This dispensary is closest to my house , I had stopped going there because When they first opened there were hiccups but I believe they have changed their team around a bit . They’re A lot more pleasant , The Manager lady always keeps me updated when I come on the sales for that day . Big turn around ! They have the best esthetic in the city so I’m glad the attitudes match ❤️

Awesome place. Great product with affordable prices. Absolutely wonderful staff. The staff is so knowledgeable,funny and convincing. The location is conveniently located off the expressway. Can't lose here.

Website was down, phones were down, social media posts were confusing. No help at all. Idk who the lady was that was micromanaging everyone but Jesus Christ everyone there seemed miserable. Prices were kinda high. Location is weird. The place was CUTE but... are y'all really gonna rely on face value?Be better. Upper management needs to get it together and work on actually building a reputable establishment. Stop leaning on being "woman, minority, veteran owned", means nothing if you're providing mediocre service at best. And thats coming from a MINORITY. I was really expecting this to be a revolutionary business that would break the corporate mold of the cannabis industry.

I was going to this specific dispensary every other day . Made myself a regular. I noticed the hours for the establishment had decreased . Making them open at 10 am instead of 8 am which was very convenient . I own my own business , have a team of interested bartenders looking for work , and we create our own hours so I asked if they needed staff & they said yes . I spoke to the only African American lady I saw and asked her for the application . I filled it out , went online & did the test . Brought the application back and gave it specifically to the to that woman and ever since she has been avoiding me. Very weird energy like she wants to be the only African American employed there .I call atleast two times per day to ask if I can speak to a hiring manager , I get the run around . It’s been about two weeks now. They say they’ll let her know all of my information and pass it on to the Manager , but they say this Twice per day and I have yet to be contacted by anyone . I’ve even told them that if they’re not interested I would love to know so I could move forward with my search . Made me uncomfortable working or sending any of our bartenders there to apply. And I have honestly not shopped there since I applied . I don’t know what it is about me that made them just ignore me daily as if I dont exsist . Hurt my feelings being that I became a regular . I would never send my friends to shop there, nor apply to work . Very sketchy people .

Omg this place is so sweet! They have the smell jars out unlike any one else since the pandemic! The inside is SUPER comfy and cool. They have ongoing deals and some of their own unique branded products. Check it out for sure. I know I'll be back!

Came here with some friends who wanted the experience and I will say this place was very clean, staff is extremely knowledgeable, I learned so much. The staff is personable and friendly. They even have a drive thru for your convince. You better check it out!

I bet all the one star review people wanted free stuff. This place is stellar the staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and I've never ever been upsold or had any pressure against getting anything other than what I ordered online. Also the prices are more than great.

Visited Saphyre Dispensary for the first time. The staff were VERY knowledgeable about its product (believe me I put them to the test)! Loved the staffs customer service.....very friendly! If you want a quality product along with a friendly staff this is the place!!!

It's honestly surprising that this place is allowed to operate under the guise of a reputable dispensary. It's clear that they view their customers as mere walking dollar signs rather than individuals seeking a quality experience. It seemed as though they had zero interest in helping customers or even acknowledging their presence. Don't be fooled by their flashy advertising; the value you'll get for your hard-earned money is abysmal. There are countless better dispensaries out there that value their customers and offer exceptional products.
