Nice to have a dispensary nearby but they constantly adjust the prices of their product so that they can put it on... "sale" for the same price or even more expensive. One day a product will be 40 bucks (still above average) and then the next it will be 50 with a 20% off sale. As a regular customer I don't appreciate how it feels like the owners can trick consumers. Do your homework and make sure that what you're buying isn't priced way higher than competitors or themselves the day before.read more

Jade and Tyler at the front desk were extremely helpful! I saw a deal online for 3 carts for $49 but they only had two... in stock. When I arrived Jade let me know that they actually did have more in overstock so I would be able to get the deal. I was very happy this basically gets me a free cart because they are $25 a piece. When I got to the clerk he went to the back to check for the extra in overstock. He was told that there was none. I was disappointed so on my way out I mentioned to Jade they actually didnt have any in overstock. She said that was incorrect and got the situation handled for me. The worker in the back Taylor, whoseemed to be the manager, came out and we had to redo the sale. She was kind enough but seemed pretty upset and said they normally wouldnt do this kind of thing (she then proceeded to go up front and tell them that they were wrong for putting the patient first basically, which was awkward to hear). Jade ended up getting me a dollar off in total after tax, and a free cart. Thank you very much Jade and Tyler. I figured this must have been a deal only for the front stock and that was what the issue but I checked later that day and they restocked the shelf and the deal was still going on. That was the moment I decided to leave this review. I can understand miscommunication in a company about when a sale is ending but why no one wanted to provide the patient with a great deal thats will keep them coming back (other than Tyler and Jade) when that deal was going to continue after shelves were stocked confuses me. It seems to come down to Taylor the Manager or the back workersjust not wanting me to get the deal from laziness or im not sure what exactly but that hurts. One last time I want to Thank the front desk workers, Jade andTyler, for putting the patient first. I will be back because of their excellent customer service!read more

After being taken to the back, The staff were very polite and patient with me as I asked a million questions about the products they offer and tried to decide what would best suit my personal needs overall. They were very knowledgeable and spot on with what to expect with the products I received. This is the worst ohio dispensary that I have been to so far. The couple people up front couldn't shut up long enough... and stop laughing and joking to actually conduct business in a professional manner, And then when I got to the back and asked to see a list of product, The guy gives me a week old print out where the pricing was completely different in the first three things I asked about they were out of. Once I found a few items that I actually thought I wanted, when he told me the price I about fell over.... Obviously all the pricing was a week old and my bill was almost two hundred dollars more than what I had expected so, I cancelled all of my transaction. This is the highest priced dispensary I have been to in any state so far!! All of their competition is priced better!!read more
