The web site is terrible. Takes way to long to upload.The worst thing is there is a guy there who always rounds up total. It is illegal to charge more than total of receipt!! If you need to pad your pocket maybe employees need a raise!Get money legally, not stealing from customers..

I enjoyed this place at first but today they messed up my order and discount that was supposed to be applied. Over charged me by $40 because it “forces” the best discount. It was a mix and match buy two half ounce get them both off 20% but I didn’t choose that deal. I chose the 30% off Friday deal but got 2 half ounces that were both marked 30% off. She gave me the mix and match deal and when I corrected them. They fixed it after some arguing with the African American lady. But then didn’t do math right and shorted me $20. I didn’t feel like arguing anymore and decided to just let it be. You can have the $20 but you lost my business

They say first impressions are everything and I had a great first visit. The check in process was easy and making my selection and purchase was simple and pain free. I felt very welcomed from the start.My budtender was so helpful and seemed excited about the facility, what it had to offer and the future there. Her energy and passion in turn made me happy to have chosen The Forest not just because they carried the brand of medicine i was interested in, but because I knew I was getting to work with someone who cared.As someone who also has high social anxiety I can't overstate how satisfied I was with my experience here and how the personalities i encountered put me right at ease here. I did come at a low traffic time and was in and out in less than 15 minutes If I recall.Here's to future visits!

I find that the product is more expensive but I have always came here despite the price because of the professional at this facility. Today the computer system glitched and said that my registration was expired. I was very frustrated that I had to call my Dr to clear up that everything was valid. The guys at the desk apologized that I was misinformed and quickly got me back, they knew I was upset about all the confusion and offered a discount for my inconvenience. Thank you to the employees that helped remedy this situation. Forest please run regular updates on your software to prevent issues like this in the future.

The Forest used to be a great dispensary to visit. The constant price changes along with the complete lack of communication about these changes makes ordering at The Forest an annoying process most of the time. Order something online and get told one price? Get ready to pay something completely different when you actually get to the store. Prices have also increased recently, to higher than they are at other local spots. Used to love this place but other dispensaries do it better AND cheaper. Don't give this company your business until they get it figured out.The people that work at this location are great! None of this is anything they can control but I cannot justify spending money here while the corporate office has zero regard for their customers.

Started frequenting this place. Went through drive through one day and out of nowhere I need proof of residency again. I oblige replaced my order, drove and printed proof of residency. When I got back I decided I would behave like nothing happened. I went in gave my id and card and was taken to the back immediately. I brought this to the store managers attention but he was obviously not listening and kept repeating that it is state law and policy. But refused to understand how that couldn't be correct cause I just got back without it. 1 of 2 things is true imo. They're making things up as they go along, or somebody is not following the rules every time. It's not my job as the consumer and patient to anticipate the behavior and policies your employees may or may not uphold on any given day. To be clear I have no issue following policy or state law. I have issue with you changing regulations on your own whim.

Do not bother expecting correct change. They round up your total to the next dollar, and do not offer any incentive for doing so. There are plenty of dispensaries offering change. I do not like a the icky feeling of a huge MSO taking additional profit from patients due to laziness on accounting, or hire talented budtenders you trust to run a till correctly. Do right by your patients, Standard Wellness. I'm sure you can figure it out if everyone else in the program has.

It's been awhile since I've been able to give a 5 star review (uplift Milford is the only other 5 star rating...this place is great. They stand behind their products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee...yeah yeah we've heard that before right. only to get to the counter and get a paper with a bunch of email contacts then it takes another month to get your $$ returned via mailed gift card....NOT HERE it is what it says 100% or bring it back (leaks,clogging etc) and they correct it immediately. That's customer service. I'm new to the community yet they all pretty much address me and others by name...they have informative, knowledgeable and super friendly staff.... highly recommend!

I have only been to The Forest a few times. All I can say is they are the most friendliest, helpful and patient bunch of people I have ever met. If you haven't been there. I recommend you go at least once and see for yourself.

I was completely new to the dispensary and the entire staff here made this a wonderful experience! I could really feel the attentiveness of the staff as I was explaining my needs and goals. Bill, Jeremy and Josh really made this a personal experience and took their time in helping me get what I need! Definitely passes vibe check, this will be the home dispensary for me from now on!

Be cool to get help instead of having your employees at the desk sit on their phones.Edit: why flex the drive through if you have “slots” to select, they’re consistently taken, and it’s empty half the time anyways? Employees turn you away from a completely empty and open drive through without an online order - yet you can’t make one because there’s no time slots available!Come on, Be better.
