SONOITA — Since the legalization of recreational marijuana in Arizona, business has been booming. Cochise County now has two dispensaries — one in Sierra Vista and another in Bisbee, but barring a change in state regulatory practices, it won’t be getting a third anytime soon.
However, in Sonoita, and just 28 miles from the main gate of Fort Huachuca, a dispensary that’s been open since February 2023 practically counts as a third, even though The Lunch Box resides in Santa Cruz County.
