Super friendly and chatty which can be a rarity in these parts so very refreshing. Literally had an entire week turned around by stopping in there and just a random act of kindness by a staffer that she has no idea what she even did. . It’s the little things. When it comes to products, apparently Klutch is the best producer in the state so makes sense their products are on point. Was happy to see they also had an LA company that I trust in Roach on the cart side of things. Only complaint…. They don’t have a shop in Cleveland but happy to make the drive out there. I didn't know what to expect but I did it and met Andrew who talked with me for about 30 minutes on Cannabis and the different effects and different options. After the consultation I knew exactly what I was looking for and needed. I would recommend Citizens Clutch to ANYONE! Even patients who went to other dispensary. I live in Cleveland and it was DEFINITELY worth the 30 minutes drive. They have a lifelong customer in me. You order from the kiosk and get called when your order is ready. The employee at the register made me feel rushed and undervalued.They have a working drive-thru that I did not utilize. They have more of their brand products than any other dispensary and are usually on sale.The showroom seemed impressive until I realized the same display was copied for each display area.This is the 8th of 9 dispensaries that are within an hour of me and 1 of 4 that I won't return to.read more

Along the walls are kiosks for ordering. Flower jars, bottles, packages etc are lined along the walls and attached to a piece of extraordinarily intelligent wood! You put the piece on a place on a very user friendly kiosk and you learn all about the product and can add it to your order. It is so user amazing. You can also search the screen and add your products without this feature. When done enter your email and they do the rest. Klutch is once again doing it right.read more
