I really enjoyed going to this dispensary. I was in Lakewood visiting & recently got my medical card. It was easy as a “new patient” to buy items from this dispensary and everyone was very nice. Only took about 15 minutes to fill out paperwork when I got there and to pick up my items. I would recommend ordering online and then picking up your items when you get there. Super quick and easy!

He even went out of his way to look something up that had disappeared from the menu that had 2 in stock still. He deserved a tip even though stupid Ohio doesn't allow it.Shop is tiny. Expect an outdoor line if there's any kind of a good sale going on. They are rather efficient ,and nice like I said. Don't complain to the budtenders about the prices either. They pay the same thing.

I had to call in today cause I was having problems online with my online purchase. It was giving me the worst anxiety because it was not working. Im pretty sure the mans name is Carter at the Lakewood location. This guy guided me on my computer over the phone and was super cool n slow with everything not to mention i kept talking over him and stepping all over his words his was still very professional and helpful and at the end I got what I originally wanted that I thought was lost. For my first experience, I was open minded. Clean, friendly, and well stocked. The young lady who handled my business was quite knowledgeable of product. I get you have to wait, it is what it is. Yes there is a waiting room and first come first served, but think of it this way; it's a waiting room for weed, not the dentist so yeah, deal with it. The end result and desire is soon met, so chill and enjoy. You'll be happy on the ride home because the aroma or vision of your bag of fun in your car is something to put a smile on your face. I'm sorry specifically to Rick and Liz (great workers) but this dispensary is horrible. Today was the fifth time I showed up there at 7:44 rang the bell no one said anything then I stood there until they closed still No one ever said anything. The least they can do is get on the intercom and tell the customers that are standing outside for 20 minutes before they close that they're not going to be able to take them in. I will never go back to this dispensary I would rather travel to body and mind or amplify they have better deals anyways.

The whole atmosphere of the tiny storage closet dispensary ruins it even more. Feel better about the place you shop, take the extra time and go visit Cleveland heights dispensary. I have been going to this location very often and had great experiences with the staff and have had no problems until I put in an online pickup order. The order told me to arrive at 7:45 when my order would be ready so I got in my car and took the 45 minute trip from home just to show up at 7:45 and be told that I have to go back home empty handed because they where no longer taking patients and I tried to plead that I drive over an hour to get here and back home but regardless I was denied service. If your hours are open until 8 you should abide by that or change your businesses hours.I can’t say I Will be shopping here in the future.

I have been going to this location since it opened. The staff is very friendly and helpful, yet under educated about medicinal properties and their effects. The final straw was I went 15 minutes before close and was told that they where no longer accepting patients 🤷♀️. I drove a pretty long way in severe pain to be told go home. Change your business hours...if you close at 8 keep your doors open. 15 minutes before close time and your doors are locked????? Unbelievable

One mass of pet peeve of mine that's unforgivable for me personally is when a company has a phone number on there have people there and no one answers the phone. I got off work and was at my car at 7:30 I saw it was going to be about 15 to 17 minutes until I arrive there no one that I might not make it in time and I had an order place I tried calling them. For 15 minutes I was on hold saying that I was the next caller and nobody answered. I was calling to see if it was even worth my time to drive there that because if I placed an order if they be willing to take me in one or two minutes after the 45 mark but because nobody answered I literally wasted my time and gas driving there. Amazing Petty to some people but for me having worked in retail for 13 years if you don't answer your phone when I call and there are people there working I will never shop there again and will never recommend it I wasted my time and my gas heading there and this day with gas prices wasting my gas is a sin. So I will never go to this rise again and will go a little bit farther out of my way cause of this alone

This dispensary started off as my go-to but it has definitely fallen from its former glory. They never have the same employees anymore. Many of their employees don’t seem to know exactly what they are doing and draw the whole process out. I used to always see the same employees before and they used to be so eager to help. I can tell their morale is bad based on the attitudes of the newer employees. They are rarely warm or kind to me or other patients. I also really dislike that their sales are hard to find unless you sign up for an obnoxious texting program. I don’t want to be texted every single day just so I know I what products are on sale. It’s inconvenient and annoying. I also disliked how much I would have to wait outside in all sorts of weather. It seemed like nearly every time I went to the Detroit location, I could guarantee that I would spend at least ten minutes waiting in a crowded parking lot where cars are getting close to you. I stopped going here after my final visit in November 2021. This place is definitely in it for profit. Just look at who owns it…

Imagine the experience of going to your local bank and purchasing products called Second Breakfast, Purple Haze, and lemon Kush. It’s a shop that provides products with silly names that can really help as medicine and the venture capital fuels button corporate culture gets in the way of these shops in Ohio truly excelling at their purpose. I have never had a problem here, it is managed very well and the staff are friendly and competent.I have PTSD, a condition for people, even dispensary staff to fully understand how to treat and also treat me if I am having an episode. That is why I always ask to work with Emerson if they are available. They give me the "bed side" manner and compassion that I haven't seen in veteran RNs and doctors in most of my life. I have been triggered by dispensary staff so I am grateful for this.I am able to feel safe and comfortable talking to them about personal and triggering issues involved in my complex condition. There's a security guard outside in the parking lot which I really appreciate for my safety, as I was nervous about going to/from here alone as everyone clearly knows what you're getting here. Super great options, friendly and explanatory! Also they have an online ordering option which makes it super fast and convenient to get your orders. Only downside is you need to bring cash, they don't have a card processor at the moment. But they do have an ATM onsite.

I enjoy going to this dispensary when I am in the neighborhood. The staff are always kind to me and they ALWAYS answer my questions thoroughly. They even double check that I have the proper equipment for the items I purchase. This ensures that I don't waste my time and money. I REALLY appreciate that because a lot of places won't really go out of their way to do so. They have a really nice rotation of products and promotions. They always have the biggest product selection that I have seen in Northern Ohio. The only things that I dislike about this location in particular is their treacherous parking lot. I also dislike that if there is a long wait, you will be likely to be waiting in line in the parking lot (in all weather conditions). This is sometimes difficult for me to tolerate due to my disability. However, I am usually able to avoid long wait times by utilizing their online ordering system and picking up my items during less busy times. Overall, a lovely dispensary that I visit frequently. 🙂

They advertise one product on their website and when you try and purchase the product they say well it’s not it’s really “this” which is a completely different product. Aware of it they’re answer is “we sent an email to corporate” yet they have no problem misadvertising. When called to bring this to light, a heavy set female employee with braids told me the manager was with a patient, who is not even a manager and in an empty building, other than employees. Also, she said to contact their corporate office and had no idea what their number was. I was told google TGI, really. Rise and all locations do this and blame it on their “corporate office” very shady, AG may take a look at this we’ll see
