So disappointed in the owners right now. The price gauging is out of control. Some prices have gone up more than 100% in the last few months. I'm now looking for a different place to get my medication. This is the only dispensary I've been to since I got my card. They've always been wonderful. They LOWERED prices when business was going well a couple years ago. What business does that nowadays? None anymore I guess.3+ years of brand loyalty, and they're throwing it away to make a quick buck. I can only hope there is somewhere left in the area with integrity.

Extreme disappointment on first visit. Ownership should visit Monroe , MI dispensaries on the OH border. The experience is excellent and fun. Free pre rolls with every purchase. All flower products are on display like a candy store!!👍👍 I knew that OH would suck at this. Sad but true.

Went first time two weeks ago for recreational. Will never go back. Reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Never been to a dispensary with that attitude. Drove to Dayton instead, received two free pre rolls and two free gummies upon reception. That's how you treat customers! I don't need the free stuff, it's the atmosphere and how your treated that keeps customers coming back.

Excellent place to go buy recreational cannabis products. Prices aren't horrible either. Staff was friendly as hell. Wish I was better with names but the budtender on register 5 with the blue in her hair (matches my blue goatee lol) was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the products I was seeking. Can't wait to try out the infused cane sugar and infused garlic flavored olive oil. The Willie's Reserve Raspberry Parfait is awesome flower.....the taste alone is heavenly. I will definitely go back again.

Ive mostly had good experiences at this one. They have a line of products called "locally grown" that are a good price in my opinion. Most of the staff are friendly however a few are quite rude and will punish you if you placed an online order then you respond "yes" when they ask if you want to make changes. By punishing i mean they make you wait much longer than normal in the waiting area calling others that arrive after you before and also offering the utmost priority to the drive through area. In fact, they have made me wait while they serve people that just drove up multiple times to the point that I could not go on my hour lunch break anymore and i work less than 10 mins from this location. Im sure this place is an actual nightmare since rec started but i will update on that soon.Update: they are operating very smoothly with recreational in place. They updated the curbside spots and pick up was painless

Staff was very friendly especially on the first legal rec day, but the quality of the products……. Might as well be the 70’s again with hay sticking out of the bag. Live and ya learn 😂 flower was harvested 11/23/2023 and other flower was harvested in February….. 40$ 1/8th (2.88g) for flower that is 8 months and 5 months old….. smells like hay and could use it to wash dishes; a Brillo pad of sorts. I now see that prices are going up everywhere, I’m assuming due to the recreational use is close to starting up.Why should it affect us a medical patients in pricing when we’ve been paying reasonable prices for some time know. Nice staff. Quality has gone down, prices have gone up.. way up. I've been coming here for years, but not anymore. The last several half ounces of flower I've purchased here have grinded into dust. How crazy would it be for pharmacies to raise prices on people medications, out of the blue? That is exactly what Pure Ohio has done. I marijuana to numb my guts - as a medication. Now, its 50% more expensive for my meds for no good reason except that, "everyone is raising their prices".

Placed an order for my medicine last night after close of store. Received a confirmation immediately after, knowing my 45 days were renewed on 4/11/23, per the receptionist upon my last visit. Received a text at 9:27am stating my order couldn’t be filled because my days were gone and to call them. I called, they’re not open, no one answers. Then a few minutes later I get another text from Pure Ohio, stating my order was being filled. Confused about it, I send 3 texts back to the number and ask for verification, as I live in Marysville, and it’s a far drive. No response. I then show up and immediately the security guard, who knows me by name, says “oh Mrs Stage I’m so sorry but you’re out of days.” I ask to speak to the manager. Carley comes out and she says she’s not the manager but the manager isn’t in yet. I ask for her number or the owners info and she says she can’t give me that info. I explain to her that her receptionist, a week and a half ago looked up my account and gave me 4/11/23 as my renewal date. She told me there’s nothing she can do. She said she wasn’t there when the receptionist gave me that info, and that she’s not able to help me. This was an error made by someone hired and licensed to give correct information about medical prescriptions. I need someone to call me immediately about this as I’m chronically ill and this was handled all wrong. No empathy from Carley. Not even an apology for the misinformation. No ownership at all.

Staff has gotten worse and worse over the years. My drivers license was renewed online and hasn’t gotten to me yet so now I can’t pick up my medicine? Even though all my IDs, cards, prescription are up to date. If you require these documents you should have a system to check. Thankfully other dispensaries do check the system and understand online renewals of DLs

I’m very lucky to live where there are 4 dispos within 15-20 min of me. That said, I drive twice as far to go to POW exclusively anymore. I’ve had great experiences at the others, but POW, in my experience, is just that much better. I’ve spoken most often to Olivia, who is THE most knowledgeable budtender I’ve met so far. She’s super sweet and describes the effects and benefits of one product or another SO well. The other staff have been equally kind and helpful. In addition, they always have strains in the $20-$30 range, and a “Strain of the Day” that is $16-$18. Super helpful. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Pure Ohio Wellness is on the surface just another dispo, but once you start going there every week to get your medicine, the staff learn your name, and that's a level of service you just cant pay for these days. The staff is all friendly, knowledgeable, and pretty laid back overall, even the security guards will recognize you and make a point to say hello when they see you. The location itself is always very clean and quiet, and on the right day of the week you will be waiting in line to LoFi beats (they play chilledcow!). The parking lot is small but not hard to get into or out of, and they have drive through pickup service that actually works fairly well. They tend to always have good deals that aren't listed on the website, so if you want to get the best pricing its a good idea to actually go in and talk to them, also I've gotten extremely lucky on finding new strains, thanks to the workers actually knowing the product they sell, and the pricing is very good. I don't think I can legally share what any of those prices are, but its not been nearly as expensive as you would think.

One of the least caring dispensaries in the state. They released and shared my personal information to who knows how many other patients in the program. I know at least 2 other patients who had their same information compromised by POW. They don't seem to concerned. If something isn't done I plan to file a hippa complaint with the State. They can't even message me back to keep me informed.Thanks to POW I also didn't get my medicine for the week. According to my text confirmation my order was for pickup. But after waiting 45 minutes they told me I was pickup and had to get back into line. The rude man outside wouldnt even listen to me and look at my confirmation. I even contacted POW hoping they could have at least let me get my order the following day or something but nothing. I used to really respect POW but they've proven how little they care about patients

POW lately has been amazing. The best, common sense online ordering. After your first visit, place an order online. You can then drive thru or go inside. This works by reserving a 2 hour window to pick up. The benefit over other dispensaries. This allows you to be moved to express where you are expedited over walk-ins that are waiting.This has been seamless over past few months. There was a bit of an issue I had when there was a change of employees. With that OUT of TOWNERS must still be warned. I did have issue with being notified an order was ready just to drive there and they don't have it. Was also provided no explanation or apology. This happened a few times in a short time.The prices brought me back. They are still some of the best. With how amazing the service been lately, I can forgive the small time I had a bad experience. Still Out of Towners be warned it isn't infallible.

Visited for the first time today to try and set up paperwork so I could place online orders, so that next time my caretaker could pick up curbside for me. The person at the desk with short pink hair was kind and helpful in explaining what was needed, but as I was finishing the paperwork we discovered that even though my card is still good, my prescription has apparently expired. The person helping me started to tell me they'd finish the paperwork for me for next time, then was interrupted by another employee with purple hair buns who made them scrap the paperwork entirely, necessitating another long, wasteful drive out here myself just to do paperwork so I never have to come back to this store myself again. If this wasn't where my caretaker picks up anyways I'd personally rather give my business to somewhere else with employees who are less unnecessarily, intentionally unhelpful : /

This is the best dispensary I’ve ever been to. Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly security guard and receptionist. My card was laminated at verdant and was huge and didn’t fit in my wallet. The lady at the front was so nice she made me a new one that was smaller and looks amazing. There was no wait and my budtender gave helpful tips for what I was buying as well. This is how I imagined it would be when I got my card. I won’t go anywhere else now.

I had a great experience here. Doors opened on time and the security officer*the taller one who wears a vest* actually greeted the waiting patients and was friendly. There were three people ahead of me but no sense of rushing or a feeling like I would be there forever. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and most of that was getting information to help my conditions. From the front desk staff, to the person who brings you back, and the budtenders, everyone I encountered was nice and not rushing and I didn’t feel anxious there like a fight would break out or like I didn’t know enough to be there. So disappointed in the owners right now. The price gauging is out of control. Some prices have gone up more than 100% in the last few months. I'm now looking for a different place to get my medication. This is the only dispensary I've been to since I got my card. They've always been wonderful. They LOWERED prices when business was going well a couple years ago. What business does that nowadays? None anymore I guess.3+ years of brand loyalty, and they're throwing it away to make a quick buck. I can only hope there is somewhere left in the area with integrity.

Went first time two weeks ago for recreational. Will never go back. Reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Never been to a dispensary with that attitude. Drove to Dayton instead, received two free pre rolls and two free gummies upon reception. That's how you treat customers! I don't need the free stuff, it's the atmosphere and how your treated that keeps customers coming back.

Wish I was better with names but the budtender on register 5 with the blue in her hair (matches my blue goatee lol) was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the products I was seeking. Can't wait to try out the infused cane sugar and infused garlic flavored olive oil. The Willie's Reserve Raspberry Parfait is awesome flower.....the taste alone is heavenly. I will definitely go back again.

Ive mostly had good experiences at this one. They have a line of products called "locally grown" that are a good price in my opinion. Most of the staff are friendly however a few are quite rude and will punish you if you placed an online order then you respond "yes" when they ask if you want to make changes. By punishing i mean they make you wait much longer than normal in the waiting area calling others that arrive after you before and also offering the utmost priority to the drive through area. In fact, they have made me wait while they serve people that just drove up multiple times to the point that I could not go on my hour lunch break anymore and i work less than 10 mins from this location. Im sure this place is an actual nightmare since rec started but i will update on that soon.Update: they are operating very smoothly with recreational in place. They updated the curbside spots and pick up was painless

Live and ya learn 😂 flower was harvested 11/23/2023 and other flower was harvested in February….. 40$ 1/8th (2.88g) for flower that is 8 months and 5 months old….. smells like hay and could use it to wash dishes; a Brillo pad of sorts. How crazy would it be for pharmacies to raise prices on people medications, out of the blue? That is exactly what Pure Ohio has done. I marijuana to numb my guts - as a medication. Now, its 50% more expensive for my meds for no good reason except that, "everyone is raising their prices".

Placed an order for my medicine last night after close of store. Received a confirmation immediately after, knowing my 45 days were renewed on 4/11/23, per the receptionist upon my last visit. Received a text at 9:27am stating my order couldn’t be filled because my days were gone and to call them. I called, they’re not open, no one answers. Then a few minutes later I get another text from Pure Ohio, stating my order was being filled. Confused about it, I send 3 texts back to the number and ask for verification, as I live in Marysville, and it’s a far drive. No response. I then show up and immediately the security guard, who knows me by name, says “oh Mrs Stage I’m so sorry but you’re out of days.” I ask to speak to the manager. Carley comes out and she says she’s not the manager but the manager isn’t in yet. I ask for her number or the owners info and she says she can’t give me that info. I explain to her that her receptionist, a week and a half ago looked up my account and gave me 4/11/23 as my renewal date. She told me there’s nothing she can do. She said she wasn’t there when the receptionist gave me that info, and that she’s not able to help me. This was an error made by someone hired and licensed to give correct information about medical prescriptions. I need someone to call me immediately about this as I’m chronically ill and this was handled all wrong. No empathy from Carley. Not even an apology for the misinformation. No ownership at all.

Even though all my IDs, cards, prescription are up to date. If you require these documents you should have a system to check. Thankfully other dispensaries do check the system and understand online renewals of DLs

I’m very lucky to live where there are 4 dispos within 15-20 min of me. That said, I drive twice as far to go to POW exclusively anymore. I’ve had great experiences at the others, but POW, in my experience, is just that much better. I’ve spoken most often to Olivia, who is THE most knowledgeable budtender I’ve met so far. She’s super sweet and describes the effects and benefits of one product or another SO well. The other staff have been equally kind and helpful. In addition, they always have strains in the $20-$30 range, and a “Strain of the Day” that is $16-$18. Super helpful. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Pure Ohio Wellness is on the surface just another dispo, but once you start going there every week to get your medicine, the staff learn your name, and that's a level of service you just cant pay for these days. The staff is all friendly, knowledgeable, and pretty laid back overall, even the security guards will recognize you and make a point to say hello when they see you. The location itself is always very clean and quiet, and on the right day of the week you will be waiting in line to LoFi beats (they play chilledcow!). The parking lot is small but not hard to get into or out of, and they have drive through pickup service that actually works fairly well. They tend to always have good deals that aren't listed on the website, so if you want to get the best pricing its a good idea to actually go in and talk to them, also I've gotten extremely lucky on finding new strains, thanks to the workers actually knowing the product they sell, and the pricing is very good. I don't think I can legally share what any of those prices are, but its not been nearly as expensive as you would think.

One of the least caring dispensaries in the state. They released and shared my personal information to who knows how many other patients in the program. I know at least 2 other patients who had their same information compromised by POW. They don't seem to concerned. If something isn't done I plan to file a hippa complaint with the State. They can't even message me back to keep me informed.Thanks to POW I also didn't get my medicine for the week. According to my text confirmation my order was for pickup. But after waiting 45 minutes they told me I was pickup and had to get back into line. The rude man outside wouldnt even listen to me and look at my confirmation. I even contacted POW hoping they could have at least let me get my order the following day or something but nothing. I used to really respect POW but they've proven how little they care about patients

POW lately has been amazing. The best, common sense online ordering. After your first visit, place an order online. You can then drive thru or go inside. This works by reserving a 2 hour window to pick up. The benefit over other dispensaries. This allows you to be moved to express where you are expedited over walk-ins that are waiting.This has been seamless over past few months. There was a bit of an issue I had when there was a change of employees. With that OUT of TOWNERS must still be warned. I did have issue with being notified an order was ready just to drive there and they don't have it. Was also provided no explanation or apology. This happened a few times in a short time.The prices brought me back. They are still some of the best. With how amazing the service been lately, I can forgive the small time I had a bad experience. Still Out of Towners be warned it isn't infallible.

Visited for the first time today to try and set up paperwork so I could place online orders, so that next time my caretaker could pick up curbside for me. The person at the desk with short pink hair was kind and helpful in explaining what was needed, but as I was finishing the paperwork we discovered that even though my card is still good, my prescription has apparently expired. The person helping me started to tell me they'd finish the paperwork for me for next time, then was interrupted by another employee with purple hair buns who made them scrap the paperwork entirely, necessitating another long, wasteful drive out here myself just to do paperwork so I never have to come back to this store myself again. If this wasn't where my caretaker picks up anyways I'd personally rather give my business to somewhere else with employees who are less unnecessarily, intentionally unhelpful : /

This is the best dispensary I’ve ever been to. Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly security guard and receptionist. My card was laminated at verdant and was huge and didn’t fit in my wallet. The lady at the front was so nice she made me a new one that was smaller and looks amazing. There was no wait and my budtender gave helpful tips for what I was buying as well. This is how I imagined it would be when I got my card. I won’t go anywhere else now.

I had a great experience here. Doors opened on time and the security officer*the taller one who wears a vest* actually greeted the waiting patients and was friendly. There were three people ahead of me but no sense of rushing or a feeling like I would be there forever. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and most of that was getting information to help my conditions. From the front desk staff, to the person who brings you back, and the budtenders, everyone I encountered was nice and not rushing and I didn’t feel anxious there like a fight would break out or like I didn’t know enough to be there. My favorite dispensary hands down. Their business model is exactly what we need for the program in this state. Great deals, great product, friendly staff. I am completely impressed, and once again excited for the patients that need medicine. Class act store love these guys.
