This place is great for a lot of reasons. They're quick. They're timing. Their products are good. The only thing that really drives me crazy is if I order something online. I still have to wait with everybody else to pick it up even if they haven't placed an order online which makes it very long process. And they could have a lot more sales on products than they do which I think they should.

Security officer always greets me and makes me feel human, even when they are busy. I love this dispensary- definitely the best within 50 miles!

I have been limiting my purchases here because while it’s great pricing for the area, you can catch better sales and better pricing driving to Columbus.The reason I’m writing the review is this today makes the second negative staff interaction I’ve had, where I’ve had to address, peoples tone, and how they spoke to me with them immediately.The fact that this happened so regularly with different staff members leads me to believe it’s a culture problem. the behavior that’s accepted in a business speaks about the environment producing.As somebody who’s been through trauma and uses cannabis as a form of treatment for PTSD around the trauma. I wish this location would become more trauma informed , and learn how they engage with their clientele even in the morning.

FYI don’t place an online order if you don’t plan on paying for it with a debit card. Placed an order selected cash went to pick up and because the sale ended they tried to charge full price. When I even selected the date of pickup on my order and it said my total. But at pickup went up $60. They do not honor pickup order prices!

I had some confusion with navigating their website and left a review when I was angry. That's a no no. I have since visited there and deleted that review, and will say that the way they handled me when I showed up completely made up for the initial confusion. The person in charge recognized me immediately and took very good care of me. He explained the processes that are in place and out of his control that caused me to get upset. Once I understood what was going on it made sense to me and I feel much better about making this my regular dispensary.

It was cool while it lasted. But ascend got me locked out of my medical card account bc of their negligence. They made me two profiles, THE FIRST TIME I EVER WENT THERE. Now I'm locked out of my medicine. I have crohns disease and really depend on this medicine. And then they refused to help me with my 4 emergency days. Wasted my time, gas and money. This place always has a wide variety of products and very short wait times. The staff is very friendly, and you can add/adjust your order while being severed. Some dispensaries will not let you change/fix your pre-orders. I would recommend this place, especially if you are a first-time patient.Also, they have a lower tax rate (6.75%), and round down on the price to reduce the amount of change they have to give out. $17.42 is probably $17 out the door!

This establishment told me that if you place a online order, your item will be PULLED and they will HOLD it until the end of business, if you don't arrive by closing, your order will be cancelled. That is what they told me, anyway. What they DID, was sell the product I ordered to someone else and then when I arrived (2 1/2 hrs. before they close) they proceeded to tell me "sorry, that item is out of stock, we have been busy today"(?). I do not understand how them being busy would affect my order, if it was truly PULLED and set ASIDE until I arrived, like they told me it would be. Not a good experience at all. There's more i could say, but I am not trying to bash this establishment. However, the service i received should be known to possible customers in the future.

I had an experience with extremely rude staff here. A “manager” tried to over charge me for a pick up order. When I asked about the price he was extremely rude and talked down to me as he insisted he was right.Another employee intervened and told him the product was in-fact on “manager special” and the price online was correct. The “manager” did not apologize and continued to be rude. When I told him he was rude, he said no other customer has ever told him that. I asked him what is the difference between me and his other customers.This dispensary will treat you differently and give your different prices based off the managements personal biases. I would not recommend shopping here at all.

I went to Ascend today and the customer service was so poor!!! I asked for gummy’s that were sweet and was sold gummy’s that tasted like gasoline and I had to spit it out!! I tried to have a conversation with the employee who was supposed to be helping me and couldn’t get him to speak to me at all! All my questions were answered with a “I don’t know “ or with no answer at all! This is the place to go if you want to waste your money and have all your questions NOT answered. When I first found this dispensary it was great, every time I've been since it's just gone down hill. Items ordered online are out of stuck once I get in. How is that possible? Isnt that the point of ordering ahead. It was the same day so no excuse there. I thought since the original owner was bought out things would get better but that's not the case. It just continues to worsen. The cherry on top. When the workers dont want to work theyll just stand outside smoking saying "power went out and they cant help but make sure to call us later". Meanwhile you can see the lights on in their facility and all surrounding business have power.That's the type of behavior I expect at a fast food chain not a medical facility. I understand Marijuana may not get the respect of pill prescriptions but unfortunately this location and their team is not helping by making their dispensary a joke. Ascend is honestly minutes from my house and I'll now be driving further out, spending less money and be able to get more. Sometimes convenience doesn't beat horrible service and price gouging.

Unfortunately I have to amend my 5 star review and say goodbye to this dispensary. The staff are nice enough, but after the third strike of arriving before 6:30 pm to find the doors locked early and unable to pick up the order I placed ahead of time with a 6-6:30 pickup window, it's time to move on. Our cell phones all ping the same tower, they all have the same time showing. I am more than happy to say mea culpa if I'm there at 6:31, but I can't recall a single time I've ever shown up to Walgreens a few minutes *before* closing to be denied assistance with my prescription pickup, a dispensary should be no different. Yesterday at 6:27 pm there was a handwritten sign on the door that said "DOOR IS OPEN" but it was in fact locked. No one appeared between then and 6:32 to say "sorry we're closed" or remove the sign. Can't keep making the effort to get there when I am supposed to if they won't honor the posted "cutoff" time of 6:30 pm consistently. Getting so tired of dispensaries pretending they care about patients with medical needs but treating us like annoying customers of a low-rent head shop that have nowhere else to go. Product is the same all across the state, service and respect though... that's hard to come by.

Still waiting on this dispensary to acknowledge my email about seeds in their product. I have even emailed the Ohio pharmacy board that regulates the medical marijuana program and they have never responded either. The few times I have been in this dispensary it's just a bunch of young kids talking about getting stoned and they're not professional at all. Their prices are extremely high compared to other dispensaries. I drive down to Marietta Ohio and go to Columbia care. There are always specials or something on sale. They usually have a wide variety of flower to choose from. Even with the high price of gas it's still worth my trip. Why Pay 40 to $50 for 2.83 G when I can buy what's on sale for half the price elsewhere.

It’s only appropriate to note that this dispensary was taken over by a company that clearly doesn’t care about its patients. The dispensing agents are nothing but helpful, BUT, the prices are terrible and they don’t do any deals worth your time. The only reason I even gave them a 2 star is because the staff (that deserve a 5star review) happen to be the only redeeming quality of this dispensary. Don’t waste your time and money when Columbia Care is down the road with better deals.

I saw a review below where a guy arrived at 6:29 and he was turned away. Same happened to me. Google says they are open until 7- it should clearly state somewhere that the last client is accepted at 6:30. If I see you are open until 7 then I will assume I can still come in as long as I'm there before 7. If last patient can come at 6:30 then change the hours to 6:30. most people drive quite a distance to visit this location. I called and spoke to the "acting manager" and was told the drawers had already been counted (I called at 6:35 which means they were counting drawers well before closing time). I also told her online it says open until 7 and she refused to take my business. Not to mention I drove 45 mins there after leaving work early to get my meds. It was an absolute joke. must not want their money that bad. I've had dispensaries let me in with just 1 minute to close. Waste of time and will never go back.

The staff are very knowledgeable about the product they sell, if they haven't tried it before they will be honest about it. I’ve had horrible experiences at a couple of the other shops eith wait times, rude employees. And Bate n switch on inventory with call ahead orders. Ohio provisions misses me with all that jazz! Super friendly staff ALWAYS! Quick service ALWAYS! Even if you see a couple people out front, it’ll be within 15 minutes your inside Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Love going here first off because it's much closer than any of the dispensary's in Columbus. The Staff is super friendly, and always willing to answer any questions you must have. As Far as inventory goes, they have a wide selection of flower available. Other than that it seemed kind of sparse to me, at least compared to some of the other dispensaries around. Still what they do have is high quality from what I've seen. Never have to wait very long either. Checkin process is quick and easy, and again staff is very friendly and engages with the patients. Also the Joint on 33 is right next door if you need any other supplies.

I placed an order online in the early afternoon and arrived an hour before close. It was my first time at this location. The check-in process and social distancing protocols were great, and I was called back quickly. However, I left feeling like I wasted my time (driving 80 miles round trip) and money because they very nonchalantly told me they didn’t have what I ordered. I’ve had this happen with other dispensaries, but they ALWAYS call me to let me know they’re out and don’t make me drive all the way there to find out they have what you reserved. I placed an order for 14.15g of Straight Sauce and they only had one alternative in that quantity to offer. It’s just disappointing, and it’s unfortunate that they aren’t up to the service standards of the other dispensaries in the greater Columbus area.

I have been limiting my purchases here because while it’s great pricing for the area, you can catch better sales and better pricing driving to Columbus.The reason I’m writing the review is this today makes the second negative staff interaction I’ve had, where I’ve had to address, peoples tone, and how they spoke to me with them immediately.The fact that this happened so regularly with different staff members leads me to believe it’s a culture problem. the behavior that’s accepted in a business speaks about the environment producing.As somebody who’s been through trauma and uses cannabis as a form of treatment for PTSD around the trauma. I had some confusion with navigating their website and left a review when I was angry. That's a no no. I have since visited there and deleted that review, and will say that the way they handled me when I showed up completely made up for the initial confusion. The person in charge recognized me immediately and took very good care of me. He explained the processes that are in place and out of his control that caused me to get upset. Once I understood what was going on it made sense to me and I feel much better about making this my regular dispensary.

This place always has a wide variety of products and very short wait times. The staff is very friendly, and you can add/adjust your order while being severed. Some dispensaries will not let you change/fix your pre-orders. I would recommend this place, especially if you are a first-time patient.Also, they have a lower tax rate (6.75%), and round down on the price to reduce the amount of change they have to give out. $17.42 is probably $17 out the door!

This establishment told me that if you place a online order, your item will be PULLED and they will HOLD it until the end of business, if you don't arrive by closing, your order will be cancelled. That is what they told me, anyway. What they DID, was sell the product I ordered to someone else and then when I arrived (2 1/2 hrs. before they close) they proceeded to tell me "sorry, that item is out of stock, we have been busy today"(?). I do not understand how them being busy would affect my order, if it was truly PULLED and set ASIDE until I arrived, like they told me it would be. Not a good experience at all. There's more i could say, but I am not trying to bash this establishment. However, the service i received should be known to possible customers in the future.

I had an experience with extremely rude staff here. A “manager” tried to over charge me for a pick up order. When I asked about the price he was extremely rude and talked down to me as he insisted he was right.Another employee intervened and told him the product was in-fact on “manager special” and the price online was correct. The “manager” did not apologize and continued to be rude. When I told him he was rude, he said no other customer has ever told him that. I asked him what is the difference between me and his other customers.This dispensary will treat you differently and give your different prices based off the managements personal biases. I tried to have a conversation with the employee who was supposed to be helping me and couldn’t get him to speak to me at all! When I first found this dispensary it was great, every time I've been since it's just gone down hill. Items ordered online are out of stuck once I get in. How is that possible? Isnt that the point of ordering ahead. It was the same day so no excuse there. I thought since the original owner was bought out things would get better but that's not the case. It just continues to worsen. The cherry on top. When the workers dont want to work theyll just stand outside smoking saying "power went out and they cant help but make sure to call us later". Meanwhile you can see the lights on in their facility and all surrounding business have power.That's the type of behavior I expect at a fast food chain not a medical facility. I understand Marijuana may not get the respect of pill prescriptions but unfortunately this location and their team is not helping by making their dispensary a joke. Ascend is honestly minutes from my house and I'll now be driving further out, spending less money and be able to get more. Sometimes convenience doesn't beat horrible service and price gouging.

Unfortunately I have to amend my 5 star review and say goodbye to this dispensary. The staff are nice enough, but after the third strike of arriving before 6:30 pm to find the doors locked early and unable to pick up the order I placed ahead of time with a 6-6:30 pickup window, it's time to move on. Our cell phones all ping the same tower, they all have the same time showing. I am more than happy to say mea culpa if I'm there at 6:31, but I can't recall a single time I've ever shown up to Walgreens a few minutes *before* closing to be denied assistance with my prescription pickup, a dispensary should be no different. Yesterday at 6:27 pm there was a handwritten sign on the door that said "DOOR IS OPEN" but it was in fact locked. No one appeared between then and 6:32 to say "sorry we're closed" or remove the sign. Can't keep making the effort to get there when I am supposed to if they won't honor the posted "cutoff" time of 6:30 pm consistently. Getting so tired of dispensaries pretending they care about patients with medical needs but treating us like annoying customers of a low-rent head shop that have nowhere else to go. Product is the same all across the state, service and respect though... that's hard to come by.

I have even emailed the Ohio pharmacy board that regulates the medical marijuana program and they have never responded either. The few times I have been in this dispensary it's just a bunch of young kids talking about getting stoned and they're not professional at all. Their prices are extremely high compared to other dispensaries. I drive down to Marietta Ohio and go to Columbia care. There are always specials or something on sale. They usually have a wide variety of flower to choose from. Even with the high price of gas it's still worth my trip. Why Pay 40 to $50 for 2.83 G when I can buy what's on sale for half the price elsewhere.

The dispensing agents are nothing but helpful, BUT, the prices are terrible and they don’t do any deals worth your time. If I see you are open until 7 then I will assume I can still come in as long as I'm there before 7. If last patient can come at 6:30 then change the hours to 6:30. most people drive quite a distance to visit this location. I called and spoke to the "acting manager" and was told the drawers had already been counted (I called at 6:35 which means they were counting drawers well before closing time). I also told her online it says open until 7 and she refused to take my business. Not to mention I drove 45 mins there after leaving work early to get my meds. It was an absolute joke. must not want their money that bad. I've had dispensaries let me in with just 1 minute to close. Waste of time and will never go back.

As Far as inventory goes, they have a wide selection of flower available. Other than that it seemed kind of sparse to me, at least compared to some of the other dispensaries around. Still what they do have is high quality from what I've seen. Never have to wait very long either. Checkin process is quick and easy, and again staff is very friendly and engages with the patients. Also the Joint on 33 is right next door if you need any other supplies.

The check-in process and social distancing protocols were great, and I was called back quickly. However, I left feeling like I wasted my time (driving 80 miles round trip) and money because they very nonchalantly told me they didn’t have what I ordered. I’ve had this happen with other dispensaries, but they ALWAYS call me to let me know they’re out and don’t make me drive all the way there to find out they have what you reserved. After receiving my medical marijuana card yesterday Ohio provisions was the first dispensary that I decided to try, and I must say it was a very good choice. They have so many options to choose from with great quality and awesome prices. I had Patrick assisting me yesterday and he was so much fun. he was very helpful and any questions I had about any of the batches that I purchased from. Also showing me each product before I purchased it to make sure that I the satisfied with the look of the product. After going home and taking my first doses of medicine last night and taking an edible for the first time. Last night was the first full night of sleep I have had uninterrupted in I couldn't tell you how many years! Thank you guys so much for what you do and Patrick I personally want to thank you because I am more than pleased with the choices that you help me make yesterday!

Got home and it's melted and all over lid and sides . High prices low quality, nothing in Ohio over 70%. If you are proud of your product you don't hide it in a brown wrapper.
