Long wait time even though there were very few customers. All products are enclosed in cages where you can't look and shop for what you want. I'm hoping as time goes on they figure out the kinks and fix them. Prices are outrageous. One pack of 10 gummies was 70.00.

The wait was a bit longer than I would've liked, even placing a online order. I also filled out what my preferred name is and it was ignored every time. It's not a huge deal, but why have that question if it's not going to be taken into consideration. I do think this is more of an expensive dispensary, hence why I won't be back. But everyone was really nice!!

Best medical dispensary I’ve been to. Got my card in 2020 and split my business between here and Verilife. The inventory is unsurpassed. I’ve seen a few negative reviews mostly about the wait , whether in reception or the sales floor. Promise, 9 out of ten times there is a reasonable explanation. Could be sold out, even if it showed available when placing an online order. Online orders are only taken the minute we open. Very easy for your item to be sold before any one saw you order. Lastly, saw a review about patients being turn away. This only occurs when it’s very close to closing. I promise this amazing staff and management want to give you your medication. However, the State is strict about conducting a sale after 7

Normally the people that work here are trying to take care of the patients that are inside of the facility, but today they turned away multiple patients instead of helping the patients timely one worker instead of helping she just walked around while other were just standing around in back if they weren't so worried about leaving they could have helpedeveryone in the facility..They say they take patients all the way up to 7 but thats just clearly a lie even tho multiple workers say they do maybe you guys should lock the door at 6 or 6:30.. So no sleep for me unless I take Pharmaceuticals just shameful that some people instead of helping they are only serving their own self-interest to go home asap.

Last I visit they closed shop in the early afternoon despite claiming they were open and person who answers the phone the next day gives a poor excuse of “well yeah, sorry sucks.” Just was overall very dismissive and gave no explanation. Now that there’s more shops opening in Cincinnati their competitors offer way better prices and better/friendlier customer service. Ever since then, I haven’t returned to this place.

I bought a Timeless Flip case & Battery (Ohio) and 1 gram cartridge yesterday at your Cincinnati location. These were sold together to me by cannabis advisor # 46863. This is the first time I have used a battery and cartridge combo and expected to be able to use them together correctly. The case will not close correctly with the cartridge. I went back into the dispensary today for help (I thought I was doing something wrong) and was told "it was because the cartridge was 1 gram, but oh the box says 1 gram so it should fit". Then I was told maybe not all cartridges would fit. I think the advisor should receive more training, because why would you sell me a battery & case and a cartridge knowing the cartridge wouldn't fit. The advisor that sold this to me yesterday is the one that was at the front desk and told me this. I paid $28 for the battery & case and am unable to use it correctly. This was my first time at Zen Leaf and I am really disappointed in Zen Leaf and was hoping this would be a better place. I understand you are in the business to make money, but it seems like all that was cared about was a sale even if it wasn't the correct equipment/cartridge.

First of all I just wanna say their check in process is extremely outdated and slow. I don’t know how they go thru their customers bc a lot of people that came in after me have already came and went and I’m still sitting here… it’s literally taking forever like I’m at a doctor appt! Anyone who goes here just know SunnySide and Verilife have a way better process and it’s a lot faster and they go by first come first serve unlike here which I’m not sure why I’m still waiting it makes no sense everyone else is already gone !! by far my favorite dispensary in SW Ohio/Cincinnati. You'll always find me here. they have the most flower selections. lately it's been over 200. as of today 9/12/23 it stands at 216 different types of flower. that's crazy. they have deals every day of the week plus random promotional deals. the people there are friendly and legit. they know what they're talking about. they don't just agree with everything you say like most places. yes men. they get you our in a timely manner and unlike a lot of dispensaries they have a super chill waiting room with furniture and music. most places are like an amusement park line after line that takes forever. If I can I always try to go here.

Usually pretty fast service. budtenders are always kind and patient.get there before 6 pm due to state licensing they cannot serve after 7pm. The state should allow them to serve the customers in the waiting room but that's a state issue

I made an online order for 1pm. I got to the store at 1250. It wasn’t busy at all, but I was a new patient and had to be processed. I sat there waiting until 135 for someone to take me back, while multiple people after me were taken back. If my order wasn’t prepaid, I would have left.Honestly, I’ve never been to a dispensary that took so long.. even on 4/20. I’ll give it one more try since I live 10 minutes away but my first visit was not ideal..

Went there and had to wait over a hour to get to backKept blaming on lack of employees and to many patients checking in. But all you heard going on in the back sound like a party bunch of laughing and giggling. 3 patients leave from back and took forever to get 1 patient to get called back(when we all know we go back with different people). So if 3 left out the door and taking 10 minutes for 1 to get called back is just crazy when you have a whole dispensary full of patients. Patients shouldn't be treated like this I wouldn't recommend wasting your time

Are very rude and me being a new customer I didn’t kno anything about their facility and they didn’t bother to help either. Was asking the workers questions just to b ignored. Felt like a child being punished for something I didn’t even do. I probably will never go back there just because the customer service was just horrible and as a first time customer I was very disappointed. And the wait time as a first time customer is over 30 minutes, why, I don’t know. Worst experience ever do not recommend just because of the service!

I wouldn’t recommend. It was my first visit to any dispensary. The young man behind the counter seemed annoyed I was a new customer. Tried to deny me service because my ID didn’t have my new address. (I just moved to a new home) Said I’d have to provide 3 pieces of mail with my current address. Luckily for me, I have my mail sent to my email. I showed him all my mail with my name and new address. That also seemed to annoy him. He audibly sighed and said “You have to get a new ID with your current address printed on it or next time we’ll refuse you.”… “Even thought I provided the mail with my name and new address?” I asked. “Yeah man” he said with an attitude…At this point I should have left, but I needed my prescription. After waiting around 25mins, I was escorted into the sales room. The tender was extremely nice and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. In the process of checking me out, a large man I assume was the manager came over and told him we need to hurry up. Then stormed off. The tender apologized profusely and said that was completely inappropriate. A second tender even came over to say how inappropriate that was. I assured them it was not their fault and thanked him for their help. The manager (I presume) and the secretary boy proceeded to mean mug me as I walked out the door. 0/10I believe Jacob was my tender. He gets a 10/10

They never answer the phone. They also seem to rarely have security on site, which is concerning. Not the best value but convenient. They don't seem to be ADA accessible either. I've seen wheelchair users struggle to get inside due to the doors being manual and heavy. The staff is friendly,however, the dispensery itself always seems so poorly managed. Also the selection is very much hit and miss.

An amazing dispensary with amazingly friendly staff and really good prices with almost daily sales. First dispensary visited as a medical patient and it is my go-to for my medical cannabis needs.They stock a wide variety of tasteful products including AiroPro vape cartridges, extracts, edibles, etc., along with 'the original' flower products. Also on the shelves is nice gear used to consume your cannabis products.You cannot beat their customer service!

Today is 4/20 which is a big day for cannabis. I stood outside waiting for 30mins before they opened just to have a consultant tell me she couldn’t describe anything and kept telling me that I had to look at the menu. She rung me up before I was done. I have severe anxiety and it took a lot for me to go to a different dispensary than I’m used to. I need cannabis to eat and to help with my mental health problems. I was having a full blown panic attack when she told me she couldn’t describe anything cause I don’t understand stuff sometimes because of my anxiety. I told her that; she still wouldn’t help me. When she walked away to pick the stuff up before I could finish, I started shaking cause I was getting even more anxious. I guess she didn’t care cause she still had an attitude. I had to go to verilife to get the rest of my stuff. I still had $200 to spend but I couldn’t get that done at zenleaf. This is so lengthy cause I wanted to clearly describe the situation. I don’t want this happening to another person with anxiety or any other mental health problem. This situation is very triggering to a lot of people. I’ve never had this situation happen before at any other place that I’ve ever been to. Zen leaf is not a safe environment for people that have severe anxiety which is sad cause people come there to get meds that help with it.

This was my first visit to a dispensary and I had no clue what I was doing. Christine (I hope I have that right) walked me through things, explained the strains and products, and did everything she could to help me, without providing medical advice of course. It was maybe 45 minutes from the time I walked in the waiting room, everything was much more affordable than I expected, and for the first time in literal years I slept through the night with no nightmares. I’d give it ten stars if I could.

Every few months I try this place again to see if it's better: never is.Do they have a good selection? Sure. Is it worth waiting forever when there is a dispensary with the same prices and better wait times? Absolutely not! What is the point of ordering online when I will still get stuck waiting 30-40 minutes for the only 5 people ahead of me to get called up.If you are planning to come here, plan to spend at least an hour, especially if you didn't do an online order (though at the pace they move, I'm not sure that even matters).I don't understand how this place is so slow when others in the city (and around the country) aren't. This is absolutely my last time here.

I thought it would get better now that they are under new ownership, somehow it's worse. Imagine claiming to close at 9pm but actually closing at 8:45. How does that help the patient or be beneficial to anyone but the employees who barely gain anything from 10 minutes off. They advertise false hours of business, eager to close even earlier than the last (unwritten) closing time which was understandable. Closing 15 minutes early means you closed at 8:45, and should be stated as such. They will continue to do nothing though because they just don’t care about anything but your money.

I have been going to this one for a couple of months now. I live a bit farther north of Cincinnati and it's worth the drive for me. Security guards do their job without making you feel uncomfortable. Line inside and outside, I was a new patient and tried to give them my id and my license to get started and they just said needed my license which unlike every other dispensary I’ve been to over the past year.Went to sit down and wait for like 30 minutes, guy asked me to fill out the new patient form I had been expecting at the beginning, they want you to write your 25 digit medical on the paper and other info. I tried to give them my id once again since the number is on there and it will go in the system either way.Once again said they didn’t need the card. Wait another 30 minutes for the guy to say they can’t read my handwriting and to tell them some of the numbers. Decided to start the new year by checking out a new dispensary. Really enjoyed this one. Staff was nice, check in was easy. They have a huge menu compared to other stores I’ve been to (10 pages!) so lots of product choice. Prices seem comparable to other places. There’s also a smoke shop next door so I started my new year with new glass too! A good experience, I’ll go back!

Very clean, the lady at check in seems a little rude. Other staff is friendly and the facility is very nice and a large assortment. However, throughout the year the prices have increased significantly. Through the pandemic you wouldn’t think they would do that to the ones needing medication. For that reason I and a lot of others I know cannot afford it and have went elsewhere. The streets have way better deals and much better quality also. $50 for 2 grams is a huge rip off and it’s mostly dry and not what you’d expect from a $50 purchase. Strawberry Fields in Monroe always has better deals. As far as the facility, I personally do not like so much interaction with staff, your escorted back and escorted out as opposed to other dispensaries where you just walk in and purchase your stuff and leave. Another downfall is they do not accept cards and there’s not an ATM on site. Come with cash if you do end up deciding to be ripped off.

The ambiance and energy from both the waiting area and inside the dispensary were both inviting and comfortable. I had JR as a specialist, and he was just that! He knows his knowledge about cannabis and how it will be work with you body and needs. JR was extremely thorough and detailed about what works best for the customer. Which I appreciated because it allows for a knowledgeable conversation on how one’s medical works for them. I cannot wait to go back and see all of the staff and the large array of cannabis from flower to edibles, beautifully laid out! 12/10 would recommend to any patient Cincinnati native or not!

Everyone is always so friendly from the time i walk in to give my I.D to going to the back room. PLUS they are so amazing with my allergy. It seriously means the world to me knowing that they take the time to be safe with me. You have no idea what that does. Its always the small touches that make it even better. Great first experience with this disp! Very friendly staff, who seemed knowledgeable for the quick in and out I made. I ended up arriving at 8:34, as a new patient. They were kind enough to let me proceed even tho it was 4 after the new patient cutoff time. I already knew what I wanted and a super nice gentleman took my order. I was called to the back by a staff member who gave me a brief run through. I went quick because I knew they were closing soon and I didn't want to hold them up. Building is large inside, displays and setup were nice. I will say I've found some better deals at other places but I'm def going to go back to Have a Heart. The wait time wasn't bad I was a new patient so it took an extra like 10 minutes. I had a young lady named Lauren H. to help guide me through the experience. She was very knowledgeable and helpful because even though I've done tons of research I don't know even an eighth of the info. we discussed different strains and exactly what medical effects I needed and came up with a game plan (that included a great sale discount on my order). She helped me pick blends for 4 different medical complaints I have and was extremely knowledgeable and nice and so patient. As for the most important part. The medicine is always top choice selection. With plenty of varieties to choose from and their menu gets bigger every time I go in. Well then when I arrived they had it listed but two of a certain product and get the other on discount. Went to Have a Heart today. I had a menu from Verilife and one from About Wellness. When I compared the menus, Have a Heart was more expensive than the other two. Also, I am completely disabled. Have a Heart would not give me a discount for Indigent or for SSDI as the other two dispensaries did. If I cannot get the discount and the higher prices at Have a Heart, I will not be returning. However Have a Heart was nice dispensary. Verilfe is also a nice dispensary.

Went to the new dispensary in Cincinnati. Have a Have A Heart Cincy. Was a soft opening. Which meant they could only sell specific growers. I was number 1 customer. They treated me great. They had some growing pains but was in no hurry. The layout is good. Only 1 display case on the floor. They rest were shelves set back in the walls with locking glass doors. Got a 25% indigent discount. Not sure they say Grand opening Friday, but I believe I heard they were open tomorrow. All in all was fun and looks like I'll be back for sure. I bought a Timeless Flip case & Battery (Ohio) and 1 gram cartridge yesterday at your Cincinnati location. These were sold together to me by cannabis advisor # 46863. This is the first time I have used a battery and cartridge combo and expected to be able to use them together correctly. The case will not close correctly with the cartridge. I went back into the dispensary today for help (I thought I was doing something wrong) and was told "it was because the cartridge was 1 gram, but oh the box says 1 gram so it should fit". Then I was told maybe not all cartridges would fit. I think the advisor should receive more training, because why would you sell me a battery & case and a cartridge knowing the cartridge wouldn't fit. The advisor that sold this to me yesterday is the one that was at the front desk and told me this. I paid $28 for the battery & case and am unable to use it correctly. This was my first time at Zen Leaf and I am really disappointed in Zen Leaf and was hoping this would be a better place. I understand you are in the business to make money, but it seems like all that was cared about was a sale even if it wasn't the correct equipment/cartridge.

They never answer the phone. They also seem to rarely have security on site, which is concerning. Not the best value but convenient. They don't seem to be ADA accessible either. I've seen wheelchair users struggle to get inside due to the doors being manual and heavy. The staff is friendly,however, the dispensery itself always seems so poorly managed. Today is 4/20 which is a big day for cannabis. I stood outside waiting for 30mins before they opened just to have a consultant tell me she couldn’t describe anything and kept telling me that I had to look at the menu. She rung me up before I was done. I have severe anxiety and it took a lot for me to go to a different dispensary than I’m used to. I need cannabis to eat and to help with my mental health problems. I was having a full blown panic attack when she told me she couldn’t describe anything cause I don’t understand stuff sometimes because of my anxiety. I told her that; she still wouldn’t help me. When she walked away to pick the stuff up before I could finish, I started shaking cause I was getting even more anxious. I guess she didn’t care cause she still had an attitude. I had to go to verilife to get the rest of my stuff. I still had $200 to spend but I couldn’t get that done at zenleaf. This is so lengthy cause I wanted to clearly describe the situation. I don’t want this happening to another person with anxiety or any other mental health problem. This situation is very triggering to a lot of people. I’ve never had this situation happen before at any other place that I’ve ever been to. Zen leaf is not a safe environment for people that have severe anxiety which is sad cause people come there to get meds that help with it.

It was maybe 45 minutes from the time I walked in the waiting room, everything was much more affordable than I expected, and for the first time in literal years I slept through the night with no nightmares. Is it worth waiting forever when there is a dispensary with the same prices and better wait times? Absolutely not! Imagine claiming to close at 9pm but actually closing at 8:45. How does that help the patient or be beneficial to anyone but the employees who barely gain anything from 10 minutes off. They advertise false hours of business, eager to close even earlier than the last (unwritten) closing time which was understandable. Closing 15 minutes early means you closed at 8:45, and should be stated as such. They will continue to do nothing though because they just don’t care about anything but your money.

However, throughout the year the prices have increased significantly. Through the pandemic you wouldn’t think they would do that to the ones needing medication. For that reason I and a lot of others I know cannot afford it and have went elsewhere. The streets have way better deals and much better quality also. $50 for 2 grams is a huge rip off and it’s mostly dry and not what you’d expect from a $50 purchase. Strawberry Fields in Monroe always has better deals. As far as the facility, I personally do not like so much interaction with staff, your escorted back and escorted out as opposed to other dispensaries where you just walk in and purchase your stuff and leave. Another downfall is they do not accept cards and there’s not an ATM on site. Come with cash if you do end up deciding to be ripped off.

Ashley, Brook and David (name spelling?) were just rad. I’ve been to several dispensaries throughout the country as well as overseas. Being a native of OH it’s nice to have another dispensary I feel welcome visiting from the moment I walk in.This past Sunday was my first visit and I’ll definitely be a repeat patient/customer. Great atmosphere, great selection and solid prices. Overall just a great experience!

Every time I come, it’s always love. Each member of the staff is full of positive energy and are always delighted to see you. They remember who you are each time you come, creating that familiar experience and rapport with you. The quality of their merchandise is always elite. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and would advise anyone who’s in the area to visit this loving place. You won’t be disappointed.

Showed up today to meet with Paul and the other great staff. I must say great experience and knowledgeable staff led to right medications for my conditions. Also very impressed by the menu. Menu’s with the Terpene profiles! Gotta like that. Five Star!

This dispensary is so much cleaner. It's more customer friendly. It has a relaxing atmosphere. Best of all they treat you like family. And for those of you who have never been there they also offer a crub side pick up.

TLDR: No ATM on-site, but exceptional staffTruly, this place deserves four stars because they don't have an ATM on-site. Some of their prices are higher than at other dispensaries around Cincinnati, but some prices are better than their competitors so I will call that a wash and not ding them for that. The lack of an ATM is ridiculous though. Everywhere else I have been has them. It is a standard feature that should be considered essential for them. So, minus one star for not having one.Where Have A Heart Cincy shines is with the employees. I expect excellent customer service at any dispensary and have never been disappointed, but the environment here is a cut above. Everyone here was warm and friendly. From the guard to reception to sales, each person was welcoming, pleasant and comforting. Creating a space like that requires leadership that values those traits and people who are genuine and kind working together. So they deserve an extra star.

Nice setup, friendly staff and a diverse selection. Possibly a little bit cheaper than it's rival. They would do well, to put the menu up daily. There's a lot of product not on the leafly menu and most doesn't match menu in store.

Went to Have a Heart today. I had a menu from Verilife and one from About Wellness. When I compared the menus, Have a Heart was more expensive than the other two. Also, I am completely disabled. Have a Heart would not give me a discount for Indigent or for SSDI as the other two dispensaries did. If I cannot get the discount and the higher prices at Have a Heart, I will not be returning. However Have a Heart was nice dispensary. Verilfe is also a nice dispensary.

Have A Heart Cincy was wonderful. Yesterday was my first time there and they had all of their products In. I was super impressed by the staff who just want you to feel at home and with their process of assigning someone to guide you so that there is never a chance that you are going to walk out of there with something you know nothing about. These people felt down to earth and Welcoming and in my book you don’t see that much. Kudos to the staff for a great opening... it really seems like your smoothed out the kinks.

I've been to About Wellness and Verilife before visiting "Have a Heart". I think this is the best setup and staff I've seen in the area. David was very patient, educated and helpful. All the other staff members were pleasant, nice and helpful. Good experience.

Well worth the wait!! What an unbelievable facility and team. I was greeted with a smiling face every step of the way, and every team member was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Cincinnati patients have an amazing choice with Have a Heart.

Went to the new dispensary in Cincinnati. Have a Have A Heart Cincy. Was a soft opening. Which meant they could only sell specific growers. I was number 1 customer. They treated me great. They had some growing pains but was in no hurry. The layout is good. Only 1 display case on the floor. They rest were shelves set back in the walls with locking glass doors. Got a 25% indigent discount. Not sure they say Grand opening Friday, but I believe I heard they were open tomorrow. All in all was fun and looks like I'll be back for sure. Flower I got was fresh very good. Got the go to layer cake. One of my favs 29% Give it a shot. See what you think.
