Half of my experience was great. Ordering online was definitely the way to go. You don’t have to stand in the outside... line and do the whole registration/ordering process in the lobby. You just skip right up to the counter to check in and head back. The issue is here. There was only 1 person working and there are 2 lines. One for medical and one for adult use. Medical gets first priority no matter how long the other people have been waiting. And I can understand why but at the very least there should be 2 people working the registers/helping customers. I stood and waited for over 30 mins because it took the employee 10 minutes to check out each person and by the time she was almost done another medical would come in. By the time it was my turn the line behind me was 25 people deep. I get this is new but I feel like you had ample time to prepare. All that said the girl who checked me out was very nice and the guy up front checking in was great too.read more

Jus a matter of time before this place is replaced with one that has good quality and prices cause if you want cheap this can be your place but you getbwhatbyou pay for remember that and stay far away from the green it's trash and never seems to be what they say if you compare it to other dispensaries products by the same name it's not the same even heard numerous times to check the weights and make sure your things are sealed cause they will send you home with open product. Now never have I had that issue besides once got home took the lid off the ground flower and no protective cover over the ground flower half Oz I bought I don't normally do green so I didn't know never having bought it. Didn't weigh it so I don't know about that. But I do know the more than 15 people over almostb2 years I talked to all aren't lieing life dosnt work that way. So if your using this for medical reasons AVOID by all cost you'll leave here with nothing at all or in more need of your meds cause a rent a cop has a bad day and most workers running the place seem cowardly with no real control or answers for why rules change week to week, product is never up to par like others, workers know very little about product or accessories. There are way to many places that will treat you with respect, where your product will be sold how its supposed to be and up to quality, and you won't find yourself possibly catching a case beating up one of the ex (or current) meth head workers (teeth tell alot, as well as ways of thinks an acting, meth's one hell of a drug they say lol) but for real just look at a good part of them and this dosnt mean the workers in the warehouse or stashhouse in the back they aren't bothering Noone unless it's them opening the product somehow with cameras i would hope on them and stealing or pinching product then F them to. Just AVOID at all cost and hope they get hit one day for there unprofessional ways of bussiness and whatever non legal practices that are said to be taking place or not taking place there idk until I see myself but as said before not everyone is lieing about there horrid and very unpleasant trip to this location. Shut it down already and give us more curaleafs or somthing like 21st street newark ohio or Zen Leaf over on 21st little more pricey but well worth what you get product wise, the knowledge you can learn from workers, as well as a WAY more PEACEFUL easier transaction.read more

They treat you as a burden instead of a customer. Nothing like the marion location which is very upbeat and great environment. I will only stop at this place if I'm extremely close to the area. In fact, there was only 1/2 an ounce.Initially it seemed that they were going to make it right. They asked for many items to document the issue, including the original receipt. I now realize that they apparently never intended to make it right and were just throwing up hurdles as I provided everything that they requested and they flat refused to make it right. They tried to point me to the grower. This is not how retail issues are handled. Half of my experience was great. Ordering online was definitely the way to go. You don’t have to stand in the outside... line and do the whole registration/ordering process in the lobby. You just skip right up to the counter to check in and head back. The issue is here. There was only 1 person working and there are 2 lines. One for medical and one for adult use. Medical gets first priority no matter how long the other people have been waiting. And I can understand why but at the very least there should be 2 people working the registers/helping customers. I stood and waited for over 30 mins because it took the employee 10 minutes to check out each person and by the time she was almost done another medical would come in. By the time it was my turn the line behind me was 25 people deep. I get this is new but I feel like you had ample time to prepare. All that said the girl who checked me out was very nice and the guy up front checking in was great too.read more

Jus a matter of time before this place is replaced with one that has good quality and prices cause if you want cheap this can be your place but you getbwhatbyou pay for remember that and stay far away from the green it's trash and never seems to be what they say if you compare it to other dispensaries products by the same name it's not the same even heard numerous times to check the weights and make sure your things are sealed cause they will send you home with open product. Now never have I had that issue besides once got home took the lid off the ground flower and no protective cover over the ground flower half Oz I bought I don't normally do green so I didn't know never having bought it. Didn't weigh it so I don't know about that. But I do know the more than 15 people over almostb2 years I talked to all aren't lieing life dosnt work that way. So if your using this for medical reasons AVOID by all cost you'll leave here with nothing at all or in more need of your meds cause a rent a cop has a bad day and most workers running the place seem cowardly with no real control or answers for why rules change week to week, product is never up to par like others, workers know very little about product or accessories. There are way to many places that will treat you with respect, where your product will be sold how its supposed to be and up to quality, and you won't find yourself possibly catching a case beating up one of the ex (or current) meth head workers (teeth tell alot, as well as ways of thinks an acting, meth's one hell of a drug they say lol) but for real just look at a good part of them and this dosnt mean the workers in the warehouse or stashhouse in the back they aren't bothering Noone unless it's them opening the product somehow with cameras i would hope on them and stealing or pinching product then F them to. Just AVOID at all cost and hope they get hit one day for there unprofessional ways of bussiness and whatever non legal practices that are said to be taking place or not taking place there idk until I see myself but as said before not everyone is lieing about there horrid and very unpleasant trip to this location. Shut it down already and give us more curaleafs or somthing like 21st street newark ohio or Zen Leaf over on 21st little more pricey but well worth what you get product wise, the knowledge you can learn from workers, as well as a WAY more PEACEFUL easier transaction.read more

In fact, there was only 1/2 an ounce.Initially it seemed that they were going to make it right. They asked for many items to document the issue, including the original receipt. I now realize that they apparently never intended to make it right and were just throwing up hurdles as I provided everything that they requested and they flat refused to make it right. Their online service offers great functionality, and I wish other dispensaries would adopt this.I was a first-time customer, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes.All the employees were very friendly, and the building inside has a well-lit, comfortable atmosphere.By far the most shocking bit of SUNNYSIDE is how nice their bags are. Walked in and was greeted by front desk, they were friendly and worked quickly to start my profile. Was seated and... budtender came out after a few minutes to take me back. They did everything from a tablet and I didn't feel like I could look at products to see benefits for my issues. Felt like they should have taken more time and had something for me to read about the products. I will be doing my orders online from now on so that I can research the effects for my particular needs. Get a confirmation for my order... ready to pick up and it never is !!! spend just as much time as a walk in customer, was told I had to wear a mask to go in the back to pick up my online order that wasn’t ready & had to stand for 20 more minutes after standing at the check In counter for 20 mins while 1 person rang up and labeled my items.. the Last time I checked my medical condition for having a card was cause I can’t wear one. So I will not be going back to this establishment!!
