Power outages are uncontrollable and understandable, but you're servicing disabled people many of whom can't drive themselves. I'm a wheelchair user, I live an hour away, and I got a ride today I had to plan in advance and pay them to take me. Not only that but sitting up in the car seat is painful and something I only do once a month or so.The very least you could've done is send a text saying to wait.

The staff here is super excellent! They work through any of your medical issues or changes in the Ohio law and help you as you go they try to really work with you if you need something for back pain or PTSD or anxiety or you just need to like be sitting in the middle of a couch for a while they will hook you up!

Herbology has some very competitive daily deals if you dont get a veteran/indigent discount....if you do their's is 20% which is the lowest of the 3 dispensaries in Newark. Still though, they definitely do have some great daily deals, probably the best in Newark. Their selection is great. Their set up is okay, parking can be an issue at times.

Clean, friendly, and seamless. Went for the first time yesterday afternoon. Check-in was very easy. It was busy and there was a little bit of a wait, which is typical for a Friday at 5 pm at most dispensaries. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. I traveled 30 minutes from Columbia to come here because of their wide selection. They had everything I needed. I was very happy and it was worth the drive.

I've shopped at a few different dispensaries since obtaining my license & this store is my favorite for a few reasons!The staff is always helpful, if they don't know the answer they'll gladly find it, the pharmacist reached out personally via email to welcome me as a patient & help find items most cost efficient for my issues, that said they have weekly SALES, & if you repeat shop you'll receive email discounts also! Most shops prices are higher for the exact same items & no sales really. I recommend giving Herboloby your medical & hopefully someday recreational business!

"Management is poor. I have sent several emails about my bad experience there. I only contacted them about 1 of the few times. The worst is when they have you wait for an 1 1/2 hours to be seen. They keep letting people in knowing there are over crowded with people standing in the waiting room since 5 seats were not available for those who stood. After this they closed and I was not able to be seen. The worst part is that I watched people come in after myself and others and they went in before those of us waiting an hour or longer. Management can not even respond to emails send but they can send me all their emails. I like the place for their prices. Some strains completely suck and it was like breathing air. The staff is not knowledgeable at all. I should not know more than the staff, how can you answer my questions. Also watch on sale days I have had twice where I was overcharged. Anytime I ask the bud tenders on a strains profile they look at me like I’m crazy and ask what that means. They goto no lengths, at all, to find out. Every visit I am asked to leave a good review... To top it off I read the websites new rules and recommendations, to come before 6:45 and arrived at 6:29 to be turned away, reprimanded, and told not to come in regardless of being in need of MEDICATION, and following every step suggested. I will take my money elsewhere, was only visiting due to low prices and I’d rather pay for better customer service.

I've tried defending this place to other patients I know and I'm officially done. This place is garbage. Selection terrible, prices, meh. Rarely any deals... All of that I was fine with, but when you consistently get told different days, even on the same phone call. Ive been told for the past 2 weeks I'm over my days but every other dispensary have been fairly consistent with my day count and been able to fulfill my orders. Could it be common core or is just public education? I don't care to find out... Verdant is amazing tho.

They are only doing 10% off for vets which is the lowest I have seen anywhere, their prices do not include tax, they are not doing daily discounts, they do not have a great selection in large sizes and it took me 35 minutes to get registered and get my one item even though I was the only person there. I really have no idea why anyone would choose them over the 2 competitors. They say they have the cheapest prices but they arent even close after stacked discounts. Good luck to them but they definitely did not get a return customer.

I'm a wheelchair user, I live an hour away, and I got a ride today I had to plan in advance and pay them to take me. Not only that but sitting up in the car seat is painful and something I only do once a month or so.The very least you could've done is send a text saying to wait.

The best dispensary in Ohio! The staff not only takes the time to explain anything you need to know, but they ALWAYS greet you with a smile! The staff is SUPER knowledgeable. I am thankful these guys exist! No getting rushed out the door at this place! They really care about their patients!

I've tried defending this place to other patients I know and I'm officially done. This place is garbage. Selection terrible, prices, meh. Rarely any deals... All of that I was fine with, but when you consistently get told different days, even on the same phone call. Ive been told for the past 2 weeks I'm over my days but every other dispensary have been fairly consistent with my day count and been able to fulfill my orders. Could it be common core or is just public education? I don't care to find out... Verdant is amazing tho.

The place looks closed but they are open! Very friendly and educated staff. Intake for your first time will take 5-10 minutes. Sales aren’t as frequent but they do offer sales a month at a time as well as lower prices to begin with. Will definitely go back!

my first and last time coming to this place. The first step inside their door during office hours and the reception has to ask if I can come in. Other than her everyone else was warm and welcoming. They are only doing 10% off for vets which is the lowest I have seen anywhere, their prices do not include tax, they are not doing daily discounts, they do not have a great selection in large sizes and it took me 35 minutes to get registered and get my one item even though I was the only person there. I really have no idea why anyone would choose them over the 2 competitors. They say they have the cheapest prices but they arent even close after stacked discounts. Good luck to them but they definitely did not get a return customer.
