I've been many times and never had any issues. I'd like to see higher levels in their flower. When I first started shopping here they consistently had flowere in the 35% range and now I have trouble finding anything over 30%. The buckeye relief flower has been usually over stemmy and leafy buds lately everywhere. Very disappointed on the quality. My home grown is just as good maybe even better. Alot of low THC flower, website needs improvement with details on what you're buying. Knowing the terpene quality is important. Absolutely love the employees and the environment here though I would absolutely recommend stopping in and checking them out

BAM is ok for what they offer. When given a terrible product to sell it's difficult to be great. Ohio has horrible quality when it comes to ANY and all concentrates. The prices for what they sell is laughably prohibitive. Coming up with their own weight measurements just to control this product. The extraction method leaves every product made from it tasting horrible. Concentrates, no matter how pretty (or aromatic or even flavorful), burn down to a black, soupy, unpalatable puddle, wasting over half of your intended dose. Flower isn't flushed properly. But who cares?! Ohio made a profit and you got a headache!

Used to shop here, then realized they are shady.. posted a review regarding my experience with them and since then I have been banned from the store. Upon asking the manager why i was banned from their store they told me because of my review. So much for civil rights and my freedom of speech. This dispensary is awful. The staff is always rude and in a bad mood. If you’re looking for a great experience, great products and great pricing go up the street to The Citizen by Klutch. It’s worth it.RESPONSE TO OWNER-Not sure how me writing an honest review calling the staff out on holding products for themselves is interfering with the privacy and protection of the staff unless they are not following the law. I have pictures and conversations with multiple employees stating they received their Klutch bags from BAM Elyria before it was even released. I have found MUCH better experiences with other dispensaries and would never shop at body and mind again. Just thought other people should be aware of the shady things they do.

Outside the store is nothing special. It’s a small warehouse type building. The inside reception area is small but clean. Staff were friendly. Once they take you back, the menu and items on display are quite well done. Very esthetically pleasing. only reason I’m giving them three stars out of say four or five is because of all of the types I mentioned that I would like to purchase, they had none of those.

The staff isn't that knowledgeable about the product like at Rise. When I go to rise, I learn everything I need to know. I can't ask questions at BAM because I don't get any helpful answers. Honestly the security guard seems like more of a waste of time than anything helpful. They really just sit there on their phone the whole time and talk to the receptionist. They have a very decent sized menu though. Rise runs out of special items but BAM seems to have a good supply.

Losing ridiculous amounts of customers to Rise in Lorain and Lakewood because of inability to compete with prices and selection.Look at how dumb their weekly/daily deals are lol. Vendor will be on site the day of the sale. Then the next day suddenly they have all kinds of products from the vendor but the sale is now over with. How convenient. Also, website is trash. Doesn’t work half the time. And often does NOT reflect accurate inventory

They can get the 2 cause they have sum good deals sometimes. but their website is awfully set up my sign in wouldn’t work so I called to reserve my pack instead. After I drove 45 mins and am about to pull in I get a text saying that the person at the front didn’t realize they were out and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I still can’t understand how this makes sense considering it said they had it in stock I just wasn’t able to sign in and the person at the front reserved it for me. Sounds like they just didn’t think I was coming and sold it.

If you're a potential customer here PLEASE do yourself a favor and call ahead to make sure their internet is working. Very nice people and professional but it's ridiculous how often their computer system drops. Three times I've gone and their internet is down and the store was closed.Get a backup cellular hotspot or something already. It's not like there's tons of dispensaries everywhere. To drive all that way and be turned away three times now is messed up big time

Decided to try BAM in Elyria. Upon ringing the video intercom, received indecipherable mumbling instruction. Turned out I'd been asked to hold my card up to the camera. Once inside, employee at counter (white male, 20s, beard/mustache and long black dreadlocks) took my ID and passed along a new patient form to complete. Form requested redundant information (email, phone, etc.) as well as medical reason for card(!). I explained that I was not comfortable passing along private medical information; he replied that he could already see the info from looking up my card(?). I hadn't known there'd be a quiz. I told him again that I was not putting my medical info on the business' form and I would just be leaving. Despite me leaving, he made no effort to return my license. Had to drive back to BAM an hour later. When I did return, employee and security gleefully pointed out that I did, in fact, end up returning. Won't be returning - Michigan or Lakewood for me.

The prices are "ok" but the selection is getting smaller and smaller. When every other dispensary has 10x their menu. Their customer service has gone way down too... SAD

I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to rise to not have the headache of slow service.Would have put up with the wait times though...It lakes literally 2 minutes to change your hours on here. Would be nice to not drive out of the way for a locked building at 7 when it says you close at 9 online and your door.

Not a great place to go. Little selection, only 20% off for Veterans. Rise dispensary’s offer 30% and the customer service is so much better. The front desk gentleman is very off putting and cuts you off when you are trying to show your ID. I have been coming here for 2 years, even before it was Body Mind, the staff in the back is incredible but the front desk is so intolerable. The security guards that they have are always smoking cigarettes by the building and odor fills up the front from their clothes. I talked with Nate the manager (who is very kind) about how rude the front desk gentleman is and I feel he was handling the situation very well. The sound barriers are not efficient and you can hear everything from the back in the front. I knew the front desk gentleman could hear everything because it echos. As I was walking out, instead of just deescalating the situation, the gentleman at the front sarcastically and, over animated… told me to have a nice day. Yes, the words he spoke were kind, but his tone was condescending and was passive, He played it off to his manager and said “she got offended when I told her to have a good day.” Like he didn’t do anything wrong, and honestly I’m just disappointed and insulted, because it wasn’t what he said, it was how he said it.This kind of service while trying to pick up your medicine that you pay so much money for, is really unacceptable, and no other dispensary is like this. I have given this place and people nothing but respect, as I know retail can be brutal. However, this is unacceptable. You should just drive a little further up to Cleveland to the dispensaries they have there.Go to RISE. They are cheaper, nicer, and have better quality.

They hold product for their own employees and don’t release to public menu until they get what they want from vendor drop offs. They play dumb when you call in and yet little do they know, I know the person who drop product off and have inside scoop of when it’s delivered. And they still try to lie about have certain product when I know for a fact it was their already. This has to do with all employees in this facility. Down to the managers to he bud tenders to the receptionist. They all get it first before they post it the public patients. Do not support this store or the ownership here.

This was my first time to a dispensary and it was incredible. The outer room reception was small but efficient. The inner room was mind blowing (literally and figuratively) with a large selection of products. I got there a little late in the evening and didn't get a chance to peruse the variety but plan to go back just to browse and learn more about their offerings. What I did purchase was WAY better quality than I anticipated.For a first time visit, I was pleasantly impressed.

However, due to the website only showing generalizations, and not actually showing a product lineup of current available products, it's very hard to find out what they have without actually going there. Rise has them beat on the website aspect, for sure. And since it's Ohio, it's not different stuff than the other dispensaries, just usually a slightly wider range to work with.

After trying every dispensary within 2 hours of cleveland for months, this is the only one I continuously go to. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They've gone way out of their way to help me where other dispensaries would have sent me on my way to figure it out. I see some reviews complaining about pricing, and it confuses me. They're consistently lower, sometimes significantly lower, on the best grows in the state. My customer service experience tells me someone didn't get their way while shopping..? Even the elusive Woodward is usually 10 bucks cheaper here.Regardless. This place is the go to. Keep up the good work guys.

They offer curbside pick up or online pick up, which makes things go faster! I have yet to have a negative experience here. They have a good variety on the menu and are a couple dollars cheaper than other dispensaries in the state. I HIGHLY recommend Body and Mind!!!Updating this review about four months later… I noticed they got a lot of new employees. Most of them seem really good and friendly like the rest of the staff was. However, one girl with red hair I THINK her name is Samantha is kinda rude anytime I’ve done curbside pick up and she took care of me. I’ve also noticed she’s forgotten the daily discounts a once or twice that no other employees seem to forget… just doesn’t seem like the friendliest person. However everyone else I’ve came across has been awesome.

Good selection but Ohio prices are ridiculous. The Edibles do actually work but are crazy expensive, $30 for 100mg? $40 for 1/10th for flower? That's $1,200 a month for uncovered meds. It's not to help us. It's a commercial gain game. 😒There is no shortage of discount distributors tho, so having a card does help me feel better when traveling.

They always treat me and my father (also a card holder) with kindness and respect. They provide exceptional customer service and the staff members are super friendly here. They never make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I also really enjoy that they have rotating promotions that help fit the needs of all patients, not matter what products they purchase. I also think that their online ordering is the best out of any other dispensary that I go to. Their online inventory is almost always accurate and they won't hesitate to reach out to you immediately if there are any issues with the order you placed. They also have extremely handy cards that they give you after every purchase to inform you of how many days your purchase used and how many days you have left. This is greatly appreciated. Overall, a great dispensary that I don't have any complaints about.
