SALINAS, Calif. (KION-TV)- A vacant building on South Main Street could look a lot different.
Salinas City Councilman Steve McShane announced on social media that they are looking for community feedback for a cannabis dispensary that will be located in South Salinas.
McShane said the city’s Planning Commission will be discussing the proposal during their meeting on April 3 at 4 p.m.
The dispensary would be built at the old Legacy Furniture store across the street from the Star Market Shopping Center on South Main Street.
McShane shared that people and businesses who live within 300 feet of the location would be notified.
