The bud tenders here are all amazing. Friendly quick and they price match with other dispensaries in the area. A group of well knowledged people. Fast, and they go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. I hope they get the credit card machine back . You need to use cash right now. So be prepared, the ATM gets emptied quick. Well never go here again went to check on the Legalization of marijuana I got told it didn’t take effect till next year and I get that but when I ask is that for smoking it to and she said yes not till next year one she needs to learn her laws on that one you can start owning and smoking it December 7 of this year and to top the cake we walk out the door and my mom was talking to me by her car and the lady proceeded to walk out and tell me we can’t sit there and talk that it was against the law to sit out side the business and that we can’t do that and we was out side for two minutes are you kidding me lady needs to learn the law before looking dumb trying to call the cops or look stupid afterwords i don’t care up to her

They have harassed my girl 3 times for no reason at all she asked me a question in the store about ordering and the dude in there with the long hair ripped her head off and then he turned me away at 6:46 to pick up my order one night I mean come on I was one minute late and there was nobody else in the store!! Work menu in the state any other dispensary you go to including the new one in New Boston a day they opened they had more of a selection concentrates they never have no more than 20 flower Max 40 but it usually hangs out around 25 or 20 when any other dispensary in Ohio will have bare minimum 70 on a bad day on a good day between $180 and $220 on the selection of flower concentrates on a bad day a normal dispensary will have 40 or 50 different varieties they will only have on a bad day for and at the most maybe 20 it's like whoever is ordering the menu and running the place is either a only ordering what they specifically want to smoke and that's it or they're scared to death order anymore than that it's like oh no no no if we have more of a selection than that and we'll get robbed or something no can't do that it's crazy you're going to have a dispensary then open the menu up we all know you can do it you did it about a year ago for about 4 months and then somebody got fired and somebody else locked it back down it's wrong for everybody and the security guard that guy needs fired every time I pull in there he knows it exactly me by name and he's always got something to say about where I'm parked or something if you pull in that parking lot and you're there more than 30 seconds he's out there at your door with his head in the car asking you what you're doing even if you're all the way on the other side of the parking lot and somebody else's locked he's still there in your window he he needs to go I don't want to go back specifically for him not the menu because of him I was just there the other day and he was bitching at me about my handicap sign and it's not the first second third fourth or fifth time he's asked me and you can look right at it and see it not now because it's broken and since I hanging anymore but that's not the point if you know me by name you know that I have that it's he's getting to the harassment stage I know I'm not the only but between that and them not ever having any flower and they'll have one price on the menu online with the discount you go in there and it's completely different number and you got to go through a whole big ordeal because you're wrong everybody that works there is great I don't know who's in control of the menu but they need fired and the security guard he's got way too big of a head other than them too everybody else is great the service is great people are great no problems there.

Need to start caring about what your patients want and need not what you guys can make a better buck on would love to see more brands, bigger quantities, and better prices... and for the love of God I'm sure I'm not just the only one to think this can you guys make sure on a Friday which is one of your busiest days that it doesn't take a hour per person to get there medicine that is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait that long hire more people if that's the problem!!

I was just in there bought 2 disposable vapes and a quarter spent 108 walked out tried one of the vapes it's full but doesn't work told me to charge and they'd work something out I went n plugged it in in the parking lot it wasn't doing anything took it back in to show em and I was told to call another company they bought it from that's the poorest service I've ever received I'm a new patient coming here 3 times a week and I feel I was robbed I didn't want money back just the 1 outa 3 products I bought today to be replaced the one that didn't work for now on I'll drive further away to deal with someone honest

Their different daily deals and happy hour are amazing - prices are very reasonable, even without their discounts. The longest I believe I've waited is maybe a half hour, and that was with a full parking lot and at least 15 people ahead of me; now that Covid is calming down and policies have changed, I was literally in and out within 5 minutes of pulling in, I was pleasantly amazed. I do recommend pre-ordering on their website (for those who have experience and have a good idea of what they need, if its your first time I would definitely discuss with the pharmacist what is right for you first), saves a lot of time and speeds up the process. Highly recommend!

Went today got calix peaks ice cream cake, nice good strain for light mood and sleep. Helped with nerves too, laid back. Wait time at the facility is a bit slow lately but the teams customer support is one of the best (Dan always helps me with any questions on strains and knowledgeable on pod systems). Also seems to be a serious glitch in the system when it comes to finding out how many days u have left the dispensary not aloud to tell u per the pharmaceutical board and the online registry tells u when ur 45 day cycle starts but doesn’t keep track of ur history buys so it’s almost impossible to find out how many days u have left once u have purchased several times!!! Horrible horrible experience. Waited 45 mins to enter, in 95 degree weather, to be told that i had to see a pharmacist prior to my admittance. Wasn't told prior to that 45 min wait, when I demanded, after 4 people who arrived after me were served. When the "attendant" at the door told me she was quite rude, and again was only told once I demanded an answer. I have had my medical card for quite sometime and never experienced anything like this. Oh, and I was the 1st to arrive at the dispensary, and was 1st in line when they opened their doors at 10am. DON'T GO HERE, make the drive.

Work menu in the state any other dispensary you go to including the new one in New Boston a day they opened they had more of a selection concentrates they never have no more than 20 flower Max 40 but it usually hangs out around 25 or 20 when any other dispensary in Ohio will have bare minimum 70 on a bad day on a good day between $180 and $220 on the selection of flower concentrates on a bad day a normal dispensary will have 40 or 50 different varieties they will only have on a bad day for and at the most maybe 20 it's like whoever is ordering the menu and running the place is either a only ordering what they specifically want to smoke and that's it or they're scared to death order anymore than that it's like oh no no no if we have more of a selection than that and we'll get robbed or something no can't do that it's crazy you're going to have a dispensary then open the menu up we all know you can do it you did it about a year ago for about 4 months and then somebody got fired and somebody else locked it back down it's wrong for everybody and the security guard that guy needs fired every time I pull in there he knows it exactly me by name and he's always got something to say about where I'm parked or something if you pull in that parking lot and you're there more than 30 seconds he's out there at your door with his head in the car asking you what you're doing even if you're all the way on the other side of the parking lot and somebody else's locked he's still there in your window he he needs to go I don't want to go back specifically for him not the menu because of him I was just there the other day and he was bitching at me about my handicap sign and it's not the first second third fourth or fifth time he's asked me and you can look right at it and see it not now because it's broken and since I hanging anymore but that's not the point if you know me by name you know that I have that it's he's getting to the harassment stage I know I'm not the only but between that and them not ever having any flower and they'll have one price on the menu online with the discount you go in there and it's completely different number and you got to go through a whole big ordeal because you're wrong everybody that works there is great I don't know who's in control of the menu but they need fired and the security guard he's got way too big of a head other than them too everybody else is great the service is great people are great no problems there.

Their different daily deals and happy hour are amazing - prices are very reasonable, even without their discounts. The longest I believe I've waited is maybe a half hour, and that was with a full parking lot and at least 15 people ahead of me; now that Covid is calming down and policies have changed, I was literally in and out within 5 minutes of pulling in, I was pleasantly amazed. I do recommend pre-ordering on their website (for those who have experience and have a good idea of what they need, if its your first time I would definitely discuss with the pharmacist what is right for you first), saves a lot of time and speeds up the process. Highly recommend!

Went today got calix peaks ice cream cake, nice good strain for light mood and sleep. Helped with nerves too, laid back. Wait time at the facility is a bit slow lately but the teams customer support is one of the best (Dan always helps me with any questions on strains and knowledgeable on pod systems). Also seems to be a serious glitch in the system when it comes to finding out how many days u have left the dispensary not aloud to tell u per the pharmaceutical board and the online registry tells u when ur 45 day cycle starts but doesn’t keep track of ur history buys so it’s almost impossible to find out how many days u have left once u have purchased several times!!! Horrible horrible experience. Waited 45 mins to enter, in 95 degree weather, to be told that i had to see a pharmacist prior to my admittance. Wasn't told prior to that 45 min wait, when I demanded, after 4 people who arrived after me were served. When the "attendant" at the door told me she was quite rude, and again was only told once I demanded an answer. I have had my medical card for quite sometime and never experienced anything like this. Oh, and I was the 1st to arrive at the dispensary, and was 1st in line when they opened their doors at 10am. DON'T GO HERE, make the drive.
