Updated review since my last review curaleaf has dropped its prices since recreation has become available currently the lowest price ounces non trim or shake in a 50 mile area lowest in prices as of the review. 160 per oz price range anything smaller and the price goes up from there will continue to track and update based on market change.

I’m a newbie. Got a medical card for my husband and this was our first experience. When I called for advice, the rep took time and explained recommendations.Unfortunately my caregiver card wasn’t approved yet. The staff took my husband back and literally walked him through the process. Brandy from the front counter was AMAZING, (as was the other woman working there but I didn’t get her name.). But big shout out to Brandy who was so patient and helped us out a lot. Highly recommended!!

I don't understand all of the poor reviews on here. They have better prices than Bloom, better stock than the Botanist. All of the budtenders are nice, professional and courteous. Ample parking if you are willing to walk across the street. Wait times are decent if you go at a non busy time, ya know, just like every other retail establishment. Give this place a second chance.

This place usually has some of the best prices for medical marijuana around. If you order online you'll usually be in and out in less than 10 minutes unless they're really busy. The roundup thing they do is a little strange but overall a pretty good experience here and they make things easy.

It's normally good, but they are often bad about money. With the deals my order came out to a little under $60, but after the tax, rounding by $5, and having to transfer money 2 times, because they told me the wrong total b4 hand, I ended up paying $70. When i did have to transfer money twice (because they gave me the wrong total) they were really annoyed that I had to keep going back to transfer. I felt very unwelcome, and stressed about the hidden charges. This was my main dispensary, but after this I might just use the rest of my reward points and start going to a different place

Made an order for pick up early this morning and tried to pick it up after work but was denied because I had my son with me which begs the question why is there no curbside option. I guess they have rules, but marijuana is legal now just like as beer and liquor and I can walk in a giant eagle and grab a six pack with him. But anyway, I didn’t make a fuss, I just drove all the way back home and waited for my wife to get home so she can stay with him while I pick up. Well of course she’s running late today so I call curaleaf and a woman assured me I would be able to pick up as they don’t close until 7 but they do like the doors prior to closing. Awesome! So my wife gets home and I drive back to curaleaf. I arrive at 6:50 and I am greeted by some guy who tells me that even though he is aware that I spoke to someone on the phone, I am still unable to pick up. He goes on about people being in the building or something I honestly stopped listening because it did not matter what he had to say. Giant waste of my time.

I have been shopping since they opened. Wait times used to be excessive. However I never took more than a half hour unless you were there right at opening. Prices are decent. The specials help. I will say I dont understand why it takes so long to checkin in the vestibule area. Also, I do have to say some of the employees are not the friendliest. They answer questions but I have to agree with others posters they usually seem bothered to provide customer service. Be friendly people.

I would most defiantly recommend this place!! I have spoken to Troy about my concerns whether it’s with a certain strain or picking between sativa, hybrid, indica. More than helpful I must say! I’m a soft spoken nervous person when it comes to asking question but he was more than happy to answer everything! Very knowledgeable descriptive about every product he has showed me! The product was fine but it was not a good experience overall. I went there after patronizing Curaleaf in another state for many years. This experience left me feeling like I won't go back.Since I'm new to the strains here, I was looking for some assistance with basic terpene content. To say the budtender was less than helpful would exaggerate her pissy attitude. By 930 am she was exhausted and in ill humor. She wasn't familiar with the products and had to go in the vault to read labels. 😳 Nobody I worked with at another dispo would be permitted on the sales floor until they knew the products. It was pathetic. And not helpful in the least. The front desk wasn't very friendly or helpful either. Why do they have such arrogant attitudes? I've never had an experience like this before at any dispo.I will check out other places due to this subpar experience. Now so now I will be shopping elsewhere, I will be happy to inconvenience myself with a longer drive to avoid these problems at Curaleaf.moving on- they sold me a clogged “test lab creations” live rosin disposable that wouldn’t hit right out the bag , 30 bucks down the drain .. i understand it happens sometimes but it’s still not my job to make sure the product works correctly. it’s my job to stand in line and pay you money. that’s it. If my dealer sold me something that doesn’t work he’d make it right himself , just sayin. Called curaleaf about the problem and the guy answering calls just told me since it’s not their house brand they don’t deal with other brands defective products, even though they are taking the responsibility by actively selling them to us on a daily basis.

Never will I shop here again. Prices are always higher. They are working some sort of scam with overcharging and refunding you to still be charged for the debit use. Pretty sure its illegal. Nor will I be yelled at for answering my phone for an emergency. Much better ways to handle it. I was not at the counter I was in the corner by the ATM clearly getting off the phone. Learn some respect. Treat people with respect. Blacklist me idc. There are plenty of dispensary around and they are opening more. I don't need you. The best, most knowledgeable staff I have yet to encounter in any dispensary. This place also happens to have the best overall pricing in the area and that coupled with their frequent sales and unadvertised specials make this the best place to go for your medication needs.Also don't forget to ask questions pertaining to the products or the reason for your needs no matter what they are. It's really impressive how knowledgeable everyone is of the products available.

Purchased 3 of the "Find" brand "Lemon Royal" 2.83g and opened them to see the 3rd bag was missing over 1g of flower when I contacted Curaleaf Corporate they said there's nothing they can do. I guess I will have to open every bag in the store. Thanks Curaleaf. The staff at the Cuyahoga Falls store are all amazing.

Curaleaf is a great dispensary. I don’t come here often because the line is always really long. 🙁 I like that they have a wide variety of products for every budget. The staff are pretty nice for the most part. I’ve had a couple bad apples in the past but I don’t hold it against them. I would just recommend they do something about their waiting area, because during busy times a line forms out the door and down the plaza it’s in. It’s particularly frustrating for the disabled and older folk who have to stand in the rain/cold etc I’m sure. I don’t let that influence my review though because it’s not the store’s fault. I’ve had many positive experiences and interactions here. And the most budget friendly dispensary in the area so that gets a 5 stars from me, while it is budget friendly the product is quality too. The only good thing about this place is the prices. I do online orders every time cuz I live 30 mins away, and that's supposed to take priority and that's a lie. I was there watched everybody go into the back, then watched everybody come into the lobby and they called 3 people that came in after me before I got up and said something. It was bad enough I waited 20 minutes, just to see people that just got there get called before me. When you say online orders take priority then maybe you should start taking those people first.

It is comical how terrible they are here. Awful service and will happily make you wait outside in freezing weather. Only thing that gets customers in the door here are prices but when you're standing outside for 30 mins in the cold then come inside to employees playing games on their phones it makes you upset. This place is a joke and needs new management immediately ‘ you have to wait in line outside for over an hour and when you get inside it will be another hour wait. Not worth it very rude and unorganized! You will get stellar customer service at Amplify, the botanist and bloom. No severe wait times and they treat their customers with the utmost respect!

But please caution 1-2 hours for weekdays and 2-3 on weekends.Ever since Curaleaf bought out Herbology I have noticed a significant decrease in speed. It has tripled and even quadrupled in wait time compared to a year ago.It's not worth it. At least set something up so patients don't have to wait outside in the snow, and can wait in their cars. Seriously, it's a joke to have to stand an hour in the weather (30 degrees) to wait another 1-2 inside.

I got approval from The Lab for refund and forwarded it to them and everything. They won’t respond. The staff is awful. Made me feel like I was trying to stick them up when trying to return product. Worst dispensary I have ever been to. Staff is often rude and today when I came to the dispensary they somehow made a mistake with my profile (apparently they created a duplicate?) and were not able to give me the product I ordered. They took a very long time to inform me of the issue and I ended up waiting for around a half hour only to leave with nothing due to a staff member's mistake. I have never had this issue at Bloom in Akron and would recommend going there instead or really any other dispensary.

First time patients must come in, regardless of caregiver. I have a disabled patient and I am the caregiver. They refused to allow me to purchase without my DISABLED patient being there first.So what is the point of a caregiver again? I've never had this issue with ANY other dispensary. The person on the phone was insanely rude to boot.I wouldn't recommend this dispensary if you have other options. Lines are often 1 and half hours to two hours. Check-in is slower than any other dispensary I've been to, and I've been to most in the NE Region and Central OH. Herbology often has decent pricing, but the wait is not worth it.

Called the store, got told i would have my product after receiving a confirmation text for both the order being put in and that it was ready, when i got in i was told half my order wasn't available because they've just been putting orders together as we arrive. Whats the point of having an online order service when the items aren't even being bagged? The menu updates regularly, i put my order in IMMEDIATELY after closing so i know my product was there, and it should have been bagged and set aside like every other Despensery does. I waited for 2 hours just to get half of my order. Not the first time I've had a bad experience here either.

This is THE WORST dispensary around. Do not come here if you have less than 2 hours to wait. They stopped curbside pickup so if you have any reason why you can't go in dont even bother trying. There is always a line and every time I come here I will wait 30 minutes, and it won't even move. Don't bother with this place. They will try to attract you with "cheaper" prices but you can get the same other places, just look for sales. The other dispensaries actually care about their clients.Edit: Every time I have come here I make an online order the night before and select a time slot, it doesn't matter, I still have to wait in line forever. The only benefit to doing an online order is guaranteeing your product.

Never again! Website is difficult to navigate. Links don’t work. I ordered on line to pick up at the store in a specified time window. I was forced to wait in a SLOW line outside the store in the COLD RAIN. No indication as to where I might go to pick up an online order. Lobby had only 1 window open, even though there were 3 employees behind the window. Lobby limit was 4. I sneaked in as a 5th person because I am OLD AND UNWELL AND CANNOT STAND for more than a couple of minutes. I was kicked out to go back to the cold rain line. Masks are required even though there is NO state mandate. This store is managed by idiots.

Hands down it’s the best dispensary in the area. The staff is always so so nice, they have way better product at better prices than the others in the area. My only complaint is y’all need different chairs in your waiting room. As someone with multiple spinal injuries and severe chronic pain (and assuming most who come to the dispensary struggle with pain), the chairs in the waiting room wreck my spine and I usually end up standing. Which is a problem because im disabled and often can’t stand for long and as of late it is always packed!

I was told by a young lady who I recognize from another dispensary that my driver's license, which is a compliance license (compliance licenses require your FULL NAME) has the name Sr. on it, and my medical marijuana registration doesn't. I was told to contact the prescribing doctor which I saw as a huge inconvenience. I immediately went to another dispensary, and will continue to do that from now on. I've spent an ungodly amount of money with this facility only to be turned away after a year, for the smallest reason. They could have at least gave me my medicine and said, hey, next time you come please have this updated. For my experience today I can never return. It was embarrassing after waiting in that lobby for more than 20 minutes.

Budtenders and staff are great and knowledgeable. They will make sure you have the right battery and write down your days for you, something nearby Bloom and Botanist don't do. As they use curbside, unlike the two other dispensaries mentioned, they use private security. The guards will often loiter outside directly in front of the doors and will be stubborn to move to let you in. I have had a couple experiences where they put their hands on me or another patient to hassle them. They also sit in the reception office in full view of patients' confidential records and information with their phones out.Definitely not the first dispensary experience to have in Ohio, it'll make you worry if all dispensaries are like this. They are not. Either need to do away with curbside or find a different sec. company. If you visit because they allow card transactions, Bloom has just announced they're doing this soon also.

I was then told to email the cartridge company for a refund however since the product had been used I couldn't ask for one. Where do I start. Let's start by saying the staff is extremely friendly and nice. They work very hard. Beyond that the experience I receive as a veteran user is down right frustrating. I'm a concentrates user. I had to get used to the extremely high prices and the total lack of consistency once you find a product that works for you. Usually once its gone you'll never see it again. The sale days make it a very unpleasant experience also. The store is always picked dry from the first day of the sale. Along with that I receive my product stored upside and leaking out through the threading constantly. They offer no compensation let alone even trying to get someone to acknowledge it. Your not aloud to check it before you leave. I see things like 10 dollar grinders being sold for 75 dollars. An 1/8 flower takes more days off your prescription than a gram of concentrates do. In Ohio they sell 1/10 not 1/8. For someone that's comes here for anxiety relief it sure is frustrating experience. Everything they do is all about manupulation of the consumer

Weak customer service. I purchased a vape cart today and specifically asked the bud tender to confirm it was. 510 cart, which he did. When I got to my car I saw it was a luster pod. I went back in but they wouldn’t exchange the product because I had signed for it. We’ll, I only signed for it because their employee confirmed it’s what I asked for. Bloom will be getting all my business moving forward. They have better prices, selections, and it feels a lot less “ghetto” when you walk in the front door. So to summarize, they lost a customer over one pod.

Instead of trying to help me he told me that there was something wrong on my end. They are the only dispensary that doesn't allow me to order over the phone. I find a product that works like capsules or RSO oils, then you don't have it in stock again for several weeks or ever again. I see a lot of lower dose products that don't always work for medical patients that have a higher tolerance/ more severe pain.

I have always had good experiences here, but today, that all changed. I was able to place an order online, I worked until 4:00, went to go pick up my order (they are open until 5:00 today. I made it there around 4:30, and was told that I was not able to pick up my medicine because they were not accepting customers after 4:00. Communication is key, and if you can text me to let me know my orders ready for pickup, surely you can’t text me to let me know that I can’t pick up my order. Extremely unprofessional. Happy 2020!

Management is poor. I have sent several emails about my bad experience there. I only contacted them about 1 of the few times. The worst is when they have you wait for an 1 1/2 hours to be seen. They keep letting people in knowing there are over crowded with people standing in the waiting room since 5 seats were not available for those who stood. After this they closed and I was not able to be seen. The worst part is that I watched people come in after myself and others and they went in before those of us waiting an hour or longer. Management can not even respond to emails send but they can send me all their emails. I like the place for their prices. Some strains completely suck and it was like breathing air. The staff is not knowledgeable at all. I should not know more than the staff, how can you answer my questions. Also watch on sale days I have had twice where I was overcharged. Dont know who is pocketing that money. I will only go here if desperate!

I went here at the end of July. They couldn't find any information about me in the computer. Something was wrong with my card. Most people would of said sorry we can't help. Lucky for me that Kelly was waiting on me. She felt bad for my situation and called to find out what the problem was. My doctor forgot to add my recommendation to the card. She explained what I needed to do to fix it. I returned yesterday so excited to finally be able to go into a dispensary. When they ran my card it came up with no information again. Kelly was there and remembered me so she said she would help me. She called the place in Columbus and was able to fix the problem for me and I was so relieved. I was able to buy my medicine that day. Herbology really cares about their clients. Everyone there that day was so nice and helpful making sure that I had a great experience and got the best medicine to make me feel better. This will always be my favorite dispensary. Prices are great and they have a large menu to choose from. The bud tenders are knowledgeable about the product. Ordered curbside and arrived at the location parked maybe 2-3 feet away from the curbside sign and proceeded to sit in my car for 30 minutes while on hold with them on the phone. Only after my husband called from his phone they finally picked up. So there security guard comes out and was condescending saying we didn’t park correctly. Been going here since the day it opened. Loved it at first (great selection/friendly staff), however my experience has really gone downhill as of late. Menu has been pretty meh recently (mostly strains with low thc percentages), but what really shifted my opinion of this place is how rude & ignorant one of the staff members treats me. Seems like every time I go there this certain worker has a personal vendetta against me. Always gives me a hard time when I call and ask if they have any strains that are not on the menu on their website (which is never up to date). The rest of the staff is mostly helpful, but Botanist and Bloom blow them out of the water when it comes to professionalism. I’ve been going to these three dispensaries regularly for over 5 months and I can say with confidence that Herbology comes in last place.

With the deals my order came out to a little under $60, but after the tax, rounding by $5, and having to transfer money 2 times, because they told me the wrong total b4 hand, I ended up paying $70. When i did have to transfer money twice (because they gave me the wrong total) they were really annoyed that I had to keep going back to transfer. I felt very unwelcome, and stressed about the hidden charges. This was my main dispensary, but after this I might just use the rest of my reward points and start going to a different place

Made an order for pick up early this morning and tried to pick it up after work but was denied because I had my son with me which begs the question why is there no curbside option. I guess they have rules, but marijuana is legal now just like as beer and liquor and I can walk in a giant eagle and grab a six pack with him. But anyway, I didn’t make a fuss, I just drove all the way back home and waited for my wife to get home so she can stay with him while I pick up. Well of course she’s running late today so I call curaleaf and a woman assured me I would be able to pick up as they don’t close until 7 but they do like the doors prior to closing. Awesome! So my wife gets home and I drive back to curaleaf. I arrive at 6:50 and I am greeted by some guy who tells me that even though he is aware that I spoke to someone on the phone, I am still unable to pick up. This experience left me feeling like I won't go back.Since I'm new to the strains here, I was looking for some assistance with basic terpene content. To say the budtender was less than helpful would exaggerate her pissy attitude. By 930 am she was exhausted and in ill humor. She wasn't familiar with the products and had to go in the vault to read labels. 😳 Nobody I worked with at another dispo would be permitted on the sales floor until they knew the products. Curaleaf is a great dispensary. I don’t come here often because the line is always really long. 🙁 I like that they have a wide variety of products for every budget. The staff are pretty nice for the most part. I’ve had a couple bad apples in the past but I don’t hold it against them. I would just recommend they do something about their waiting area, because during busy times a line forms out the door and down the plaza it’s in. It’s particularly frustrating for the disabled and older folk who have to stand in the rain/cold etc I’m sure. I don’t let that influence my review though because it’s not the store’s fault. I’ve had many positive experiences and interactions here. And the most budget friendly dispensary in the area so that gets a 5 stars from me, while it is budget friendly the product is quality too. The only good thing about this place is the prices. I do online orders every time cuz I live 30 mins away, and that's supposed to take priority and that's a lie. I was there watched everybody go into the back, then watched everybody come into the lobby and they called 3 people that came in after me before I got up and said something. It was bad enough I waited 20 minutes, just to see people that just got there get called before me. When you say online orders take priority then maybe you should start taking those people first.

Worst dispensary I have ever been to. Staff is often rude and today when I came to the dispensary they somehow made a mistake with my profile (apparently they created a duplicate?) and were not able to give me the product I ordered. They took a very long time to inform me of the issue and I ended up waiting for around a half hour only to leave with nothing due to a staff member's mistake. I have never had this issue at Bloom in Akron and would recommend going there instead or really any other dispensary.

First time patients must come in, regardless of caregiver. I have a disabled patient and I am the caregiver. They refused to allow me to purchase without my DISABLED patient being there first.So what is the point of a caregiver again? I've never had this issue with ANY other dispensary. The person on the phone was insanely rude to boot.I wouldn't recommend this dispensary if you have other options. Lines are often 1 and half hours to two hours. Never again! Website is difficult to navigate. Links don’t work. I ordered on line to pick up at the store in a specified time window. I was forced to wait in a SLOW line outside the store in the COLD RAIN. No indication as to where I might go to pick up an online order. Lobby had only 1 window open, even though there were 3 employees behind the window. Lobby limit was 4. I sneaked in as a 5th person because I am OLD AND UNWELL AND CANNOT STAND for more than a couple of minutes. I was kicked out to go back to the cold rain line. My only complaint is y’all need different chairs in your waiting room. As someone with multiple spinal injuries and severe chronic pain (and assuming most who come to the dispensary struggle with pain), the chairs in the waiting room wreck my spine and I usually end up standing. Which is a problem because im disabled and often can’t stand for long and as of late it is always packed!

I used to have exceptional service at this place. I'm not sure what I encountered today. I've been going to this dispensary religiously for the past year. I had considered them my favorite for quite some time. I've never had an issue getting my medicine. However, today, after a year of service they decided to decline my medicine. I was told by a young lady who I recognize from another dispensary that my driver's license, which is a compliance license (compliance licenses require your FULL NAME) has the name Sr. on it, and my medical marijuana registration doesn't. I was told to contact the prescribing doctor which I saw as a huge inconvenience. I immediately went to another dispensary, and will continue to do that from now on. I've spent an ungodly amount of money with this facility only to be turned away after a year, for the smallest reason. They could have at least gave me my medicine and said, hey, next time you come please have this updated. For my experience today I can never return. It was embarrassing after waiting in that lobby for more than 20 minutes.

Budtenders and staff are great and knowledgeable. They will make sure you have the right battery and write down your days for you, something nearby Bloom and Botanist don't do. As they use curbside, unlike the two other dispensaries mentioned, they use private security. The guards will often loiter outside directly in front of the doors and will be stubborn to move to let you in. I have had a couple experiences where they put their hands on me or another patient to hassle them. They also sit in the reception office in full view of patients' confidential records and information with their phones out.Definitely not the first dispensary experience to have in Ohio, it'll make you worry if all dispensaries are like this. They are not. Either need to do away with curbside or find a different sec. company. If you visit because they allow card transactions, Bloom has just announced they're doing this soon also.

I was then told to email the cartridge company for a refund however since the product had been used I couldn't ask for one. The sale days make it a very unpleasant experience also. The store is always picked dry from the first day of the sale. Along with that I receive my product stored upside and leaking out through the threading constantly. They offer no compensation let alone even trying to get someone to acknowledge it. Your not aloud to check it before you leave. I see things like 10 dollar grinders being sold for 75 dollars. An 1/8 flower takes more days off your prescription than a gram of concentrates do. Weak customer service. I purchased a vape cart today and specifically asked the bud tender to confirm it was. 510 cart, which he did. When I got to my car I saw it was a luster pod. I went back in but they wouldn’t exchange the product because I had signed for it. We’ll, I only signed for it because their employee confirmed it’s what I asked for. Bloom will be getting all my business moving forward. They have better prices, selections, and it feels a lot less “ghetto” when you walk in the front door. So to summarize, they lost a customer over one pod.

This dispensary is one of the worst. The online ordering has never worked for me and on a few occasions they were out of the product I wanted. I asked to speak to the manager and he wS very rude. Instead of trying to help me he told me that there was something wrong on my end. They are the only dispensary that doesn't allow me to order over the phone. An hour drive to not get what I want terrible. I asked for the corporate number and no one there knew it! The cashiers are nice but clueless.i have had a license since the start of the program. I have gone to dispensaries all over ohio and other states. By far one of the worst.

The staff is wonderful, friendly & extremely helpful. The only negative is the frequency in which the get items in. I find a product that works like capsules or RSO oils, then you don't have it in stock again for several weeks or ever again. I see a lot of lower dose products that don't always work for medical patients that have a higher tolerance/ more severe pain.

I've been a customer for one year. A great place to purchase tincture, except for today. I was told their supply had run out. I understand I should have checked online. My reason for the 1 STAR rating for today is based on the fact that neither the cashier or person at the check-in took the time to say, "We are sorry for the inconvenience." An incredible experience from start to finish. The staff at check in always display a positive attitude and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Elizabeth in the waiting lobby has outstanding and is a point of difference at Herbology with her warm kindness. In the dispensary itself, the staff is impressively knowledgeable and the product is not only above average but so are the prices. The security personnel are amazing and make you feel safe at this location. You will NEVER feel burdensome by the employees at Herbology and I find I leave happier than when I arrived. I have always had good experiences here, but today, that all changed. I was able to place an order online, I worked until 4:00, went to go pick up my order (they are open until 5:00 today. I made it there around 4:30, and was told that I was not able to pick up my medicine because they were not accepting customers after 4:00. Communication is key, and if you can text me to let me know my orders ready for pickup, surely you can’t text me to let me know that I can’t pick up my order. Extremely unprofessional. Happy 2020!

Management is poor. I have sent several emails about my bad experience there. I only contacted them about 1 of the few times. The worst is when they have you wait for an 1 1/2 hours to be seen. They keep letting people in knowing there are over crowded with people standing in the waiting room since 5 seats were not available for those who stood. After this they closed and I was not able to be seen. The worst part is that I watched people come in after myself and others and they went in before those of us waiting an hour or longer. Management can not even respond to emails send but they can send me all their emails. I like the place for their prices. Some strains completely suck and it was like breathing air. The staff is not knowledgeable at all. I should not know more than the staff, how can you answer my questions. Also watch on sale days I have had twice where I was overcharged. Dont know who is pocketing that money. I will only go here if desperate!

I went here at the end of July. They couldn't find any information about me in the computer. Something was wrong with my card. Most people would of said sorry we can't help. Lucky for me that Kelly was waiting on me. She felt bad for my situation and called to find out what the problem was. My doctor forgot to add my recommendation to the card. She explained what I needed to do to fix it. I returned yesterday so excited to finally be able to go into a dispensary. When they ran my card it came up with no information again. Kelly was there and remembered me so she said she would help me. She called the place in Columbus and was able to fix the problem for me and I was so relieved. I was able to buy my medicine that day. Herbology really cares about their clients. Everyone there that day was so nice and helpful making sure that I had a great experience and got the best medicine to make me feel better. This will always be my favorite dispensary. Prices are great and they have a large menu to choose from. The bud tenders are knowledgeable about the product. Ordered curbside and arrived at the location parked maybe 2-3 feet away from the curbside sign and proceeded to sit in my car for 30 minutes while on hold with them on the phone. Only after my husband called from his phone they finally picked up. So there security guard comes out and was condescending saying we didn’t park correctly. This was because we didn’t want to illegally park on a handicap ramp so they could see us on there poorly placed security camera. Never again

Been going here since the day it opened. Loved it at first (great selection/friendly staff), however my experience has really gone downhill as of late. Menu has been pretty meh recently (mostly strains with low thc percentages), but what really shifted my opinion of this place is how rude & ignorant one of the staff members treats me. Seems like every time I go there this certain worker has a personal vendetta against me. Always gives me a hard time when I call and ask if they have any strains that are not on the menu on their website (which is never up to date). The rest of the staff is mostly helpful, but Botanist and Bloom blow them out of the water when it comes to professionalism. I’ve been going to these three dispensaries regularly for over 5 months and I can say with confidence that Herbology comes in last place.
