I've seen better places on 7 Mile up in Detroit there's so many things I can say they have a lot of areas that might confuse a lot of people on the website that says you can pay with cash or debit but they don't tell you they up charge you for an ATM fee they don't have a tapped n pay, i watched this one bounce back from computer computer helping two customers at one time while the people in the back could even get orders correct definitely look like Amateur hour i would not recommend unless it's your last resort

They did away with their curbside, people need that especially when you're a medical patient and can't get out/in car well. They don't have very many reputable products. They have staff that don't seem knowledgeable. Staff are also very flat amd not inviting amd seem to be upset that they have to help you. Check in person isn't very nice I'm not sure who she is so I can't name her but she wears a lot of eye liner amd doesn't seem to like people 🙁 it's not clean in there amd gives you the vibe of a parts store. Idk not my ideal place to go if I had to pick.

Outside looks like a shot from a post-apocalyptic movie, and inside is comparable to an unfinished basement. I bought 2 carts and a half oz, NONE of which were worth the money. I'm a fairly seasoned user, but chances of feeling any effects are like... 1 in 5. Just a waste of money and gas.

I’ve had a good experience each time I’ve visited. I’ve also noticed improvements inside the dispensary over the past couple months. They do deserve a better building/location but that’s no fault of the employees. I usually order online for the deals and I don’t require much help. The staff has always been friendly and the service has always been quick when I’ve been there. I’ve only visited one other dispensary in Ohio but this is my go to location so far. Thank yall for everything!

This has been my go to dispo since the legalization and start of public sales. I love the deals they have and the quality products they provide. However, the efficiency of service is average at best. When they are busy, you are better off not even going. Currently sitting in the lobby and it’s been 44 minutes waiting to be called back. I placed an online order before I arrived and it has no benefit. They take you back in the order you arrive to the store which is very inefficient. People go back and have no idea what they even want and make everyone who has placed orders wait forever. There needs to be a change in the way orders and customers are processed. Online orders should have priority because you are in and out, while walk-ins should have to wait. Which will also incentivize online orders. I will never come back here if the parking lot isn’t empty. This is actually absurd.

If I could write the staff each and everyone deserves five stars but if I could give honest review about the company and the location I give a one star. I've been to many dispensaries in Butler county and this one is by far probably the worst one I've ever been into. There's no heat in the lobby or music it is very run down. When you have older people coming in and it is extremely cold outside I don't think it is appropriate that a portable heater is being used to keep staff and customers warm and it's not even doing the job it is extremely cold in the lobby to the point you better come dressed warm and I have never been in an establishment where space heaters are being used to heat it. Makes you wonder if it even has AC for the summertime when it gets extremely hot. It's in one of the ugliest locations in Oxford next to a convenience store that has stolen money off my credit card when using it after purchasing items from here. So I highly recommend if you are considering using the food Mart next door to pure iconic you only bring cash. There is no curbside pickup they have sales but not like they used to to compete with consume. What keeps me coming back is honestly the workers in the back they are very good people and they tried to do with what they are given. I hope the owners of your iconic really take the reviews into account and move this location into a building of either a it's own or a nicer building that would attract customers to return it isn't very welcoming there's really no way to know it's even a dispensary and they open an hour later than any other dispensary so I feel like someone should take into consideration that maybe the hours need to be updated so that they can compete with sales from other locations hope the honest review helps and is able to help improvement.

Beware when you make a online purchase this store often times will not have the item(s) in stock although their website says they do. You won't find out until you drive there and wait in line just to be told they're out of stock on your order. They told me my order was probably stolen then laughed about it. Never even offered a apology. I have dealt with many dispensaries across the Cincinnati area this one is by far the worst. Take your money to a professional dispensary not this place.

They really need more people working. We were there over an hour waiting to go back. The girl at the front desk was new and had a lot of issues registering a new patient. The patient worked at another dispensary and was telling her how to get her registered, which is crazy because someone who actually worked there should have been helping her. I drove 40 minutes this morning to be greeted by a guy standing outside the store in the rain telling customers that the store was closed because not enough people showed up for work. I waited about 15 minutes only to be told that the store wouldn't open until 11:30 to 12. Honestly. Are you people trying to play into every stereotype of marijuana smokers (undependable slackers.) If so, well done! It's no secret that this dispensary has had issues in the past. If you can't handle the business from medical users, how in the heck do you think you can remotely handle it with recreational on top of that? I'm sure Consume Oxford appreciated the business you have lost. Seriously - do better! PS having friends of the dispensary leave multiple positive reviews because you got 1 bad one on a day you DESERVED to get the bad review is obvious and pathetic. No one has reviewed you for weeks and suddenly everyone says you're awesome? Classless attempt to increase your score. Maybe you should turn your focus onto how to run a business professionally.

The 1# place in southern Ohio. I save 40$ or more on an ounce a vape. It’s crazy cheap. Girl that runs the front is super cool and so is the manager. That kid from Cali really knows his stuff too No frills so you Apple Store wannabes won’t like it but if you want great price and selection, this is the place to go. I personally feel more at home at a place like this. They keep this up and they will be around a long time

Much like Consume Oxford, this dispensary offers amazing weekly deals that certainly compete with Consume's weekly deals. Almost daily 30% off deal categories with rotating 30% off vendor deals. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and I almost never have much of a wait here. I recommend checking out this dispensary if you have your med card, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
