Use to be the best place and staff was great. Ever since ohio went recreational, now the lines and wait are too long with ppl who have no clue what they want. They don't have enough staff to make purchasing easier. And the newbies make process horrible. I try and come less now.

They always have some kind of technical issues or have absolutely no idea who was there. They always are unorganized, don't ever have anything prepared and don't have good customer service. I DO NOT recommend this dispensary. Especially if you are in a rush on time. I've never seen the same workers twice. This needs to be taken care of or they will lose good customers

I've been to dozens of dispensaries in OH, MI, IL, MO, WA, and NM, and this is by far the worst.My experience after 4 visits: Slowest and least friendly service, with the least knowledgeable employees, and the most expensive product.You will have to wait at least 20 minutes just to be taken to the back, but probably longer, your budtender will not be able to make any recommendations on product, your online order will not have been prepared, what you ordered might be out, what they suggest instead will be more expensive than what you ordered, you will be treated like serving you is a chore, and then you will leave less happy than when you walked in.I recommend ELEVATED GROWTH on High Cross Blvd. It's not far from Trulieve and is infinitely better in terms of both price and service.This dispensary is seriously a disaster in every way.

Would give 0 stars if I could just based off of customer service. Products are actually ok, overpriced but that’s understandable with the changes going on. Mind you we arrived 10 minutes before they closed so i definitely understand them being annoyed and rushing as anybody would be. But we were told over and over “to hurry up” and “come on” by their security when walking up to the door. Then they acted like they didn’t want to serve us because we didn’t do an online order but proceeded to say even with an online order you still have to go to back? Also whilst being in the back the employees back there were rushing everyone while asking questions like “do you know the manufacturer of the product” amongst other random questions. You would think if they were in such a rush they would just hurry up and give you the product……Employees were talking bad about customers while other customers were present. Just completely unprofessional all around.

Excellent experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I wish customer service was this way everywhere!Note: They prioritize medical patients over recreational customers. So if you have to wait in line, that is why. If you want to minimize your wait time, order ahead online. Also, waiting has only been an issue since recreational became possible. They now need a larger parking lot. 😂

I understand they are new but waiting hours outside. People didn’t seem to have any control over the facility. Because it’s new to Ohio I’m sure people don’t understand how terrible this spot is .go to any other state the dispensary operate much better .must take the greed out of it and get a facility and a staff to handle the numbers of people that you’re trying to serve . Do way better run it like a business not like a bunch of confused stoners. It makes the industry look bad

One of the better, in my opinion, best dispensary experiences offered in Columbus.I never have to wait, they are genuinely polite and helpful staff, and they have decent prices for Ohio, especially if you shop the sales.Two thumbs up.

Front desk person was sour and unfriendly. Did not provide clear information or instruction, and it was my first time at this facility. Seemed entirely disinterested, which is insane because there are SO MANY PEOPLE who would LOVE TO work in the cannabis industry, myself included. Lines of people are vying for the job this guy is completely detached from.Keith from the back redeemed my visit though, he was super personable and friendly, recommending sale items and being extremely awesome during my visit. This dude was great at his job.I hope front desk guys day gets better, and that he has better days to come.

The people are great, but the minimal selection of concentrates available has made it so that I only go when I don’t have time to drive further away.Would be my go to place if they had a better selection with the deals to go with it.Update: at this point, I just make sure I have time to make the drive elsewhere or I go without until I do. The selection started to get better for a few weeks, but they are back to only high-priced items.

I love this place and the people. They're awesome. I only have have one grievance. I came in yesterday and purchased two 1.5 gram vessels of diamonds and sauce. When I got home I was sad to see that the person that put them in the bag put them on their side instead of the way the arrows indicate (which are facing up). Needless to say, my product leaked out and obviously it was wasted. Please let the people that work there know that not all concentrates are the same and that some products have specific ways of handling. Of course it was an honest mistake. No judgment or bitterness. Please understand that I spend a lot of money here and I just want to get what I pay for.

Trulieve has become my go-to dispensary. It's my understanding that they might not have the best reputation in some other states, but all I can really remark on is my own experience. And my own experience has been top notch each visit.At first I was just happy to have a dispensary I wouldn't have to drive twenty minutes for. But their product, their service, and their staff have been exemplary. The only time I've had to wait more than five minutes was the day they opened, and even then I was in and out in twenty minutes, including paperwork.While I haven't done a lot of detailed comparison, but their prices feel on-par with the other dispensaries in the area (which is to say, high, just no higher than anywhere else in Columbus).I am happy to have them nearby.

Centrally located in Lewis Center. My first visit was quick, it took about five minutes to register as a new patient. I placed an online order and didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes to pick it up once I arrived at the dispensary! It took less than an hour from the time I placed the order online to when I actually had product in hand. Staff was polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Good deals. Service started out good (slower then most dispensaries but new so okay) however it now seems like they’re having staffing issues. Literally everytime I go (6th visit today) wait gets longer and longer. This morning was well over an hour wait with pre-order. When I walked out it was closer to 2 hr wait. I’m driving from 2 miles from dispensary to downtown to pick up. Please realize you’re the only north side dispensary and get staffed - as more people find out you’re open it’s only going to busier …..everyone in lobby was very annoyed, I wasn’t the only one who walked out.
