Love Sunnyside but when you list your hours til 9, people that have placed a order before the 30 minute deadline should be able to walkin until 9 pm or whatever closing time you have stated. If you lock your doors at 830 you close at 830. Door should be open for people to still recover there item if they ordered before the 30 minute dead line. Got there 3 mins after 830 and doors were locked. That's 27 minutes your still "open" but door are locked.

Most of the people that work there are nice. One of them takes up to 10 minutes to wait on one person because he talks and talks …stops putting stickers on the stuff to talk more. So if you’re in a hurry do not go yet. Just wait because the line can take forever. I’m not saying rush but my goodness can we meet in the middle.? Another dude is very unapproachable. Looks at you like your stupid. Acts like he would rather be in hell or something. But the other place is more expensive and you risk your life pulling in and out of their lot. I still choose sunny just wish the experience was a little better.

My ID does not expire until next year. I drove from Hubbard bc they were having a good sale stopped at east Liverpool on my way there had no problems but this place was rude and tried to tell me my license was illegal bc I didn’t change my address. I really want to speak to higher management but they refused to give me the phone number. As long as the ID number in the system is the same as your ID number it’s them choosing not to accept it. She was the rudest person ever. And when I tried to ask for the phone number at the front desk she came running up interrupting so I couldn’t even hear what the guy was saying. I had a $400 order sitting there.

The staff at Sunnyside was polite but when I tried the product that evening, it didn't seem to be very potent at all. I had to take 8x my usual dosage. It also tasted strange. I was examining the bottle and noticed the expiration date was 8/7. I purchased the tincture on 7/29. I reached out to Sunnyside's support online and the woman I emailed was great. She apologized for my experience and contacted Wintersville to reach out to me and resolve the situation. Wintersville did reach out but the woman I spoke to, while polite, did not seem to listen to what I was saying at all. I told her about the lack of potency and the expiration date and she basically just said sorry, I can't do anything. Do yourself a favor and go to Ohio Valley Natural Relief. The staff is amazing and their product quality is top notch.

We had to change a few things. Nicole and Val really went above and beyond. All the workers do. Since I’ve started the program I’ve only gone to Sunnyside. I wouldn’t go elsewhere. I was really impressed at the selection they had here.The staff was really nice, the only downfall, is that they don't offer curbside assistance unless you're disabled, which makes it hard for people who have children. I wish they could be a little more accommodating for instances like that. If it wasn't for that, I would have rated 5 stars.

I was so excited to visit here as it was My very first visit with Sunnyside as its a little further away for me. But I was eager to give it a shot! The woman working the front desk was beyond rude and inconsiderate! I work in customer service in a very similar feild and would NEVER talk to a customer let alone human being the way she addressed me. There was apparently an "issue" on my doctors end (which 2 other dispensarys have had no issues with my card) and she began to treat me like a criminal or some lesser being. I will NEVER be back to this dispensary. Not even if it was the last dispensary in the state !!

Love Sunnyside but when you list your hours til 9, people that have placed a order before the 30 minute deadline should be able to walkin until 9 pm or whatever closing time you have stated. If you lock your doors at 830 you close at 830. Door should be open for people to still recover there item if they ordered before the 30 minute dead line. Got there 3 mins after 830 and doors were locked. That's 27 minutes your still "open" but door are locked.

Most of the people that work there are nice. One of them takes up to 10 minutes to wait on one person because he talks and talks …stops putting stickers on the stuff to talk more. So if you’re in a hurry do not go yet. Just wait because the line can take forever. I’m not saying rush but my goodness can we meet in the middle.? Another dude is very unapproachable. Looks at you like your stupid. Acts like he would rather be in hell or something. But the other place is more expensive and you risk your life pulling in and out of their lot. I still choose sunny just wish the experience was a little better.

I really want to speak to higher management but they refused to give me the phone number. As long as the ID number in the system is the same as your ID number it’s them choosing not to accept it. She was the rudest person ever. And when I tried to ask for the phone number at the front desk she came running up interrupting so I couldn’t even hear what the guy was saying. I had a $400 order sitting there.

I was examining the bottle and noticed the expiration date was 8/7. I purchased the tincture on 7/29. I reached out to Sunnyside's support online and the woman I emailed was great. She apologized for my experience and contacted Wintersville to reach out to me and resolve the situation. Wintersville did reach out but the woman I spoke to, while polite, did not seem to listen to what I was saying at all. I told her about the lack of potency and the expiration date and she basically just said sorry, I can't do anything. Do yourself a favor and go to Ohio Valley Natural Relief. The staff is amazing and their product quality is top notch.

I was so excited to visit here as it was My very first visit with Sunnyside as its a little further away for me. But I was eager to give it a shot! The woman working the front desk was beyond rude and inconsiderate! I work in customer service in a very similar feild and would NEVER talk to a customer let alone human being the way she addressed me. There was apparently an "issue" on my doctors end (which 2 other dispensarys have had no issues with my card) and she began to treat me like a criminal or some lesser being. I will NEVER be back to this dispensary. Not even if it was the last dispensary in the state !!
