Well, I came here when I first got my card and the experience was okay. I mean, the product was good and the service... was timely. This past visit however was annoying and I will never frequent this establishment again! I usually order online and have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes to be ushered to the back for the pickup of my order at the store that I usually shop at! NEVER! In the 3 years I've been going there! I arrived to what reminded me of a free-clinic waiting room from the 70's with 6 or 7 people waiting around for service and 4 or 5 or more waiting in the overflow waiting area as well! There was 1 chair in the outer area where I wound up standing and 2 or 3 chairs in the overflow area. I'm not trying to be funny but the guy I stood by smelled as if he hadn't bathed in....awhile, It was very hot in there, an overhead ceiling fan might help, and as a Custodian, I couldn't help but notice the un vacuumed runners and overall uncleanliness of the outer waiting area! After waiting for about 20 minutes I was finally ushered back, quickly received my online order, paid and headed out the door into a parking lot with quita a few people sitting/waiting in cars and various vehicular comings and goings. I really felt a bit apprehensive about the parking area in back and the close proximity of apartments and connecting unsecured lot are, in my opinion, just asking for trouble. In my opinion, the product is good but the location is not good. Therefore, I cannot recommend!read more

There are times they are busy & you have to wait in line outside the building as only a few customers are allowed in at a time. COVID SAFETY RELATED: This Ride location no longer requires masking or distancing for patients, and seemingly does not... enforce for employees. I went in today and was the only customer in the building with a mask - 3 people in the waiting room, 3 more in the back room checking out, 1 leaving as I was going inside and 2 more unmasked waiting outside when I left. Of the 6 staff I saw all were wearing masks, but 2 with them had the mask under their nose and 1 had it under their nose and mouth entirely. Any and all signage about distancing and requiring masks has been removed. The box of complimentary masks for unmasked customers was no longer out by the main entrance when checking in.As someone with health conditions that make COVID a bigger risk than it is for most, and as a caregiver for my wife who also has myriad health issue, I prefer to go to places that take patient health seriously. Rise on Detroit and in Cleveland both still require masks and distancing for anyone interested. They were taking more precautions when infection rates were significantly lower and seem to have simply stopped caring.read more

I've been to the Lakewood location several times over the past few months. This place is as small as it looks on the... outside but they make it work well inside. It smells wonderful when you walk in.This location has a larger variety of products and sizes available than I've seen at some other Ohio dispensaries. The pricing is pretty comparable to other local dispensaries as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always check and remind me of the number of days I have left. For these reasons, I often look here first.As of this review, social distancing and face coverings are still required.read more

While I enjoy Rise, I try to avoid going to this particular location unless they have something I want that is only... available there. I am not a fan of the insanely limited parking lot that becomes dangerous if other drivers aren't paying attention (which happens often). If the parking lot is full, the patients have to park in the next parking lot over. This can be difficult for those who have mobility issues. It is also extremely unpleasant to wait for long periods of time in the parking lot during the summer seasons because that asphalt becomes almost as hot as the sun. I have also had more friendly interactions with the staff members at the Detroit location. While I enjoy Rise and their typically good selection of products, I really dislike going to this location. I will stick with my favorite Detroit location as much as I possibly can.read more
