Mere words can not express how much of a wonderful experience I had at The Citizen by clutch. I recently got my medical Marijuana card and the Citizen was my first stop, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful every single one of them. The Citizen by klutch will always be my dispensary of choice, they definitely earned a new and loyal client. Fantastic job everyone.

Would rate 6 stars if I could. The customer service is excellent and consistent. It's almost a shame how efficient they are, as the employees and store experience make you want to stick around longer than you'd ever need to. And yet, somehow, prices are the most reasonable around.

The environment here is wonderful. It feels like a bar but for cannabis. The staff is very friendly and they can answer any questions for you. In the back there are interactive learning kiosks you can use. And they have a points reward system. I was in and out which is my favorite thing. Always great deals. Must try them.

Love The Citizen! New facility, well kept and great vibe. The staff is fantastic, my personal favorite is Don, he reminds me of my long lost hippie uncle. Great selection, great prices, always in and out super quick. I've stopped going to any other dispensary in the area.The ONLY downside I have found is parking is kind of tricky. They have back in only spots outside the store and a lot somewhere very nearby, but I haven't found it yet. This isn't a negative towards the shop, they've given me a map and assisted before, I just get overwhelmed by one way streets in Canton and go with the path of least resistance.10/10 highly recommend!

Arriving to this dispensary i was met with a relaxed,calm, clean and happy front room where they check you in and get all your info. I was greeted quickly and a little paperwork was done. Then i was taken into another room to begin my adventure in learning what products would best help me. The gentleman showed me to the kiosk then another employee took over. Both employees were extremely knowledgeable about all their products. The young lady helped me through ordering and took all the time and patience with me. I was shown compassion, respect and care. I will definitely be returning. I was also happy with the prices finding them lots less expensive than i figured. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Finally affordable concentrate prices in Ohio, thank you so much Klutch! The staff was all very helpful, my budtender Greg was real friendly. Lounge was very comfortable if you have back issues. Quality and prices are next level compared to competition. Parking was smooth also. They do a cashback program on purchases which is cool too. Can’t wait to come back.

The budtenders were so friendly (shoutout to the one with green hair, I forget your name I’m sorry!💚), pricing is great, and I was super impressed by their kiosks / terpene smell bottles / terp selection kiosk! Only small complaint was that I wish there was an option to easily filter categories on the kiosks with subcategories. For example under vaporizers if I could just click “cartridges / pods / disposables” it would be much quicker to navigate! Will definitely be back soon! 💚

Today July 13 2023 was my first time at this dispensary. I was welcomed by two friendly gentlemen. I let the gentlemen know I was new. I received the paperwork to fill out and I was NOT rushed to finish it. I finished the paperwork and went back a short time later. After I went back I was greeted by two friendly ladies. I was shown how to order. And above all the dispensary is very beautiful. State of the art dispensary. I live this dispensary and I will be returning.
