Ohio Cannabis Connection is seeking a Patient Intake Specialist. The job consists of approximately 40 hours per week. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and good phone etiquette. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and likes to engage with others. The candidate must be punctual and reliable.
Job duties:
Scheduling and helping patients before, during and after appointment.
Requirements:
Customer service experience required
Call Center experience preferred
Computer skills and data entry experience required
Ability to demonstrate patience and compassion
Ability to work in a fast paced, busy office
