Worst and rudest dispensary I've ever been too out of hundred's. The kid's behind the counter knew nothing of their product's or even how to look up their product's in the system. I was greeted with a rude woman. The cashier (they think they are tenders lol) didn't know anything. Not one person had clue. There are 5 place's better in close distance, never get my business again.

Prices are high compared to anywhere else medical MJ is legal in the country, but lower than local spots. They are also closed on Sundays, which is problematic for people who work during the week. Employees are nice, but that only goes so far. As soon as a better place comes around, Columbia Care could easily sink into obscurity. Love the players, not the game though.

Website not adding correctly brought it up to Karen the manager and she didn’t care nor wanted to listen to me . Customers with questions on 25$ difference from site you would think a manager would be nice and genuine with a customer but she was just defensive. Buyer beware website is not actual price ! They seem to be out of the only medication product i get the most relief out of. The sad part is they are charging over $400 an ounce When it used to be $120-140 for an ounce. The bad part is they will be weeks with out it . Ive been a patient since 2016 and it took me years to find what works for the last 3 years i have known what works for me to live my day to the fullest although times my pains and illness take over no matter what I do, i do absolutely notice the major difference when i do not have my Medicine to get me through just one more day

Issues: Preorders only. You stand out in the elements, which you would think this huge marijuana corporation would install an awning for the line. While you wait outside, they take your ID inside. I don’t like to give out my ID nor have it laid out on counters inside while I am in other rooms and the place is packed with people. Tiny waiting room and service counter. Rush in and rush out. “Budtenders” are not very knowledgeable. No loyalty points system. No stackable deals. If the product you buy is faulty (like a vape cartridge) they refer you to the manufacturer instead of in-store return. I used to go here regularly when it was Strawberry Fields and right after the Columbia Care transfer. I hadn’t been back in over a year. I was in the area so I planned a trip to the dispensary. It was okay at best before. Definitely won’t be back due to today’s experience. I know there was a sale and I expected it to be busy, I understand the rush today. Most notably, prices are high on most product carried compared to area stores.2 stars for the huge selection of products.

Great dispensary, great staff, Great choices. Online orders are sketchy though. Place in order for an once that was listed on the 28g filter. I get in the car and notice my order is a half once. Gave them a call and they said "there was a mistake on the printing on the web page". I knew the price was cheap but i was expecting an once for the price that it was listed for in the 28g section. I should of noticed when i was checking out but we were socializing. Anyway, I wasn't happy after noticing. So if you have a long drive like me make sure you know what you're getting.

Never in my life have I been treated sodisrespectfully trying to obtain my medicine. I placed an order, they said they filled it. I arrived last night at 6:25 to a young woman who was locking up. I asked can I get my medicine and she replied nope! We close at 6:30 So we have time to get our things together. I was shocked, I cant remember a time when cvs turned me away because they had to put their coat on. Now my med. Are not in stock today. They have a decent selection, and a really nice staff. My biggest complaint is the parking lot. A lot of us have medical conditions that make it hard to get out. You have to stand outside year round here. Usually they are pretty quick but I have waited for a while before. Other than that they are worth a visit !!

Though the menu here is the best in our area, the fact that you cannot 'walk in' to purchase makes this location extremely inconvenient for an out-of-towner like myself. The pick-up times fill up very quickly, and even if I were able to secure one, it generally is in the middle of the afternoon or early evening which is just not an option for me most days.PLEASE bring back in-person order and pick up ASAP so I can give y'all the great rating you otherwise deserve.

They always have the items that I need when the Monroe location is out of stock. The checkout area is very tiny & not for me. I have extreme anxiety & I feel claustrophobic in here. The building is small so there's no going into the back since that's where all the stock is kept. Just really wish this location was larger so we could shop in the back & not have to order for pickup only.

Before today I would of given this place a 5 star no problem. Today my order along with multiple other were messed up. The gentleman in front of me was charge for items but they were never place in his bag. They did not have what I ordered but still sent the text saying it was ready for pick up, once I get there after a 45min drive they informed me they were out of what I ordered. They didn't even attempt to contact me to let me know. Also the lady waiting on me was rude and unhelpful, that was a first there because everyone is normally extremely nice.

The variety and the deals are always great. But this location really sucks for convenience. You can only order online and the time slots get full damn near immediately. I once tried to place an order at exactly when they opened and it wouldn’t let me place it saying the slots were already full that day. They will NOT answer their phones or email you back so communication is the worst of anywhere I’ve ever been. If someone closer to me sold certified products still I’d go there or anywhere else. But because of the products they carry I still frequent the place often.

I honestly can't count how many issues I've had at this location. They NEVER answer the phone either so it always takes days to resolve even small issues. I was just sold a leaking Grow Ohio luster pod from them but they refused to exchange or refund me. They told me to contact processor but that doesn't give me my days back, gas/time wasted, etc. I didn't have my medicine for 2 days because of them. I'd honestly avoid and go to About Wellness. Our whole program needs worked on. Processors aren't labeling fillers they're adding, solvents they use for extraction, etc. The MMCP won't care until someone gets really sick, or worse. If SF ever fix my issue I'll be sure to update my review. But I'm not counting on itHad a few different issues. Received the wrong product and couldn't even get ahold of anyone to return. The following time I went I was told I was out of days, but time before they told me I had 7 days left. Well I tried calling for days and filed complaint with board. They finally called back after 4 days and informed me I had days that were behind in system and caught up. That I had actually went over. But that makes no sense unless it took a month for points to clear. If that's possible it shouldn't be. I understand the dispensaries are super busy but they need to hire more people. The patients shouldn't suffer time and time again because of Ohio's ridiculous system.I do appreciate Angela at least trying to help with situation and everything. I get it's out of her control. I just got screwed over and ran out of medicine because of no fault of my own.This place does offer best prices and specials. But they are constantly busy and never answer phone. When it was time to go pick up my order they called me and said that they would not honor the price! Dispensaries think they can get away with this and do false advertising. The reason that they are able to do this in Ohio is because there are no checks and balances. You're better off to do your own research for what your ailment is before you go in. Their staff is limited in the knowledge of what product is good for certain ailments and you'll only get a general response to your question. So if you want to try a trial and error approach, and you have a lot of money go for it. But if you're looking for a specific products that will help with your ailment, then still do your own research. And the one main thing that I thought was important, they don't even know how each one of their products is produced, what chemicals besides natural are in them from their supplier. And don't even know if their products were flushed at the end to get the existing chemicals out. They need to train their staff in these fields. The more knowledge you can give your recipient, the better that you can do in educating them what product they might need.

So when you say 20 percent off it's not actually 20 percent off. Might be legal but we know what you are doing . You won't add 5 dollars to the price on a 10 percent off because you would piss everyone off and cause tsunami of complaints but you will when you have 20 and 25 percent off. If I have to Always pay an extra 5 bucks then I will just go to the dispensary that's 15 miles away on 127. Why would I drive the extra 20 to 25 miles. Just saying. Use to really enjoy this place but then I quickly realized how poorly it is ran. You can never place a call in order because the phone never gets picked up. Just sent to voicemail with no returned call ever. They tell you to “just keep calling” after twenty tries later still no results. Which forces you to go there in person which you’ll end up sitting in line for hours on end. No matter the time of day you go they’re incapable of getting people in and out in a quick fashion. Better off to go to Pure Ohio. In and out within 30 in the longest of lines. It’s worth the extra drive. Strawberry fields has turned into a joke of a dispensary.

I normally go to Pure Ohio Wellness but thought I'd check out, Strawberry Fields menu and prices. They had 15% off of everything! Of course we decided to try them! If I wasn't paying attention though they would've charged me too many days. They enter everything into the system manually. Other dispensaries scan one of the '50' barcodes on the container and it all goes into the computer system. No where to sit inside and wait. You have to stand outside and wait. I think I'm going to stick with my, Pure Ohio Wellness.

I've looked at menus from despensaries all across Ohio and nobody has the selection that this place does! My only complaint which isn't gonna stop me from coming back or anything is that they need to do a better job keeping track of the days. On my last visit before today I was told I had 10 days left,I always ask how many days I have before I purchase because I like to know exactly what I'm ordering so it makes life easier for the employees and the other customers standing in line and normally they tell you without having to ask and I was told I had 10 days so I went on to purchase 6 days worth of flower. I show up today thinking I have 4 days left because 10 minus 6 is 4 but when I get to the counter I'm told I only have 1 day. Now mind you I know how it is to work in retail and customer service it can be trying at times dealing with so many people on a daily basis I get it. I go on to tell the woman that I should have 4 days and explained I was told I had 10 days last visit. She didn't yell or get loud but she was very short with me and told me "Well I'm counting that you have 1 day" and looked at me like I just spit in her face. I was just trying to explain what I was told by the last employee who helped me and I spoke in a very calm and courteous manner. Like I said I love this place and the people and I will continue to spend my money here but it's not the customers fault if the employee miscounts the days so an "I'm sorry sir but they must have miscounted last time" would have did just fine instead of looking at me like I had 3 eyes on my face. Overall though this place is the best cannabis store in the Dayton area and I know my money isn't making or breaking this place I just hope they get better with the days thing. I will actually start keeping track of them myself I just thought that was part of what they do is keep track on the computer. If you're a medical marijuana patient in the Dayton area I highly recommend you go here they are by far the best in Dayton.

There is a line, first time visitors will have to fill our a short forum. Once you get approved for your medical MMJ card (Paid the 50$), you get a picture of the card that you can use until you get the physical copy. I though this was incredibly helpful and i was able to get relief the same day i paid my 50$. The onsite menu is larger than the online menu, they are working on that. I noticed today they added a whole lot of new items to the website. So that's good and influences my rating! :)The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting what product might be right for you. The person who helped me today was wonderful, they recommended something that i am very pleased with. There was some good deals, I am able to spend 25-35 here and get something that is reasonably effective and lasts a few days. As a first time customer i am satisfied and will continue to shop here. Hopefully the prices drop more soon, however at least flower prices are not too hatefulOil and editable prices are way to high for me to be able to afford enough to effectively treat myself. However as i said earlier, prices will drop eventually and be about the same as Michigan. I would definitely recommend this place, i haven't been anywhere else yet though. I'm basing this on the fact that this is new to Ohio and also new to me. Store is very clean. Extremely secure. You have to be buzzed in by an officer with an extremely thick kevlar vest and armed. That makes me feel safe. Once you're inside the receptionists is very friendly and the other customers are happy to share their experiences and help you. Once you are in the pharmacy you can ask them any question and they will always have the correct answer. They know what's on the daily menu.*I think it's cute they call it a menu. I feel like I'm in Europe* I was extremely overwhelmed but very impressed! Nobody misses a beat there! Great atmosphere. If it had cuisine and entertainment and comfy seating, I would never leave. Prices are high compared to anywhere else medical MJ is legal in the country, but lower than local spots. They are also closed on Sundays, which is problematic for people who work during the week. Employees are nice, but that only goes so far. As soon as a better place comes around, Columbia Care could easily sink into obscurity. Love the players, not the game though.

The bad part is they will be weeks with out it . Issues: Preorders only. You stand out in the elements, which you would think this huge marijuana corporation would install an awning for the line. While you wait outside, they take your ID inside. I don’t like to give out my ID nor have it laid out on counters inside while I am in other rooms and the place is packed with people. Tiny waiting room and service counter. Rush in and rush out. “Budtenders” are not very knowledgeable. No loyalty points system. No stackable deals. If the product you buy is faulty (like a vape cartridge) they refer you to the manufacturer instead of in-store return. I used to go here regularly when it was Strawberry Fields and right after the Columbia Care transfer. I hadn’t been back in over a year. I was in the area so I planned a trip to the dispensary. It was okay at best before. Definitely won’t be back due to today’s experience. I know there was a sale and I expected it to be busy, I understand the rush today. Most notably, prices are high on most product carried compared to area stores.2 stars for the huge selection of products.

Gave them a call and they said "there was a mistake on the printing on the web page". I knew the price was cheap but i was expecting an once for the price that it was listed for in the 28g section. I should of noticed when i was checking out but we were socializing. Anyway, I wasn't happy after noticing. So if you have a long drive like me make sure you know what you're getting.

I honestly can't count how many issues I've had at this location. They NEVER answer the phone either so it always takes days to resolve even small issues. I was just sold a leaking Grow Ohio luster pod from them but they refused to exchange or refund me. They told me to contact processor but that doesn't give me my days back, gas/time wasted, etc. I didn't have my medicine for 2 days because of them. I'd honestly avoid and go to About Wellness. Our whole program needs worked on. Processors aren't labeling fillers they're adding, solvents they use for extraction, etc. The MMCP won't care until someone gets really sick, or worse. If SF ever fix my issue I'll be sure to update my review. But I'm not counting on itHad a few different issues. Received the wrong product and couldn't even get ahold of anyone to return. The following time I went I was told I was out of days, but time before they told me I had 7 days left. Well I tried calling for days and filed complaint with board. They finally called back after 4 days and informed me I had days that were behind in system and caught up. That I had actually went over. But that makes no sense unless it took a month for points to clear. If that's possible it shouldn't be. I understand the dispensaries are super busy but they need to hire more people. The patients shouldn't suffer time and time again because of Ohio's ridiculous system.I do appreciate Angela at least trying to help with situation and everything. I get it's out of her control. I just got screwed over and ran out of medicine because of no fault of my own.This place does offer best prices and specials. But they are constantly busy and never answer phone. They supposedly take phone orders but good luck getting them to answer

When it was time to go pick up my order they called me and said that they would not honor the price! Dispensaries think they can get away with this and do false advertising. The reason that they are able to do this in Ohio is because there are no checks and balances. The board of dispensaries in Ohio never call you back and the people at the dispensary know that so they do what they want! Way to go Strawberry Fields!!

You're better off to do your own research for what your ailment is before you go in. Their staff is limited in the knowledge of what product is good for certain ailments and you'll only get a general response to your question. So if you want to try a trial and error approach, and you have a lot of money go for it. But if you're looking for a specific products that will help with your ailment, then still do your own research. And the one main thing that I thought was important, they don't even know how each one of their products is produced, what chemicals besides natural are in them from their supplier. And don't even know if their products were flushed at the end to get the existing chemicals out. They need to train their staff in these fields. The more knowledge you can give your recipient, the better that you can do in educating them what product they might need.

Always friendly, good prices and products. Until recently the sales were great. Recently I have noticed that you raise prices on products on sale days and then put on a sale . So when you say 20 percent off it's not actually 20 percent off. Might be legal but we know what you are doing . You won't add 5 dollars to the price on a 10 percent off because you would piss everyone off and cause tsunami of complaints but you will when you have 20 and 25 percent off. If I have to Always pay an extra 5 bucks then I will just go to the dispensary that's 15 miles away on 127. Why would I drive the extra 20 to 25 miles. Just saying. I still give you good reviews in hopes you hear this and it changes.

I am blessed to have found this place. I am indigent and they do give indigent discounts! They also stack them on top of other discounts. For example, 10% of all flower would be stacked on top of the indigent 25% off for a total of 35% off. These people are the true healers for those with little to nothing. I will be traveling across state every single time to see you for my medicine.

Use to really enjoy this place but then I quickly realized how poorly it is ran. You can never place a call in order because the phone never gets picked up. Just sent to voicemail with no returned call ever. They tell you to “just keep calling” after twenty tries later still no results. Which forces you to go there in person which you’ll end up sitting in line for hours on end. No matter the time of day you go they’re incapable of getting people in and out in a quick fashion. Better off to go to Pure Ohio. In and out within 30 in the longest of lines. It’s worth the extra drive. Strawberry fields has turned into a joke of a dispensary.

I normally go to Pure Ohio Wellness but thought I'd check out, Strawberry Fields menu and prices. They had 15% off of everything! Of course we decided to try them! If I wasn't paying attention though they would've charged me too many days. They enter everything into the system manually. Other dispensaries scan one of the '50' barcodes on the container and it all goes into the computer system. No where to sit inside and wait. You have to stand outside and wait. I think I'm going to stick with my, Pure Ohio Wellness.

I'm so grateful to have this place 3 minutes away from my home. The best despensary in Dayton and maybe even Ohio. I've looked at menus from despensaries all across Ohio and nobody has the selection that this place does! Might have trouble getting thru on the phone or have to stand in long lines but that's also due to Covid-19. They also have online ordering which is super easy and convenient and hassle free. Other than that this is the place you want to be purchasing your flower and other products. They have all of the good brands and strains.

So first off I love this location. They have great products and overall the staff is very friendly and respective. My only complaint which isn't gonna stop me from coming back or anything is that they need to do a better job keeping track of the days. On my last visit before today I was told I had 10 days left,I always ask how many days I have before I purchase because I like to know exactly what I'm ordering so it makes life easier for the employees and the other customers standing in line and normally they tell you without having to ask and I was told I had 10 days so I went on to purchase 6 days worth of flower. I show up today thinking I have 4 days left because 10 minus 6 is 4 but when I get to the counter I'm told I only have 1 day. Now mind you I know how it is to work in retail and customer service it can be trying at times dealing with so many people on a daily basis I get it. I go on to tell the woman that I should have 4 days and explained I was told I had 10 days last visit. She didn't yell or get loud but she was very short with me and told me "Well I'm counting that you have 1 day" and looked at me like I just spit in her face. I was just trying to explain what I was told by the last employee who helped me and I spoke in a very calm and courteous manner. Like I said I love this place and the people and I will continue to spend my money here but it's not the customers fault if the employee miscounts the days so an "I'm sorry sir but they must have miscounted last time" would have did just fine instead of looking at me like I had 3 eyes on my face. Overall though this place is the best cannabis store in the Dayton area and I know my money isn't making or breaking this place I just hope they get better with the days thing. I will actually start keeping track of them myself I just thought that was part of what they do is keep track on the computer. If you're a medical marijuana patient in the Dayton area I highly recommend you go here they are by far the best in Dayton.

4/5 I would rate 5/5 if the prices were better in Ohio, but that's to be expected with the program being new. Eventually prices will drop more, that's when i will rate 5/5 :). There is a line, first time visitors will have to fill our a short forum. Once you get approved for your medical MMJ card (Paid the 50$), you get a picture of the card that you can use until you get the physical copy. I though this was incredibly helpful and i was able to get relief the same day i paid my 50$. The onsite menu is larger than the online menu, they are working on that. I noticed today they added a whole lot of new items to the website. So that's good and influences my rating! :)The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting what product might be right for you. The person who helped me today was wonderful, they recommended something that i am very pleased with. There was some good deals, I am able to spend 25-35 here and get something that is reasonably effective and lasts a few days. As a first time customer i am satisfied and will continue to shop here. Hopefully the prices drop more soon, however at least flower prices are not too hatefulOil and editable prices are way to high for me to be able to afford enough to effectively treat myself. However as i said earlier, prices will drop eventually and be about the same as Michigan. I would definitely recommend this place, i haven't been anywhere else yet though. P.S. i got the Sunshine Buckeye, Is very good, Close to the max % of a tier 1 so it almost feels like you got a tier 2 🙂

(Percentages are decent at best). Prices are on average 5 bucks more than a place like About Wellness Ohio in Lebanon. Honestly if your a strawberry Fields fan, go to thier Monroe location it's much better.

I'm basing this on the fact that this is new to Ohio and also new to me. Store is very clean. Extremely secure. You have to be buzzed in by an officer with an extremely thick kevlar vest and armed. That makes me feel safe. Once you're inside the receptionists is very friendly and the other customers are happy to share their experiences and help you. Once you are in the pharmacy you can ask them any question and they will always have the correct answer. They know what's on the daily menu.*I think it's cute they call it a menu. I feel like I'm in Europe* I was extremely overwhelmed but very impressed! Nobody misses a beat there! Great atmosphere. If it had cuisine and entertainment and comfy seating, I would never leave.
