Verdant is another solid dispensary. They have great deals almost daily, and the wait is usually minimal. The only downside to this place is the traffic in the surrounding area, sometimes it's difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, but other than that, Verdant has been reliably hooking me up for years.

It's pretty easy to get to if you're familiar with the area. They have decent parking and offer curbside pickup. Usually easy to deal with, in and out within 20 to 40 minutes depending on the day which is awesome. The employees are amazing and know their business. The only thing is the website can be a little tricky and I don't like you can't see the sales before hand, but other than that great dispensary with good prices.

This was my first time using the curbside option and I waited 40 minutes exactly for an order placed well in advance. At no time during the transaction, which is a two part process, was I advised the wait would be this long. In fact, the communication was "it'll be a few minutes". There were 4 or less cars in the parking lot during the entire time so the wait did not make sense. I respectfully spoke to the gentleman handling the transaction about the wait and he voiced that it's common to take awhile. I offered feedback that it would be helpful for them to communicate extended wait times to customers but it did not seem to be possible so I'll leave it here. Verdant, please communicate with customers regarding wait times. Online preferably. We have busy schedules. I have been inside as well a few times and the process is timely there too. I do not have issues like this at The Botanist I just don't like their parking situation and Verdant is closer. Perhaps as new dispensaries open in the Columbus area there will be a greater emphasis on efficiency and communication. It's fair to add though that everyone at Verdant is friendly and welcoming, which gives this review an extra star, so if you have the time maybe it wouldn't be an issue.

And I can understand a slight wait being inside but I placed my curbside order at 10am for 4-5p was notified 30 minutes after placing the order to it was ready and STILL waited 25 minutes in the car. Today was my first visit at Verdant Dispensaries. Since my regular dispensary, Strawberry Fields, was having internet issues, I had to go to Verdant. After getting called back into the waiting room, and after the person in-front of me left, I walked up to the available counter. I was then rudely told by cashier Asmme (05302012) that I wasn't called to the counter yet. Since this was my first visit, I didn't know the protocol. I explained to the cashier that this was my first visit, and proper signage is needed for new customers. The cashier also said the employees out front (who were great and friendly!) should have told me - they did not mention anything to me. For the rest of my visit, the cashier continued to be extremely rude to me. When I was leaving, I reiterated that proper signage or instructions for new customers would be helpful. She then rolled her eyes and rudely said: "have a great day ma'am."Due to her excessively rude attitude, I will never be returning to Verdant Dispensary in Columbus, OH. I hope Asmme's supervisor reprimands her for her extremely poor customer service - maybe put her in a position that is not customer-facing.

I used to love this place. With all the new people, the lines are so slow and the customer service has declined. Everytime I have gone there they have the patient cards out of order, where the last person is 1st. Also, one of my jars was foam, was slightly open. Hopefully, you all can do better.

I appreciated that so much because not many places would do so or take the time out to call a dissatisfied customer to see if they could do anything. Nice place, everyone is very nice, respectful and professional. It was my first time here and they asked if i knew what i wanted or if I wanted to speak with someone. I chose to speak to someone and told him what i have tried and liked and had some really good recommendations to match what i had and keep it at similar price points. I explained some other issues and he had some really good knowledge explaining what all the different cannabinoids do. My only gripe with the place is, it seemed some of the products were higher prices than others. Also to note they didnt have any first timer discounts, however they do have discounts for veterans. I’ve been coming to Verdan since it opened. It has gone downhill and I ordered two Lester pods and some flour. He asked me if I the luster pod battery I said yes and he said, but do you have this one and was pointing to the new one under the counter and I said, why is it different? Did they change it? he’s like you need this one. Totally trying to scam me into buying a brand new battery which I did not appreciate since I have been a customer there for years. I’ve just noticed since management change that it’s gone downhill. I’m so glad they’re building a dispensary up north. I don’t want to be argued with. I have seen the changes that this company has went through over the last several years. It is refreshing to have a company who cares about their patients as well as the overall experience. While I have had a few incidents over the years, the continued improvement and awesome service has brought me back to this location time and time again. Today, Nadaya (SP?) provided fantastic customer service. She heard my concerns and advocated for me the entire time. All while being a brand new employee! The manager, Montana, exemplifies what it means to hear the patient and to show grace. She took me to a meeting room where I was able to voice my concerns and she walked through the entire process with me. Not once did she make me feel like a nuisance or that I was wasting her time. It is the staff and the treatment like this that make me proud to say where I go for my medication, and to keep returning for that matter. Thank you all at Verdant Creations, Columbus!

Any time you do curbside pick up, expect to wait an hour plus. Even if you set a pick up time. They say “short staffed” but cars come and go and people come and go and yet, you still get zero service. You have to call a bunch of times (because you’ve been sitting there an hour) and they either ignore your calls, or are rude to you. Then if you do go inside, the staff isn’t really friendly and they seem like they don’t want to be there and hate their jobs. Definitely recommend going somewhere else if you want friendly service and want your product(s) within a reasonable time.

I'd give you 0 stars if I could. Why post that you are open until 8pm? It is a lie. I placed an online order for pickup at 715pm. I got held up a bit and got there at 740pm. When I got there the door was locked. The security guard came to the door and I told him I had an online order to pickup and he told me to leave. Verdant creations is the worst. You lie about your hours and then treat me as if I am in the wrong. Thats a terrible way to run a business. I am leaving bad reviews anywhere and everywhere that I can.

If I could give zero stars I would. The parking here is horrible! The staff is extremely slow and their “curbside” is a joke. Most times the ordering system doesn’t even notify you that your order is ready so the “I’m here” button isn’t available. I ordered curbside and waited 30 mins for someone to come out. I finally called to see why I hadn’t been helped and the rude lady at the front desk stated that they needed to find a store associate that was willing to come out in the rain (it was sprinkling) and she didn’t know how long that would take. Meanwhile I watched 8 different store associates who didn’t mind running out in the rain to smoke a cigarette! The prices are fair here but at this point it’s not worth it. I’ll just go to Harvest or The Botanist moving forward

A nightmare . I did online /curbside assuming it would be curbside. I received a text that order was ready . I park in front of a big curbside sign. There is no way to check in, so I go into dispensary. I let the person at desk know I had an online /curbside order. He tells me they don’t have curbside ordering .. I tell him there are 3 parking spots reserved for curbside with signs, and I chose curbside while ordering online . He says sorry we don’t have curbside and I needed to get in line.. 2 hours later , still waiting on an order that was ready 3 hours ago!

I’m really disappointed I have to write a bad review honestly. Most of the people have been nice minus some of my experience today. I will no longer be coming here even though the next closest dispensary is much further. I will still save time going to one that’s further away because this place is beyond slow. Soooo slow. The employees seem to talk amongst each other a lot even when there’s a line. I calmly explained to the person that helped me today my frustrations and received an unprofessional response. The prices are decent but I don’t have an hour to an hour and a half to spend at the dispensary. The customer service is suffering badly.

Whoever is responsible for Operations at this location should be fired or submit their resignation. Unfortunately, I have been coming to this location for nearly 2 years, only because prices are low. The level of customer service provided to the patients is disgusting. Basic communication skills are non existent. Standing in line for extended periods of time because there is not enough seating. The majority of the caregivers are not focused on the patients. In one situation, I had to ask the caregiver to stop talking with a fellow employee so that we could complete the order that was sitting in front of him waiting. I could go on with many more examples. Based on my experience in leadership and operations, I’m certain whoever is in charge of this place is not fit to be in leadership position. Having said all that, the prices are good. For me, it’s no longer worth it. I will drive 45 minutes farther and pay more money to avoid dealing with this business.

This is the best place to answer questions about anything you need to know. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Angela was kind, professional, and patient with explanations, and able to help me out with finding things that are helpful tips on what to choose. Plus, the front desk will be happy to laminate your cards, and they are pretty fast and accurate any time I have been there. I went to the Botanist, but I was not guided to useful information until visiting here. The staff are top of the list here in their field. Thanks Angela for all your help!

It’s the only dispensary that I used for 2 years and I’m done. They’ve always leaned toward incompetence and been too slow, but the location was convenient for me and the prices are solid.Today, I sat in the parking lot for over an hour waiting on my pick up order, no one came. At least 4 employees saw me and I tried to call 6 times, couldn’t get through.. I get if they are busy, but there were literally 2 people customers in the dispensary at one point. I’m finding a new dispensary and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Verdant Creations has a bottleneck in their back end that they cannot seem to figure out.They should consider sending one or two of its employees to work in a properly functioning dispensary for a few weeks, so they can learn how it's done and then come back and teach everyone else. Today they had 4 cashiers standing around unable to wait on customers while 3 other employees ( eventually 4) were all trying to dispense one single order because they couldn’t keep the orders straight. A line full of people and half the employees are focused on 1 customer while the rest of the employees and other customers have to wait around with their thumbs up their butts.Drive further to a better dispensary and save yourself some time and patience.

I originally had a 5 star review . But they have gone way down hill. Customer service has always been rude, and they are always slow. They locked the doors as I was waling up at 7:15. Made me drive 20 min just to waist my time. You would think a company that somewhat cares about their customers would let someone in at the last second....Might as well just post the hours on line as closing at 7, because I am confident if I had walked in the doors at 7:14 they still would have kicked me out. They also will not honor the sale price for the next day, which I have asked for at 2 different dispensaries when they did not close the door on my face and they were more the accommodating. In addition to this experience, I have never gone here and waited less then 35 minutes. Every other dispensary in the central ohio area has been much better, faster, cheaper. Save you self time and money, drive to one of the dispensaries in Newark. Even with the extra drive you will save time and $$. This place is an absolute mess and I hope they can clean up.

Verdant has great prices & sales that draws me back! But a lot has changed at Verdant since I’ve started as a customer/patient in Aug 2021. Unfortunately not good changes! Too many issue to write but the main problem I’ve uncovered yesterday, really has made me upset! I usually shop online & then pick up but this time I sat with an consultant & when he showed me the flower inventory, I noticed large quantities of flower products was not listed on line but was listed on his screen! The consultant couldn’t explain why large quantities were not listed on website for sale but we’re available! He also was unable to tell me the percentage of THC in the product (like normally)I asked for a manager and she came & never answered why the quantities were not online but said she would be willing to go check the %of THC off the product it self🤔That’s totally strange to me! In the past I could ask the consultant the percentage but this day was different! I was able to make my purchases but I was wondering if something fishy is going on🤔 Ive seen employees also shop there, so are they saving these good strains for themselves? I’ve started checking out other dispensary lately because Verdant keeps disappointing me!!

Other days can be a headache.Before I go further, I just want to say that the staff have NEVER let me down. Mistakes might be made, but they are quick to own and happily resolve and accommodate. I trust them.Parking is another matter. First, small parking lot. Second, few dispensaries. The small parking lot makes a busy day a terrible day. I avoid it if I can, but you never know. The owner knows it's an issue and is trying to remedy the situation. And since we don't have a lot of dispensaries, the flow of people just gets too big. The lines get so long sometimes.Hours aren't bad, but I wish they could add an hour on each end. If they reasonably can, great! If they can't, I get it. It's pretty easy to get to if you're familiar with the area. They have decent parking and offer curbside pickup. Usually easy to deal with, in and out within 20 to 40 minutes depending on the day which is awesome. The employees are amazing and know their business. The only thing is the website can be a little tricky and I don't like you can't see the sales before hand, but other than that great dispensary with good prices.

This was my first time using the curbside option and I waited 40 minutes exactly for an order placed well in advance. At no time during the transaction, which is a two part process, was I advised the wait would be this long. In fact, the communication was "it'll be a few minutes". There were 4 or less cars in the parking lot during the entire time so the wait did not make sense. I respectfully spoke to the gentleman handling the transaction about the wait and he voiced that it's common to take awhile. I offered feedback that it would be helpful for them to communicate extended wait times to customers but it did not seem to be possible so I'll leave it here. Verdant, please communicate with customers regarding wait times. Online preferably. We have busy schedules. I have been inside as well a few times and the process is timely there too. I do not have issues like this at The Botanist I just don't like their parking situation and Verdant is closer. Perhaps as new dispensaries open in the Columbus area there will be a greater emphasis on efficiency and communication. It's fair to add though that everyone at Verdant is friendly and welcoming, which gives this review an extra star, so if you have the time maybe it wouldn't be an issue.

Today was my first visit at Verdant Dispensaries. Since my regular dispensary, Strawberry Fields, was having internet issues, I had to go to Verdant. After getting called back into the waiting room, and after the person in-front of me left, I walked up to the available counter. I was then rudely told by cashier Asmme (05302012) that I wasn't called to the counter yet. Since this was my first visit, I didn't know the protocol. I explained to the cashier that this was my first visit, and proper signage is needed for new customers. The cashier also said the employees out front (who were great and friendly!) should have told me - they did not mention anything to me. For the rest of my visit, the cashier continued to be extremely rude to me. When I was leaving, I reiterated that proper signage or instructions for new customers would be helpful. She then rolled her eyes and rudely said: "have a great day ma'am."Due to her excessively rude attitude, I will never be returning to Verdant Dispensary in Columbus, OH. I hope Asmme's supervisor reprimands her for her extremely poor customer service - maybe put her in a position that is not customer-facing.

Nice place, everyone is very nice, respectful and professional. It was my first time here and they asked if i knew what i wanted or if I wanted to speak with someone. I chose to speak to someone and told him what i have tried and liked and had some really good recommendations to match what i had and keep it at similar price points. I explained some other issues and he had some really good knowledge explaining what all the different cannabinoids do. My only gripe with the place is, it seemed some of the products were higher prices than others. Also to note they didnt have any first timer discounts, however they do have discounts for veterans. I’ve been coming to Verdan since it opened. It has gone downhill and I ordered two Lester pods and some flour. He asked me if I the luster pod battery I said yes and he said, but do you have this one and was pointing to the new one under the counter and I said, why is it different? Did they change it? he’s like you need this one. Totally trying to scam me into buying a brand new battery which I did not appreciate since I have been a customer there for years. I have seen the changes that this company has went through over the last several years. It is refreshing to have a company who cares about their patients as well as the overall experience. While I have had a few incidents over the years, the continued improvement and awesome service has brought me back to this location time and time again. Today, Nadaya (SP?) provided fantastic customer service. She heard my concerns and advocated for me the entire time. All while being a brand new employee! The manager, Montana, exemplifies what it means to hear the patient and to show grace. She took me to a meeting room where I was able to voice my concerns and she walked through the entire process with me. Not once did she make me feel like a nuisance or that I was wasting her time. Any time you do curbside pick up, expect to wait an hour plus. Even if you set a pick up time. They say “short staffed” but cars come and go and people come and go and yet, you still get zero service. You have to call a bunch of times (because you’ve been sitting there an hour) and they either ignore your calls, or are rude to you. Then if you do go inside, the staff isn’t really friendly and they seem like they don’t want to be there and hate their jobs. Definitely recommend going somewhere else if you want friendly service and want your product(s) within a reasonable time.

I'd give you 0 stars if I could. Why post that you are open until 8pm? It is a lie. I placed an online order for pickup at 715pm. I got held up a bit and got there at 740pm. When I got there the door was locked. The security guard came to the door and I told him I had an online order to pickup and he told me to leave. Verdant creations is the worst. You lie about your hours and then treat me as if I am in the wrong. Thats a terrible way to run a business. I am leaving bad reviews anywhere and everywhere that I can.

If I could give zero stars I would. The parking here is horrible! The staff is extremely slow and their “curbside” is a joke. Most times the ordering system doesn’t even notify you that your order is ready so the “I’m here” button isn’t available. I ordered curbside and waited 30 mins for someone to come out. I finally called to see why I hadn’t been helped and the rude lady at the front desk stated that they needed to find a store associate that was willing to come out in the rain (it was sprinkling) and she didn’t know how long that would take. Meanwhile I watched 8 different store associates who didn’t mind running out in the rain to smoke a cigarette! The prices are fair here but at this point it’s not worth it. I’ll just go to Harvest or The Botanist moving forward

There is no way to check in, so I go into dispensary. I let the person at desk know I had an online /curbside order. He tells me they don’t have curbside ordering .. I will no longer be coming here even though the next closest dispensary is much further. I will still save time going to one that’s further away because this place is beyond slow. Soooo slow. The employees seem to talk amongst each other a lot even when there’s a line. I calmly explained to the person that helped me today my frustrations and received an unprofessional response. Whoever is responsible for Operations at this location should be fired or submit their resignation. Unfortunately, I have been coming to this location for nearly 2 years, only because prices are low. The level of customer service provided to the patients is disgusting. Basic communication skills are non existent. Standing in line for extended periods of time because there is not enough seating. The majority of the caregivers are not focused on the patients. In one situation, I had to ask the caregiver to stop talking with a fellow employee so that we could complete the order that was sitting in front of him waiting. I could go on with many more examples. Based on my experience in leadership and operations, I’m certain whoever is in charge of this place is not fit to be in leadership position. Having said all that, the prices are good. For me, it’s no longer worth it. I will drive 45 minutes farther and pay more money to avoid dealing with this business.

Angela was kind, professional, and patient with explanations, and able to help me out with finding things that are helpful tips on what to choose. Plus, the front desk will be happy to laminate your cards, and they are pretty fast and accurate any time I have been there. They’ve always leaned toward incompetence and been too slow, but the location was convenient for me and the prices are solid.Today, I sat in the parking lot for over an hour waiting on my pick up order, no one came. At least 4 employees saw me and I tried to call 6 times, couldn’t get through.. I get if they are busy, but there were literally 2 people customers in the dispensary at one point. I’m finding a new dispensary and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Verdant Creations has a bottleneck in their back end that they cannot seem to figure out.They should consider sending one or two of its employees to work in a properly functioning dispensary for a few weeks, so they can learn how it's done and then come back and teach everyone else. Today they had 4 cashiers standing around unable to wait on customers while 3 other employees ( eventually 4) were all trying to dispense one single order because they couldn’t keep the orders straight. A line full of people and half the employees are focused on 1 customer while the rest of the employees and other customers have to wait around with their thumbs up their butts.Drive further to a better dispensary and save yourself some time and patience.

Made me drive 20 min just to waist my time. You would think a company that somewhat cares about their customers would let someone in at the last second....Might as well just post the hours on line as closing at 7, because I am confident if I had walked in the doors at 7:14 they still would have kicked me out. They also will not honor the sale price for the next day, which I have asked for at 2 different dispensaries when they did not close the door on my face and they were more the accommodating. In addition to this experience, I have never gone here and waited less then 35 minutes. Every other dispensary in the central ohio area has been much better, faster, cheaper. Save you self time and money, drive to one of the dispensaries in Newark. Even with the extra drive you will save time and $$. This place is an absolute mess and I hope they can clean up.

Verdant has great prices & sales that draws me back! But a lot has changed at Verdant since I’ve started as a customer/patient in Aug 2021. Unfortunately not good changes! Too many issue to write but the main problem I’ve uncovered yesterday, really has made me upset! I usually shop online & then pick up but this time I sat with an consultant & when he showed me the flower inventory, I noticed large quantities of flower products was not listed on line but was listed on his screen! The consultant couldn’t explain why large quantities were not listed on website for sale but we’re available! He also was unable to tell me the percentage of THC in the product (like normally)I asked for a manager and she came & never answered why the quantities were not online but said she would be willing to go check the %of THC off the product it self🤔That’s totally strange to me! In the past I could ask the consultant the percentage but this day was different! I was able to make my purchases but I was wondering if something fishy is going on🤔 Ive seen employees also shop there, so are they saving these good strains for themselves? I’ve started checking out other dispensary lately because Verdant keeps disappointing me!!

Other days can be a headache.Before I go further, I just want to say that the staff have NEVER let me down. Mistakes might be made, but they are quick to own and happily resolve and accommodate. I trust them.Parking is another matter. First, small parking lot. Second, few dispensaries. The small parking lot makes a busy day a terrible day. I avoid it if I can, but you never know. The owner knows it's an issue and is trying to remedy the situation. And since we don't have a lot of dispensaries, the flow of people just gets too big. The lines get so long sometimes.Hours aren't bad, but I wish they could add an hour on each end. If they reasonably can, great! If they can't, I get it. If they reasonably can but don't want to, well...sad-face?4-stars because I wish it was bigger. The store. The lot. Bigger. Fingers still crossed, but it won't stop me from returning.
