Outrageous pricing! Three times the price at store I visit near downtown Cleveland. First time customer recommended by my neighbor because of proximity but I will gladly drive for extra 10 minutes to save 50.00. Specifications are same as well. Facility is very nice but not much more than the store near downtown. There is generally street parking any time.

The Marijuana here is trash I bought all Buckeye Relief and it was all weak and taste like brown paper bags. But if you never had good weed and don't know the difference you might like it. I'll personally never purchase again. Step y'all growers or products up. Ohio legal bag is trash the good stuff in the streets or Michigan

My favorite dispensary! The staff is ALWAYS welcoming with a smile and a awesome attitude. It is always so clean and then variety of options. The only down fall is that it im closer to akron so it's a little bit of drive BUT it is always worth it to me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Drove almost an hour to pick up online order. Sign on building clearly says open until 8:30pm. Arrived at 8:05pm. Was told they're closed and they wouldn't allow me to pick up my order. Will never shop here again. I hope these kind of misleading business practices discourage others from doing so too. I even explained the distance I drove to no avail.

My favorite dispensary in the area! Friendly and quick service. Great deals and overall pleasant experience. Quality is a little better compared to the other places but it all really depends on what you pick but for the prices I am never disappointed. Parking is a little tricky for anyone who may have trouble getting around, I would come when it’s less busy, it’s usuallyspots right in the front

Easily the worst dispensary in northeast Ohio. Impossible to find parking, no priority to pre-orders, and 15+ patients in waiting room at the same time. They have a good selection which is why I gave them 2 stars, but you can get all of the same things at Rise or Botanist. Online ordering is not up to par to others either. Avoid if you can.

I love this dispensary I wish dispensaries in Akron were like this I love the reward system none of the dispensaries in my area have adopted any rewards system so it’s nice to see amplify getting creative. the site is so easy to use easy to order, friendly staff who even recognized my birthday was coming up and wished me a happy early birthday! My only complaint is that the parking is kinda difficult, I’m not disabled so I’m fine walking across the street from the public parking deck but I’m not so sure how someone who was physically disabled would be able to park and get to the store as there is only street parking in front of the store which is usually full.

I have been to dispensaries all over the country and around Canada, and I can comfortably say that Amplify is my absolute favorite and I LOVE that it's right here in my backyard.Their people are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, place is clean and prices are what they are...I have no complaints at all here, just excited to see what comes next since their only limitation is that our industry is nowhere near as mature as other states, but when it is, this place will truly be world class.For now, I love them and this is your best bet in Ohio. The staff does a wonderful job here. This was my third visit and all my experiences have been great. Today I had to return a couple cartridges (manufacturing defect) and pick up a new order. From the front desk to the registers, I was treated with care and understanding. On my way out the front desk staff asked and made sure my return went smoothly. They really care about their patients here and it shows with each interaction. Thank you Amplify!

Overall my favorite dispensary in Cleveland. Great prices and amazing sales. The staff is very helpful and kind. You can definitely feel a chill vibe the minute you walk in the door. A little further away from me but it doesn't stop me from making a trip every so often just to see these smiling faces and save some bucks! Lol. Probably the best disp in NE Ohio. Every single staff member I've talked to is super friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable & helpful. They have a good selection & prices & it's super clean facility and I have literally never waited here. Not even 5 mins. No 45 people deep lines, etc. I just wish I lived a little closer but worth the drive.

My favorite dispensary in Northeast Ohio. The atmosphere is just phenomenal which just helps improves the whole mood. Walking grumpy walk out happy and it's just because of the atmosphere and also the down to earth fine folks who work here. Just wish it was closer, That's the only downside, So I don't get to visit as often as I'd like. And the other reason I love this dispensary is because they stack the discounts, which is awesome and makes it so much more affordable for me.

Nice experience . People are pleasant . Got in an out pretty fast. The whole process is a little different . You order with 1 budtender and complete sale with another at another counter for walk-ins. Seems excessive but it worked. I would recommend after your first time just ordering online. IIn a decent area. Near the grog shop . Check out the sub shop next door as well. Head shop across the street. Very clean inside. Even the bathroom was nice. ✌🏻

This shop is a little different set up than the other dispensaries that I have been to. New patient intake wasn't long. Inside are stations to order from with an attendant to ask questions.It was the first week and my first visit, so it took like a little longer than anticipated.The staff was super friendly and happy. Every single one.One of the biggest selections I have ever seen. I picked up something new and something I was familiar with. I also picked up a Sneak Peek item which are new strains in the market. Excellent service, great selection, good pricing. This will be a great addition to the market!

Over all had a wonderful experience! All of the staff was very kind and helpful! They were quick about getting me registered and signed in. They took the time to explain different products to me and helped answer all of my questions! They told me about their future promotions and showed me how to stay in the loop. I was lucky enough to get a swag bag that was filled with a bunch of goodies!! I would certainly recommend Amplify to a friend && I will definitely be coming back to visit again soon!
