They fired all the staff and only hired maybe a quarter of them back. Not only that but they hardly work with any local vendors anymore. Their deals are not good. To be honest, the dispensary across the street has better deals and I bet is getting a lot of your business! Sucks to suck!

This was my favorite dispensary of all time. But once they did that suddenly change everything has gone to hell. All of the daily sales are the same thing every single day. Prices suck for sale and no sale items. Very limited selections. You would think by them changing over a month ago they would have gotten stocked and have better prices. Not the case. I've been twice since March and haven't been back.

This used to be an awesome place. Don’t waste your money here. Support businesses that treat their staff like actual human beings and not expendable bots. I put my love and light into this place for a whole year- with 3 years of experience, and the dispensary was bought out and I was laid off with a day’s notice after being forced to reapply and interview for a position I had held down for a year at this facility. They are about corporate greed— not wellness. Support cannabis companies that treat their staff well, support cannabis brands that make quality product. Look up who owns this place and who they are on the shelves. I wasn’t the only one who this happened to. Lots of REALLY GREAT employees lost their job or were demoted for seemingly no good reason. And this isn’t the only place they’re coming in to clean house. They said themselves their goal is to take over… not empower the patients.

Let's be straight up. They have competitive prices on carts I have bought .8 carts here for 7$. Also they are one of the best priced stores in cbus for 14g of flower. The staff is nice. They used to have a problem with lines, but this is no longer a problem... definitely in the top 3 dispensaries in Central ohio

I asked about the preorder process. She was clearly upset from the start. Seems like this has been an issue but to get defensive when a customer is asking a question, gimme a break. Leaving an online order for this place is useless I have had my order sold even though I have placed it hours and sometimes a whole night in advance. They started a new system where you only have an hour to an hour and a half window to pick up but even then, so they still sell the products that I have placed an order for well in advance it just seems like a first come first serve if you want something you just have to wake up early and get there.

I come here often due to convenience of locations but the wait times are unacceptable. They had me download Spndr to cut down wait times but that was obviously a lie because On several occasions I've had people go back before me even though I checked in BEFORE them and I had a pre order as well as used Spndr. I tried to hang in there with them before writing a bad review but its been a very poor experience getting what I need in a timely fashion.

Love the selection, LOVE the staff but the online ordering system constantly has issues. It will tell you that something in your cart isn't available and even if you remove everything and clear your cache and reorder it will still give you the same error. I usually work 10+ hours a day and don't have time to wait 1 to 2 hours as a walk in because I wasnt able to pre-order due to site errors. I love coming here but today will be my last time due to this issue.

Product still shows available for sale though it’s not. Store issues no credits for their discrepancies, doesn’t price match, DOES NOTHING. Not a very good first-time experience at this dispensary. A suggestion: when ordering online, where it states "pick-time", it should actually have a time frame available to choose from instead of it saying "TODAY" or (whatever the next day will be). That's the way the dispensary in Dayton has thier curbside service set up....smooth and easy. I'm just saying because that was way more than an hour wait, like the text alert claimed today. 😕

Twice I’ve gone to strawberry fields and was denied entrance before they were supposed to be closed because they were at capacity. I put money on an app they push for and cannot get my money back to go to another dispensary. Website says they take last person at 6:30pm because they "need 30 mins to prepare an order" but I was there at 6:28pm with a pre order which obviously does not take 30 minutes and the doors were already locked. Admittedly I dont like being this close to closing time but as a one off situation I wasn't impressed..Go at least an hour early or try the Botanist if you need great service that's actually open till closing time!

The pricing isn't terrible but there is no parking sadly, only three handicap spots by the building and some in back, but the street is closed so you can't access the back parking. they lock their doors and don't allow you in, unless a security guard comes to unlock the door and check your i.d and med card. I have never been to a dispensary that did that, not even the botanist downtown and they are in a worse more dangerous neighborhood than this. It's just honestly strange, especially since he doesn't even check you in, so it's a complete waste of time. Someone working at the desk could do the same thing or they could just leave the door unlocked like a normal dispensary. Lastly I got a text saying my order was ready and came within 20 minutes of getting the text, however the order was in fact not ready. I think it was an automatic text, I got the first one saying my order was placed so I'm assuming the second one was automatic as well. However why waste sometimes time if the order isn't actually ready. They do not go in order of walk in's verse online pre-orders.

Today was my first time at this particular dispensary and it is very different from the other dispensary I normally go to in Columbus. However, it's my new favorite!! The staff were very patient and helpful. I ran into a few hiccups, but they remained polite and respectful. The lady at the front desk as well as the armed guard at the door went above and beyond to help me. I've never personally met the owner, but they were also helpful during my visit.

Best sales and promotions in town bottom line. Nikki, the GM, runs a fine oiled machine here! This is a GM who knows the cannabis industry inside and out. She has excellent bud tenders who are very kind and knowledgeable. John and Cheyenne C. are always on their A game and will strive to ensure you walk out the door with absolute premier products! Also, if you have the pleasure to meet Austin, he’s the terpene guy and is a whiz! To be honest, everyone that works here is great at what they do and this makes a huge difference in my eyes. They carry top shelf medical cannabis with a wide variety to choose from. Lowest prices in town and be on the lookout for multiple deals every week! Started going here because they used to allow discount stacking, otherwise I would have never found this place, as it's the farthest dispensary in Columbus from me. They still are the most generous with discounts. Everyone here is extremely friendly. I mean that. I go here maybe once a week, and they always go out of their way to make me feel like a valued patient. Even when they are busy, they are extremely efficient. I have also seen the staff deal with customers who are frustrated in an extremely professional manner. They seem to really be passionate, and even when getting yelled at by a customer for a board of pharmacy policy... they try to maintain a position of empathy, rather than the "not our problem" position. Additionally, the waiting room has TVs with livestreams from various cities across the world that are super relaxing. Just be prepared to show the security guard your med card and ID. The front door is always locked, but they will come open it, check your IDs, and let you in. By the way, this person is always very nice as well. They treat everyone like a patient, and it's a very welcoming environment. There was even one time I saw an older gentleman in a wheelchair. He had just made a purchase and was waiting outside for his ride. The bud tender was outside waiting with him to make sure he was safe, but eventually he had to return to work, so he asked the security guard to keep an eye on him, and he also went outside. The friendliness is unparalleled. I hope the people who work there are compensated accordingly. I could not recommend this place enough! 5 stars EASY.

Great selection of products. Next to no wait on check in or to see a sales person. Don't know the exact deal with parking, so I grabbed a street spot. All staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. The only drawback, IMO, is their discount for those on disability. At 20%, they have the smallest discount of all the dispensaries I have visited.

The people inside the dispensary were very nice to my friend.But when my friend left the security dude was not nice.This is not a comfortable place for him. We will not be back since you folks have the LOWEST price discount for Veterans and Indigent. This is no way to treat the community. The parking lot is up about 10 steps above the shop and is hard for disabled folks to walk into store!Do not shop here! We will not be back.

Strawberry Fields is my favorite dispensary in Columbus. Ample parking, low traffic, ATM in store and several banks in the immediate area. There's plenty of seating, check-in is fast, and they have security on staff that is present and friendly! The inventory is digital, so you don't have to wait for the budtenders to figure out what they still have left. The budtenders are knowledgeable, passionate, and respectful. The prices are good too!

The staff is very friendly, however the wait time has gone from about 15-20 minutes to over 45-90 minutes regardless of the time or day. Online ordering is nice but it does not speed your process up, and there is rarely parking. It’s great that business is picking up, but spending over an hour double parked after work to make a purchase has become a bit too much. Hopefully once they have more staffing I will be back

There's street parking on Enfield. And there’s a large gravel parking lot behind the building. You can get to it via Enfield Rd or Eastmoor Blvd.Busyness:I went midweek during the late morning. It was not busy, but they’re also new location so that could change. I recommend placing an order ahead of time if you can. I do not believe they have call-ahead ordering yet. Only ordering via iHeartJane. You obviously can go and check out their menu in-store.Final thoughts:I’m excited to have a new location that checks all the marks for a good experience. The wonderful folks at the front desk printed out my medical card, and laminated it. If you are anything like me, you have a prescription for a reason. That being said, my one day off I'm doing all my errands, part of of that includes stopping for my prescription (I use cannabis for multiple PTSD related ailments)... The sign and their website state they close at 5 on Sundays, however when I show up at 4:32 I am told they cannot take me I need to show up earlier. This Dispensary is top tier. I am so happy that it is in the area. Parking is amazing. You can park behind the building (there is an alley way that will lead you to it.) As soon as you walk in, the energy is infectious. The front desk staff welcome you with a smile every time. The waiting room is spacious. The budtenders are more than helpful. They are genuine and they know the products extremely well. This will definitely be my go to dispensary. The inventory that they have outshines every other dispensary in the area, the prices are amazing! I will absolutely be returning. And this isn’t the only place they’re coming in to clean house. They said themselves their goal is to take over… not empower the patients.

They started a new system where you only have an hour to an hour and a half window to pick up but even then, so they still sell the products that I have placed an order for well in advance it just seems like a first come first serve if you want something you just have to wake up early and get there.

Love the selection, LOVE the staff but the online ordering system constantly has issues. It will tell you that something in your cart isn't available and even if you remove everything and clear your cache and reorder it will still give you the same error. I usually work 10+ hours a day and don't have time to wait 1 to 2 hours as a walk in because I wasnt able to pre-order due to site errors. I love coming here but today will be my last time due to this issue.

Website says they take last person at 6:30pm because they "need 30 mins to prepare an order" but I was there at 6:28pm with a pre order which obviously does not take 30 minutes and the doors were already locked. Admittedly I dont like being this close to closing time but as a one off situation I wasn't impressed..Go at least an hour early or try the Botanist if you need great service that's actually open till closing time!

The pricing isn't terrible but there is no parking sadly, only three handicap spots by the building and some in back, but the street is closed so you can't access the back parking. they lock their doors and don't allow you in, unless a security guard comes to unlock the door and check your i.d and med card. I have never been to a dispensary that did that, not even the botanist downtown and they are in a worse more dangerous neighborhood than this. It's just honestly strange, especially since he doesn't even check you in, so it's a complete waste of time. Someone working at the desk could do the same thing or they could just leave the door unlocked like a normal dispensary. Lastly I got a text saying my order was ready and came within 20 minutes of getting the text, however the order was in fact not ready. I think it was an automatic text, I got the first one saying my order was placed so I'm assuming the second one was automatic as well. However why waste sometimes time if the order isn't actually ready. They do not go in order of walk in's verse online pre-orders.

Today was my first time at this particular dispensary and it is very different from the other dispensary I normally go to in Columbus. However, it's my new favorite!! The staff were very patient and helpful. I ran into a few hiccups, but they remained polite and respectful. The lady at the front desk as well as the armed guard at the door went above and beyond to help me. I've never personally met the owner, but they were also helpful during my visit.

Started going here because they used to allow discount stacking, otherwise I would have never found this place, as it's the farthest dispensary in Columbus from me. They still are the most generous with discounts. Everyone here is extremely friendly. I mean that. I go here maybe once a week, and they always go out of their way to make me feel like a valued patient. Even when they are busy, they are extremely efficient. I have also seen the staff deal with customers who are frustrated in an extremely professional manner. They seem to really be passionate, and even when getting yelled at by a customer for a board of pharmacy policy... they try to maintain a position of empathy, rather than the "not our problem" position. Additionally, the waiting room has TVs with livestreams from various cities across the world that are super relaxing. Just be prepared to show the security guard your med card and ID. The front door is always locked, but they will come open it, check your IDs, and let you in. By the way, this person is always very nice as well. They treat everyone like a patient, and it's a very welcoming environment. There was even one time I saw an older gentleman in a wheelchair. He had just made a purchase and was waiting outside for his ride. The bud tender was outside waiting with him to make sure he was safe, but eventually he had to return to work, so he asked the security guard to keep an eye on him, and he also went outside. The friendliness is unparalleled. I hope the people who work there are compensated accordingly. I could not recommend this place enough! 5 stars EASY.

We will not be back since you folks have the LOWEST price discount for Veterans and Indigent. This is no way to treat the community. There's plenty of seating, check-in is fast, and they have security on staff that is present and friendly! The inventory is digital, so you don't have to wait for the budtenders to figure out what they still have left. The budtenders are knowledgeable, passionate, and respectful. The prices are good too!

Online ordering is nice but it does not speed your process up, and there is rarely parking. It’s great that business is picking up, but spending over an hour double parked after work to make a purchase has become a bit too much. Hopefully once they have more staffing I will be back

If you are anything like me, you have a prescription for a reason. That being said, my one day off I'm doing all my errands, part of of that includes stopping for my prescription (I use cannabis for multiple PTSD related ailments)... The sign and their website state they close at 5 on Sundays, however when I show up at 4:32 I am told they cannot take me I need to show up earlier. As soon as you walk in, the energy is infectious. The front desk staff welcome you with a smile every time. The waiting room is spacious. The budtenders are more than helpful.
