Terrible. I placed a preorder, got the email saying it’s ready and went. I got there at 1030 in the morning and was, literally, the only person there. I walked out 20 mins later after not even being acknowledged once I was past security. This place doesn’t care about patients. I’m going to the landing. You should too.

Staff will try to offload dry old flower on you with sales/deals. I complained about it after returning, and was told it was my fault for not checking the expiration date, and should have known that’s why it was cheaper.

I have contacted the state of Ohio in regards to the weight and measurements used for cannabis flower. People would like to know why it is that every dispensary you operate in other states use correct weight such as, 1g 2g 3.5 g 7g etc, however the same dispensaries in Ohio have very odd measurements like 2.83 g and 5.66g, and charge more for less product.Ohio claims to use 1/10 of an ounce and divide it into 2.83g quantities, but that would make the ounce 31 g not 28. Ohio is the only state utilizing the marijuana program in America with these measurements. People here are being shorted.

I Love Rise! First i want to say the Vet discount is the best in Ohio! The staff are so friendly, Mo and Michelle and Mhya! The three M’s, lol they always answer any questions i have, help me on products purchase or anything i might want to get to save a little change. Never been in the shop more than 10 mins in and out. My home base store. This location always has the best employees. One of the largest menus in the state. Its ohio, it's all expensive, I get it.They dont seem to price gouge as bad as other places though . A few , especially 1 guy whos been there a little bit now, seems to have some advanced knowledge of the industry, which is nice to have someone to talk to who actually knows what's going on. This location is as good or better than alot of shops in ohio. Even the lakewood rises .*More like 4 1\2 stars, because , well , our program still has alot issues , alot at the dispo level ,so until then.🤷🏻♂️

I have used this dispensary 5 times now. Every single time, I have had a wonderful experience. The location is 20 minutes away from me. So travel time isn't bad. This is the only dispensary near me that carries both CBD and THC products. We reside in Strongsville. I don't drive and I am slightly disabled. The location isn't bad, but not great either. Parking is hit or miss. There are meters due to being downtown. No "parking lot" that we are aware of. If there isn't somewhere to park, my husband drops me off, and drives around the block until one does. They usually open up pretty quickly and that's because the service is so awesome! This is a secure location. So you must be buzzed in to be checked in. Once your ID and medical card have been checked, then you are buzzed in to the waiting area. Very quick and easy. The waiting area isnt very large, but wait time is minimal. The longest visit is always the first. However, that only took about a half and hour to forty-five minutes. You can pre-order and pick up or walk-in. You might even make a few new friends while you wait. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide diversity of products, answer any and all questions I have everytime, their recommendations have all been great and worked just the way I needed. They have a point system that can be used towards merchandise. Which is great! The points add up pretty quickly. I would love to see more merchandise; iteams that would promote Rise, not just accessories. The web site could diffinetly use some help. Over all this is a great dispensary.

Well at this location, guy didn’t show me the product and when i opened it later, it was a “shake”…….. i wouldn’t have bought if known it was like that.i wouldn’t recommend this location, but the other locations, yess!

Don’t bother placing preorders at this location.Horrible system that ends up screwing us customers over. So if a product with high THC comes out, usually that’s a small batch to begin with, so much to go around. Anyways if your lucky enough to preorder, they won’t save it for you due to their “policies” that differ from other Rise locations. Customer can walk in, take that order you just preordered because you have not physically picked it up yourself.Was expecting a 33.7% total THC. I get to the store, knowing I have already made the preorder the night before. Even confirmed earlier that morning when I called to clarify any confusion. Only to be pushed to buy the same product, at 27% THC?!?I placed the preorder the night before for the higher percentage product. Only to find out they won’t save your order even though they confirmed it earlier that morning?I can’t believe that this is even allowed, felt robbed of the product I had ordered. And apparently that’s how it’s always been?? Rise Madison, Detroit, Lorain, Toledo don’t follow that policy. Crazy enough I had a preorder pickup of the exact same product at Madison, they had my order exact! Placed preorders with them and never encountered this dilemma. Madison workers even said Cleveland store is acting crazy, that’s not how it works.Screw this Cleveland store based on that absurd policy. Will shop at other locations going forward. Hope this problem never happens to anyone else.

Michelle was at the desk. She gave me a clipboard and ink pen, explained the paper work to be completed. Michelle was full of information. A great calming lady. I was assisted and waited on by Kiara.
