This place sucks they claim it because regulation but they could do way better. If this is the trend the black market will continue to thrive and these idiot regulators and rich owners who swore the law would stop that just care about lining their pockets and it shows. So disappointed.

Just moved up to Madison and this dispensary is probably one of the best I’ve ever been to. Granted I am a medical patient so do take it with a grain of salt. But their prices are amazing compared to most places in Ohio, especially the dispensaries further south! I’d highly recommend trying them out, the staff is also fantastic and extremely knowledgeable.

By placing my order online I was able to look at all of the products and place an order from home. They immediately notify you that your order is ready and send any relevant info via chat. I was able to breeze right in and pick it up from a knowledgeable employee who answered all of my questions. The wait time was less than ten minutes.Overall it was a great experience. The setup inside is quite nice and safety/ security seems to be a priority. The employees were all fantastic- friendly & knowledgeable!

Walked in not knowing what to expect. As I entered I was told, rather sternly, to take a number and sit down. After about 10 minutes I was called to the front counter and instructed to put my driver's license in this machine. Got my license back and was told to wait for the door to unlock. Once unlocked I entered a space about 5x5 , let the door close then the other door opened and I was in the sales area. NOTHING, not one single item on display. I wanted to look and compare products but none to be seen so I left without saying a word. The three useless tools behind the counter said nothing to me. No thanks Ohio, I will continue to drive 90 minutes, look at numerous items of the same thing( vapes, carts, etc.) and make my choices from the VERY courteous and knowledgeable bud tenders. For what you want for 2.83 grams I can buy 4 ounces of 25% THC weed PLUS I don't pay any taxes. Ohio has a long way to go in the sales of weed and other products compared to other states.

Not what I expected.Nice front desk people. Nice people in the back. Ty seems cool 😎 👍I don't love that you have to show your card & ID twice to two different people. I have anxiety and social anxiety with agoraphobia so it seems a little too extra to have to provide it twice. Also sucks I can't purchase with my debit card instead of cash.Beside those very small things I have had nothing but a nice experience there. The prices are also fair. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Ty helped me out with getting as much as I could w around $150 and ended up walking out w a whole ounce (which he highly recommend for the buds) the buds were very pretty and smoked very well. I also got two different karts and ty recommended the Edens tree brand and I LOVED the tiger cookies the MOST. thank you for all your help ❣️

This place is simply awesome. My step-son has the card and we went there for a purchase. Everything went smoothly and a couple days later he received a call from the store. They told him that they accidently over charged him, if he could come back they would make right. He received cash back plus more product.

Been to a few dispensaries now and this one has to be one of the best , staff are always friendly and know what they are talking about, the place is very clean also. They even have a drive through if you are in a hurry. Prices are decent and they always have plenty of deals that differ each day of the week with a large selection to choose from.

My husband has been in multiple times. We have been to multiple dispensaries in multiple states. Scene some good and bad. This one matches those laid-back, friendly vibes. The waiting area is clean, and once you're signed in, you're taken back. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We are very glad they are here in Ashtabula to serve this county.
