Is this a joke? There were only two people in front of me in line and the 1 guy manning the 10+ registers was too busy laughing and joking to actually do his job so I stood in line for almost 45 minutes, literally unbelievable. The prices are also 20-30% higher than veralife, milford uplift and sunny side, don't waste your time.
Haven't had any issues. Can order ahead online beforehand or shop in store if you have questions. They do accept debit cards (it charges a fee to use) and cash. NO CREDIT CARDS! Have Id and med card ready for desk attendant. Can place order online beforehand but must be same day as pick up day. Very large space with lots of packaging to look at. Anything fireland scientific and ancient roots are always amazing.
Amazing experience every time I've gone here. It's clean, well organized, and the staff are super friendly. Larry educated me with some helpful knowledge and is always super friendly and willing to help. 10/10!
Love this place!! The atmosphere is always so calming and the staff there are so amazing !! They have a lot of variety when it comes to medical cannabis and lots of other amazing products to help you get the best out of your healing sesh!! My favorite dispensary by far!! Larry was awesome as always!!
Beyond Hello is clean, attractively appointed, and always fast. The staff are friendly and professional, and the selection is fantastic. The best part about Beyond Hello other than the speed and the service are the prices. I have visited every dispensary in the greater Cincinnati area and the prices in Clermont are far better for the same products. I no longer reside in Clermont and I still drive there for the better service and prices. Great job!
This is the Apple Store for THC. I think most people order and just do pickup. I just go and have the Apple Geniuses pick one for me. I figure they always know what’s best in their stash. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very good stuff.
Today was my first visit here.I needed information/ help with arthritic discomfort, anxiety and post menopausal sleep difficulties.I was assisted by a young lady named "Kelly" who was very knowledgeable, extremely reassuring and incredibly helpful guiding me through a forest of solutions. She was great and I cannot say enough about this establishment and their staff.
Newer facility that is set up nicely. The staff has been awesome every time I go. Their specials are great. They have very reasonable prices off special as well. Best of all, no standing in a line outside like some junkies at a methadone clinic.
Amazing staff and great product. I love Beyond and not because it’s 10 minutes from my house. Because, The staff is what makes this place. I’ve never had a bad experience the staff and I are always laughing. The ladies that checked me in and the girl who completed my order are hands down the best ever!
This place is fast and efficient. And the staff is more than friendly and accommodating. Today, I noticed a difference in percentage advertised vs what was being sold and David corrected everything immediately with no trouble at all. Also has some of the better prices compared to other places.
I love coming here!! Every time I'm here they make me feel so welcome! Everyone is so respectful and kind! They are always there to help me when I need it and they answer any questions I have! Everything Here is top notch! I have never been disappointed! I definitely reccomend them!! Once you come here you won't want to go anywhere else! Trust me!
The employees are the nice people I've ever met in one store. I was unable to walk very well yesterday but I got assistance not only from the employees but when I walked out the door there was a man I didn't get his name who walked with me to my car. I'm so happy I didn't have to stand in line. Just remember when you go there there's nothing to be afraid of in fact it's pretty cool.
Have been here twice. Both times I was waited on right away. No line at all. I have a disability as I use a walker, and the employees couldn’t have been more helpful. The man working out front got out of his chair and came to help me in the door when I got there both times. Got into the store quickly I had already preordered but the worker couldn’t find my order on line. The man helped me reorder and encouraged me to try some other methods. I will see how well these forms work. Very pleased definitely would come back again.
My first visit and definitely not my last! New patient registration was a breeze and only took about ten minutes. After you’re registered you’ll be allowed inside the main shop which is gorgeously decorated. Since they’ve only recently opened, they seem like they don’t have enough trained employees just yet. Even though there was a line of about 10 people ahead of me and only two tenders, my wait was about fifteen minutes. I was honestly surprised by how quickly it moved and how professional the employees were. I knew exactly which products that I wanted and once I got to the counter the tender got me checked out efficiently. If you want to save a little time waiting, use their website to make your order beforehand.
My first time here and, though it was very busy with a lot of other new clients, was in and out in just under an hour. I was expecting a long wait based on reviews, but this was quicker service than other locations and a more convenient drive. Plenty of room to wait inside. Processing the line in front of me took the bulk of the time but the wait for product went quickly. I placed an online order to pickup. Excited for this location to be open and more efficient in due time. I appreciated the kind help when at each counter; these employees are working diligently!
Even accounting for any bumps in the road a new store must face, this is the worst dispensary in Cincinnati, and it's not even close. If you arrive and there is *anyone* waiting in the lobby, you are guaranteed to be there a minimum of an hour, even with an online order. They have two of the slowest and most inept workers manning the lobby computers. Even if you have an online order AND are already in their system, you will have to wait in this lobby line. Sadly, once they even buzz you back to the main area you will have to wait in ANOTHER line. As an online ordererer you will wait behind walk-in patients, who will be served first. Oh, and did I say their prices are sky high and they appear to have no sales or specials? Avoid this shop like the plague, even if you have drive an additional 45 minutes to get to Ethos or Sunnyside.
Went there today and was very impressed. Did take a few minutes to get signed in but that is normal for a new patient. The gentleman in the front was very friendly and went you go back the room and other workers are very inviting and friendly. All in all I was there maybe 35 minutes from start to finish. Great first try I’ll definitely be back
Looking forward to this place getting into the swing of things. First visit was a little slow, but very pleasant.Placed my order online beforehand, made sure to have all my info to hand as I walked in. Took about 10 minutes to get me into the system, then I went right back to the store area. Once there, I waited for maybe another 15-20 as the 3 or 4 people ahead of me were served. I witnessed a minor bit of confusion on the part of the tenders, but that can easily be chalked up to early growing pains. Nothing seemed hectic, just new.Once I approached the counter, my order was pulled up right away. Everything was correct and the prices were pretty nice, and you can pay by debit (always appreciated). Tenders were happy and pleasant to interact with. Overall decor and atmosphere was chill and artsy, which is not terribly important but I enjoyed it. Looked like they will have plenty of room to grow with their clientele.Happy to have another location closer to home, will be back for sure.
Visited your store today I am handicapped and use a walker the ramp to the sidewalk was at the ends is the sidewalks. There were no button to auto door opening or closing.Also my husband sat in the car and observed a heavy set man sitting on the bench behind the window pushing his weight into the window. The window actually bowed. We are afraid there will be a serious accident if not corrected in a timely manner. I have also contacted customer service with my concerns. On the bright side everyone was pleasant and the store is beautiful with lots of displays.
I fully understand new business struggles, but yesterday was something I have never experienced before. The store was not busy by any means. 45 minutes standing in line, watching more employees walking around than customer transactions happen. One cashier employee, who seemed very friendly, didn’t comprehend any part of his job. In that 45 minutes, more people walked out (including me) than successful customer transactions.Again, new business getting kinks worked out, but I’d advise going to your go-to store before trying here.. at least for another few weeks.. unless you want to gamble getting angry waiting an hour plus lol!
