Nothing for sizures and cancer medicine that I needed badly. 2nd Springfield store just plain rude . Didn't even bother. Didn't get past reception desk knowing of uneducated social demeanor. They have a product for sale and none on shelves. Or in the facility at that matter, I just wish it would go back to Pure Ohio, like it was from the beginning. They have better product cost efficient and deals every day! Oh, by the way, it’s worth a drive to go to Pure Ohio.Just like the Forest Abandoned us. Maybe we should do that to them. The place was great. Then all the sudden after the old manager leaves it just went down hill. Then they just close the doors with no time line of reopening. So I'm supposed to find other dispensaries and then when they get there stuff together I'm supposed to go back. The forest has lost my business. They are not reliable and to just leave all their patients with nothing.

No one pays attention at the door to be let in. Online orders are not priority, might as well just do a walk in. Woman at the counter just seems to not care about getting anyone in and out. Last 3 times I’ve been I’ve waited over 30 minutes for pick up orders. I’d rather drive to Dayton or Columbus.

This was my former favorite store but they have made a bunch of odd changes that have alienated me as a customer and forced me to take my buisness elsewhere, namely the discontinuation of their cheap bulk ounces of shake you could purchase that they now divy up into fifths to sell at a higher mark up. I also do not like the black sheep brand at all as it seems they've stopped carrying most sensiblly priced things from the solid and the standard and are now charging more for them under this new brands name.I also do not like the redesign of the website the old version was more functional, but ultimately both versions are far worse than greenreleaf's website they actually list their terps online!I also keep hearing about how the Ohio market is flooded with too much weed to sell so why is the black sheep charging 90 bucks for half's? Greenreleaf has flower half's for 40 and shake halfs for 30, even the forests old price point was better ~70 bucks for an ounce of shake.Insanity that places are run like this.

Online listed prices while ordering were wrong. Then on the phone I was told 27% THC and a total of $122.00. Once I arrive after my 45 minute drive I get told my order is $145.00 and the ATMs were closed. So I drop some product off my order. Now that I’m home, the product I was told was 27% is only 17%!!!! False advertising and scams all around. Shady business in a shady area.

Springfield's The Forest is not a good argument for Ohio cannabis.Rushed experience, an error in my order, and a menu that did not resemble reality. That was my experience. The error was significant--out of two 28g options, I was given the 9% THC option instead of the 16% option. The items I drove 40 miles for? They were out.I will say this: with the early bird discount, I saved 30% on some of the worst, least-loved herb in the Ohio program.I won't return.

Terrasana is a better bet if you prefer a knowledgable staff and updated menus. This place is a revolving door always new faces. Too many mistakes that cost me time and money. I'm done with this location altogether. One day they might fix their menu and staffing issues. Someone let me know. The good reviews in here seem to be from people who've never been to a real dispensary. Or they are just finally excited to legally buy stuff in town. FYI... not the only one in town. Just the first one in town. And its already changed owners and there seems to be no real oversight with the new ones. If you need medication go elsewhere. If you just need something by all means... they might have what you are looking for. Definitely pre order if you can. At least that way a manager checks your fill.

What a ripoff.Currently they have 10 percent shake for 20 dollars as their cheapest quality option in flower. Their cartridges are legit 20 to 30 percent if not higher than competitors. She's been reported to the pharmacy board police in the company head of the forest . She the black woman who works there also be careful she's given us empty jars. The forest head said he is gonna correct this cause he dont want people like that representing there brand . Once I arrive after my 45 minute drive I get told my order is $145.00 and the ATMs were closed. So I drop some product off my order. Now that I’m home, the product I was told was 27% is only 17%!!!! The error was significant--out of two 28g options, I was given the 9% THC option instead of the 16% option. The items I drove 40 miles for? They were out.I will say this: with the early bird discount, I saved 30% on some of the worst, least-loved herb in the Ohio program.I won't return.

I'm done with this location altogether. One day they might fix their menu and staffing issues. Someone let me know. The good reviews in here seem to be from people who've never been to a real dispensary. Or they are just finally excited to legally buy stuff in town. FYI... not the only one in town. Just the first one in town. And its already changed owners and there seems to be no real oversight with the new ones. If you need medication go elsewhere. If you just need something by all means... they might have what you are looking for. Definitely pre order if you can. At least that way a manager checks your fill.

She's been reported to the pharmacy board police in the company head of the forest . She the black woman who works there also be careful she's given us empty jars. The forest head said he is gonna correct this cause he dont want people like that representing there brand . I did the curbside and had to do it on their website because they don't do orders over the phone.. waited and waited for them to let me know my order is ready.
