I’m so tired of you places not having the right stuff on the site. I just spent $42 on some rhythm flower that on the... website said was 44% THC only reason I drove 40 minutes to get it. It’s only 21%. it’s wrong on the website. Their nuts $42 it’s not worth near that for 21% thc I come here again three guys at the desk three people working in the back between six people not one of them could get it right. I literally just got ripped off And paid sky high overpriced for some below, average stuff. Thanks for the bummer weekend. I gave it to buddy. It ain’t even worth me smoking that trash.read more

Only 2 customers waiting and a staff of 4 in the reception area. Sounds good, right? You would think so, except these employees have forgotten what business they are in... customer service. I stood there in the waiting area, the only customer now, while the employees had a 10 minute conversation about the one guy almost burning his house down (I think with growing equipment). When the conversation finally wound down, the other guy looks at me and says "I guess I can take you back now". I said "that's ok, go back and finish your conversation" and I walked out. There is competition in this business now, we don't have to go somewhere that acts like they're doing us a favor by serving us. I can go someplace else. You should too.read more

The one that kept coming up was Shangri-La and it’s awesome that they have 2 locations right near my job. Trevor C met me at the front desk, helped me get setup, even printed my card out so I could use the drive thru if I choose. He answered my questions and helped me understand differences because some of it is new. The environment is so calming and they don’t rush you out either. I love that they take the time with their patients because of my anxiety the worst thing to do with me is rush and push me out the door. Thank you Trevor!read more

The waiting room is really spacious and esthetically pleasing. The staff communicates really well between the front and back, and is really friendly. The dispensary floor is gorgeous! I also like that they give you a reminder card of how many days you have left and when the next reset date is. My new preferred location when I want to pickup quickly. Only downside is I don't see much flower in quantities larger than 5.66g. It'd be nice to see more 14/28g options.read more

Columbia Care, you get greeted at the door by a security guard, you can’t even walk in until he opens the door. The younger guard isn’t very welcoming. The lobby isn’t very comfortable since the seats are plastic and hurt. My experience with Shangri La was so much different and so much better. Also, the quality and price of the product seems to be much better than Columbia Care too.Not to mention, Shangri La having drive thru service is amazing!read more

I got to place my first drive thru order today, and made the short drive to the Superstore. Abby was my bud tender and... she was super helpful in making sure my order was right, and their discounts were applied. I always get vapes and flower, so I took advantage of a sale they had on both. Abby answered any questions I had about products I was interested in, and was happy to share her experiences with me. The entire process and staff here is amazing! Their inventory and prices are some of the best in the program in the Cincinnati area! The chairs are cushioned and comfortable.Between all of the artwork and all of the displays, the setup is amazing!My experience in the back was with MC, and she’s so kind and sweet! She was so welcoming and so pleasant to talk to! Definitely will return!I previously was a Columbia Care customer. Columbia Care, you get greeted at the door by a security guard, you can’t even walk in until he opens the door. The younger guard isn’t very welcoming. The lobby isn’t very comfortable since the seats are plastic and hurt. My experience with Shangri La was so much different and so much better. Also, the quality and price of the product seems to be much better than Columbia Care too.Not to mention, Shangri La having drive thru service is amazing!read more

They were doing great until they decided to not post the correct hours. And have me stand outside, feeling like an... addict/crazy person.Online it says patients must be checked in by 5:15 and I was there by 4:45 which I know is close and on me. However They need to have a phone number or something posted. No contact with patients is not OK and does not work.
