I highly recommend this location. I go there to get my autistic son's medicine and everyone is fantastic. I've never had a long wait, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can order ahead to expedite the process even further. They have frequent sales so you can save a decent amount of money if you time it right.

I’ve never visited a dispensary in my life before. So this experience was new to me. I walk in and they ID me; to be expected, and then I fill out a paper with some information and sit down with a buzzer like a restaurant. Once it buzzed, I walked through a door, it was a sealed hallway about 8-10 ft long. At the end was another door I walked through that took me into the room with the people helping customers. They had tablets with more options of products then I was able to comprehend. After scrolling for a moment; I just went with the staff pick. A hybrid 25% as I was there for recreational. I was pleased with the outcome of the product, the experience, and will be returning.

Price increases keep me from coming back. When this place had $60 to $80 half ounces I would come here every month. The new prices of $125 or more halves has priced me out of my meds.I won't be coming back until they carry products I can afford.Have also doubled the price of carts so my second affordable option is gone. I feel like they are making med patients pay higher prices to offset the cost of the recreational launch and its not fair to patients.

Place is nice and the people are very nice, but the prices are insane. Charging more then street value is getting a little carried away. I can buy 2.83 grams there for $55, or I can buy the 3.5 grams of the same stuff on the streets for $30. Pretty easy choice.

After I was helped through picking what sorta items I wanted (Thanks Dustin!) ended up having to spend 10+ minutes getting one of my cards to go thru since I recently had gotten new ones (Thanks again for your patience Dustin, sorry). Once i got to purchase my order, Danielle was the clerk to check me out, and she started showing me all the deals that uplift was offering! So of course i was interested! She welcomed me inside provided me with the paperwork and answered my questions with knowledge and respect. This was also while working with other patients as well as product sales representatives in the lobby yet within 8 minutes I was picking up my order! Definitely my new favorite medical dispensary in town. Highlights I noticed were their well staffed back room, knowledgeable bud-tenders, specifically Kristen who helped me with my pickup order and was very helpful about all of their products. They actually pre-pack and hold your pickup order for two hours. The intake process was super fast, one piece of paper and only the info that is required. Currently they accept cash (ATM in the back) and Spendr payments and are working on debit as well. They do have an armed guard on property for security, and he was very friendly. A sincere thank you for opening a top-notch professional medical cannabis dispensary in greater Cincinnati!

I have visited all the dispensaries in this Cincinnati area and Uplift was the fastest, the most convenient to me, great prices, and had the most well-trained staff/process I've seen so far. Everything runs smoothly from entry to exit. Everyone is very professional and caring, especially Ashley, who went above and beyond for me. Uplift is a fine example of how all dispensaries should be.On a side note, I was worried about the small parking lot and waiting room, but people move through quickly so there’s hardly any wait.

New dispensary!! It's a nice little place. *It could be bigger. Most the dispensaries are smaller than they should be. They set up my new account very quickly. My online order was ready to go. I was able to grab and go! I love that they use Spendr app.

I love this Uplift location. It is close to home which is important with fuel prices. Above that the staff are so friendly and helpful. I never have to wait for my order. By the time I get checked in, I'm usually headed back to pick up in just a few minutes. Also they seem to always have the products I need in stock. Thank you so much. 💓

The staff was super nice! My first time in, and I was out between 5-10 minutes. It’s nice to be able to use the Spendr app too! You earn rewards and the payment is easy at the register.

I must say that of several dispensaries I have registered and purchased my products at, that Uplift in Milford, Ohio is by far the best around! It started with being greeted at the door by Chelsea. She welcomed me inside provided me with the paperwork and answered my questions with knowledge and respect. This was also while working with other patients as well as product sales representatives in the lobby yet within 8 minutes I was picking up my order! The entire process, the staff and inventory are second to none! Thanks for opening up close to me!

Definitely my new favorite medical dispensary in town. Highlights I noticed were their well staffed back room, knowledgeable bud-tenders, specifically Kristen who helped me with my pickup order and was very helpful about all of their products. They actually pre-pack and hold your pickup order for two hours. The intake process was super fast, one piece of paper and only the info that is required. Currently they accept cash (ATM in the back) and Spendr payments and are working on debit as well. They do have an armed guard on property for security, and he was very friendly. A sincere thank you for opening a top-notch professional medical cannabis dispensary in greater Cincinnati!

This dispensary is one of the best that I have been too. When going in and having to fill out new patient information it was super easy to do. I love the system of buzzer to know when it’s your turn. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Overall it’s just a great place. It’s also a added bonus they have great greenery for decor

I was so happy to hear that there was a new place in Milford, and this place absolutely wowed me in every aspect. I have visited all the dispensaries in this Cincinnati area and Uplift was the fastest, the most convenient to me, great prices, and had the most well-trained staff/process I've seen so far. I also got literally the best product I have ever had from any of my dispensaries, at Uplift. Products here that I've never seen before. Trinity was also great, she was super professional and knowledgeable. I'll definitely choose Uplift for my needs in the future!

Ever notice how most places have the smaller portions with the higher THC % but then the half bags and bags would be like 15% tops (not the 28% like the 2.83 or 5.66)...NOT HERE...same high % in the bigger bags and Trinity was great answering all my questions
