Being the first time walking into any Ohio Dispensary, I felt very welcome & not rushed at all. The salesperson was amazing, she knew her stuff and understood that I was there to medicate myself & my wife (I’m a caregiver & patient in Ohio) I was told that since I’m now in their system I can place orders online and pull up and never leave my car. I knew I was going to be paying a higher price than other states because of it being Ohio, but everyone treated me well and I was given tons of deals.

I shouldn’t say it, but I think some of it helps better than the medicine I take! I just wish I wasn’t afraid to use it during the day, but I never know when I’ll have to drive! You gotta treat these dispensaries like grocery stores. You wouldn't get everything at Walmart if you knew some things were cheaper at Aldi. Go here when they have specials, especially if their POTD is something you will use. Don't buy everything you need here just for convenience. Look online first and see where things are the cheapest. Generally at the Forest, their concentrates are pretty good prices and their flower is a little more expensive. Get your concentrates here and go to FiSci for your flower, or something like that.

It's a little unsettling that the security officer follows you out to your car. It's literally for your safety that he is there. It doesn't seem like this dispensary is in a neighborhood that warrants such measures.They have a good menu and the staff is more than friendly for new patients.-⭐ for location and the creepy security officer. He could at least identify his role when he identifies himself to patients.It is on par with the other dispensaries in the area.The 5th ⭐ goes to the location that has on-site vendor days. I'm not sure what the benefit is but I can only assume it is a positive.

This is a friendly clean facility. Staff seem to know most customers, and provide answers to questions and are knowledgeable. It was interesting that at this particular place, like others, the staff are sequestered behind glass, and you communicate thru little holes in the glass. Some other places the staff sit at a desk in the waiting room. The product menu offered here is far more extensive than some competitors, and a few products come from their parent manufacturer. Its worth the extra time to shop here.

Staff are friendlier to people who are familiar to them.Clients didn't seem to have to wait as long as in other like places. In fact, this place had the fastest service. Average wait was just a few minutes.They didn't know us, and a tiny glitch in procedure was met with a polite but matter-of-fact statement of policy and procedures. Beaurocracy but not bullying. It was very frustrating and thank goodness we had the presence of mind to not react before gathering more information, aided by a client who offered us the wisdom of her experience. This was spot on. We got the ultimate solution to our problem only because the authority we needed was available, by total coincidence, and so we were only delayed about 20 minutes. No sympathetic support from the office manager, but the job was done correctly. We will be happy to return to this dispensary, a little wiser.The products available are similar to those sold around the state, but there are some unique offerings, and a few seem exclusive to this dispensary.Phone calls are treated politely and with respect. Staff here sit in a small room and Communications occur through a window. Not all places seem that separate.All-in-all, it was a worthwhile experience and we'll return when the need arises.

So going on opening day was good and bad, we got in line about 20 minutes before they were to open. They didn't open till about 20 after and was slow to get people in. They did have 3 torches out side for people to try to stay warm. It took a while to get in. Now with time I hope the wait time will be much less. Once inside the staff was friendly and helpful. Staff was ready to answer questions and help. We did see some people having problems and the staff was quck to help try to resolve any issues. The price could be better but our overall experience was good.
