Professional and very knowledgeable! Building was very clean and well kept! My Budtender Chase was very informative and patient with me being a first timer. Everyone had great customer service skills. Also the lady that checked me in Jessi was very helpful and all smiles! I will be coming back very soon! A++++++

Backroads has been in the Lima community for less than a year. Since that time I have ad time to patronize with them multiple times. What I will say. Is its disappointing that the office staff isn’t diversified as much as we (minorities) have lost to the war on drugs. But a few visits ago, I made a purchase. I was told if it doesn’t work for you bring it back. I did! When I came back with the receipt. I was met at the door and all three employees immediately put their hands up and asked me if there was cannabis in there. I said yes. And didn’t mention the fact that the gentlemen who told me to bring it back. Said nothing. I felt like I was met with the bomb squad and I had c4 strapped to me. It was unpleasant as a black female. And I made a vow to myself that I would not patronize with them much more after. But since we only have two local dispensaries I am left patronizing with them. They have an alright selection. There is no educational classes. No drive thru. No samples. They do have patient employees🤷🏾♀️🤔🥂

Quality product from local independent growers and producers, best prices around. Easily navigated the website and it liads with no issues. That’s a problem I’ve had with other sites. I am so glad we finally have a dispensary right here at home! I have my favorite Brands but they do have variety. Expect the prices you get anywhere else but I can speak from experience for the Kindness and how knowledgeable the staff is about their products. Overall a great place to shop!

AMAZING SERVICE AN VERY PROFESSIONAL! This dispensary is close to my house and was very clean inside. Everyone it’s a 420 dispensary! I didn’t have my card a they kindly printed me a new one. All of the workers helped us an were very kind! Aaron is awesome he helped me find some great products and let me know about the deals for the weekend! Great prices too! I definitely will be back soon also Jess is the bomb diggity! I’ve never been treated so kindly at a dispensary especially the ones in the area! We will be back! Rock on backroad wellness!

After going on my third trip, I vented about few annoying things , and the wait I had two previous times of 45 mins…. In the back… another employee felt the need to tell the lady helping me- “you don’t have to respond to everything she says” that comment right there was enough for me - if someone is complaining about the way few things are done , dismissing them is wrong…. Only nice part is the connivence of location, but if I gotta wait 45 mins I might as well go to wapak it’s still quicker …..
