Need to get processed in, then sit in a waiting room until your name is called then go in a different room to wait in line just to see someone through a window. It's like the bmv but worse.Wyatt was excellent, got me exactly what I was looking for! And than some.Not sure why they need to document every person, ID scan, then a photo of ID. It's legal weed, not a firearm.Overall not horrible, just needs some updates for the rec people.*edit 8/15* A few days after my purchase I went to try the vape I'd gotten and straight out of the box it doesn't work, yes, I've tried everything. So that's $27 down the drain.

I've been inside and used the drive through. Very friendly staff and helpful. I recommend cash. Because of fees ect. They also stop letting people in an hour before closing as of now because busy. First time waited an hour in line. Second time I used the drive thru for online only ordering. What a time to be alive. All in all good experience. And it's local.

I was there for the first time today and I was treated very nice. They're very helpful and they had a good selection. Great prices and great deals. I went in with a walking cane and they got me a chair to sit beside the window So I wouldn't have to stand. A great place.

This is a beautiful location that has the convenience of a drive-through, which is still something very new in this state.I really wanted this location to work out for me however out of the four times that I’ve been here the past three times I’ve just been with disappointment .Out of the four times that I’ve been in this location I have been met with disappointment every single time, and I understand that this isn’t every single person’s experience, however, it was mine.The first time I placed an order online, no problem and went to pick it up through the drive-through only to be told that I needed to come inside to go through their new patient and take process, had I known this I would’ve made sure I had time to do so prior to trying to get through the drive-through And so without an issue, I canceled the order and decided to come back another timeSecond time completed new patient process and purchased a disposable vape which did not work out of the box, and we all know how this goes, no refunds or returns in this industry if the product leaves the store, knowing this and ultimately being the fault of the manufacturer of the vape, I talked it up as a loss and moved onThe third time I tried to place an online order And for some reason, I was not able to choose a pick up time, it was after 7 PM and I’ve read their disclaimer that said orders needed to be in by 7:15 PM Monday through Saturday, To get to this far to get to this information you had to be in the car ready to pay because it’s the last thing that they have you acknowledge, when I called they said that I couldn’t come in because they wouldn’t be able to serve me before their 8 PM closed time, I never want to be the last guy in the door keeping everybody from going home anyway so no worries I chocked it up as a loss and moved onMy most recent interaction today I insured that I was placing an online order before 7 PM, in the cart I was unable to choose a time for pick up or to go through the drive-through, I called the phone number provided to me within the cart and hopes for assistance.The woman that I spoke to over the phone answered pleasantly and politely, yet her tone changed to confused and evolved into annoyed when I explained my situation and requested her assistance, because it was still before 7:15 PMI still took this very moment don’t understand where the disconnect is or why this person was in such disbelief as to what I told them, so I made sure to take a screenshot of the disclaimer that I brought to her attention.The woman tried to tell me that all orders made online needed to be placed by 5:30 PM to ensure that the workers had enough time to get all their orders prepared for the next day, that’s two hours and 30 minutes of time that this location is not taking online orders so that their workers can prepare for the next day. Nowhere in the disclaimer that they ask you to acknowledge the timeframe of 5:30 PM, it clearlystates 7:15 PM Monday through SaturdayAs I said before, I really hope that this location worked out, but I just can’t continue to spend time or energy to be met with disappointment consistently so many times in a row from a location that has people answering the phone that are very willing to disregard customer experience issues and Happily turn them away empty-handed and disappointed. Medication is meant to be readily accessible for patients, especially vet veterans and I do not feel respected at this location.Instead of taking the time that I did online shopping here, I wish that I had just drove home to my hometown dispensary that takes care of me every time without such a hassle even if it’s within 45 minutes of them closing.To the owner of this location, please ensure that your people are educated on your policies and procedures and ensure that your system reflects the same accuracy that your policies state and wording so that if orders are not to be accepted after 5:30 PM or 7:15 PM is that true , so that you don’t have patience relying on you when they shouldn’t be or when they can’t.

100% worth the drive if you aren't close by! I've came late/early for my drive-thru appointment so many times and they're always so sweet and patient with me. There's always something on sale, and I can come here looking like death without worrying about how I will be treated. Seriously such a good group of people at this location.

Ordered online for drive through as a new customer not knowing that I needed to set up a new customer account and have to do so inside , staff was so kind to accommodate the fact I couldn't go inside to do so as my child was in the car, and as a mother whom is alone alot I commend them for going above and beyond to help me and make the process so fast and easy and allowing me to set up the account curbside and have my order dispensed , plus the friendliness is off the charts this dispensary is my new go too so glad I found it. Not to mention the prices are amazing definitely on the cheaper side.

This place is awesome! This was my first experience at an Ohio dispensary. I was guided through every step of the process with such friendly and positive people. Mindy made me a laminated copy of my card. Gavin went through the purchasing process with me and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the medical card structure works to get the best benefits for my condition. I had such a great experience that I went back two days later.I have heard stories from others about long wait times and feeling rushed at other dispensaries. I didn't have to wait with either of my visits and was not rushed. I also felt very safe. I don't have the desire to go anywhere else.Thank you, Verdant Creations!

1st visit was yesterday. I was very impressed. I highly recommend taking a trip here. I had an issue with one of my products. I messaged Verdant and within an hour I received a phone call. The problem was clarified and I was a satisfied customer. We were the only car in the parking lot. I rode with my neighbor that suggested Verdant over Sunnyside. I see why now. Verdant had so much more inventory. The entrance to the pharmacy is very secure. Customer Appreciation at 30% off everything is unbeatable. Cash only for now, which I like better anyway. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and I got to see someone I hadn't seen around in a while. The only thing I dislike is the website. It's so overwhelming. I'm happy there are filters because scrolling through 700+ products is an overwhelming feeling of too many choices almost. I will be going back to visit again.

Amazing Experience!!!!Location: Great location, plenty of parking, right off of I-71 and easy to find.Service: I was greeted immediately as I entered with a friendly hello and smile from the security guard. I spoke with Angie who took the first couple minutes setting up my account as it was my first visit. Angie was very friendly, personable and thorough as she got me signed in and directed my to the back. Angie was the perfect person to start off a positive experience.I had made an order online, so all I had to do was walk back and let them know I made an order online. Tyler pulled up my order and received my products. He worked quickly and efficiently to make sure all of my order was accounted for and it was a very easy and smooth transaction.Product: The product was as advertised. The price online was the same price I paid in store, and was a great deal.Overall I had a great experience and this is where I will be going from now on. Much easier location with plenty of parking compared to the Columbus Dispensaries, Laid back Friendly staff, and great prices. 10/10 have already been telling my friends.

First time was a great experience. Website is easy and I was able to fill out the new patient form on the website. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and the process was easy. It’s cash only but there are ATM’s in the facility. And you can use the drive thru after your first in-person visit! I will definitely be back and highly recommend. Can’t wait to see what business moves into the space next door.
