Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love this place for many reasons and it was number 1- however lately it has been going... down the drain.1. This places internet or “system” goes down so often that I have shown up to get my order and they can’t service me. I am a repeat customer and have learned to call now instead of going to ask if they are servicing clients. In my opinion that’s embarrassing. Adding into the system they run is that after 9pm if you put a online order in as a preorder for the next day which is states online, I put a an order in and I always screen shot my total which came in handy on this situation, when I got told my order it was way over what I ordered. I showed them the screen shot and they couldn’t give me a reasonable excuse as to why they couldn’t honor the total that was given to me on my preorder. Instead they subbed an item out and got me to my original total when I wanted that specific item.2. A lot of good budtenders work here however lately the services has been going down hill. Sometimes they let you look at the bud I have even felt it before while being in the budtenders hand- however I asked to do this last time and the girl flipped out on me. Told me that they don’t do that because “I could grab the medicine and run” don’t get me wrong it’s a valid reason but at least be consistent. Also did I get profiled that I looked like I would take it and dash? They have double security doors.3. The pricing. Probably the highest dispo (no pun intended) that i have ever seen. I seen they responded to a review that they “price match” but to be honest sounds like a cash grab. Make things consistent. When this place first opened they had great pricing and great customer services but since getting more busy it and expanding it’s not that great anymore.4. The size. Dear lord this is the smallest waiting room I’ve ever seen. I understand not having the size etc but there is literally no where to move when it gets busy. Sweaty coughing people on top of each other ( not really an issue) but the kinks in this place need worked out. Bad. Once recreational sales hit I will not be going if it remains the same.read more

Bud tenders have a serious issue with lack of education when it comes to MMJ treatments and its products. During visit Bud-tender didn’t know the difference between RSO and FECO, couldn’t tell patients what products were use to treat different conditions. -3 Bud-tender relies on Computer for Information about MMJ Products. 4 of these products I ordered were out of stock.2. Pricing of MMJ Products are Over-Priced by at least $10.00 comparisons to other MMJ Dispensaries. Appears more into taken Profits instead of Patient Care. -53. Over charged on a product that was already ready on sale. Refused to allow MMJ Patients to stack discount on a sale products, Vets or Indigent Patients.4. Something wrong with TAXES on products? Investigation is Warranted..5.Be careful you might get the wrong information on a MMJ product and it could cost you your life!!read more

The parking area is very bad though. A very big hump to get over before you get into the parking lot which makes your car bottom out in a hole. First, nectar is not set as a medical dispensary. My opinion is, the owner is waiting for recreational foot traffic.... Very limited quantities. Staff unsure, not listening. Also, management owners scan your ID. Adding to another unsecured database…Upon purchase, they will not dispense without your signature acknowledging your impairment. When I go to pharmacy, I don’t get treated like I’m buying alcohol. Verilife is a dispensary for medical patients. Nectar needs to understand that we are patients…not dumb burnouts. You are here to help us. Don’t make more hoops. Because of this, I’m out. Also, I fully understand that this is cash business, but it quite ridiculous how they treat their customers. So you don’t really know what you’re ordering until you show up pay and they read this is what the levels of this. Then if don’t like they can retake your order further slowing the process. Then I get home and instead of a luster pod I ordered it’s a 510 cartridge. So I’m out searching for a 510 battery now. I’ve been using dispensaries since 2012 and in multiple other places since. This is by far my worst experience at one ever.It’s enough to make you want to drive to another one in the area.read more

Today he made me move my car for being 1.5 inches over the line in parking lot and then decided to scrap my name off the waiting list to which I’d been there for 37 min when all I did was go move my vehicle like instructed. I had to then call him out for scratching my name after he then let two people ahead of me. He’s rude , unprofessional and makes the dispensary experience not great. 5 stars to the rest of the staff but it only takes one bad apple.read more

Fantastic! Having a dispensary on the westside is incredibly convenient. I wasn't that familiar with Werk Rd near... Glenmore but it's almost at Glenmore. It's tucked away near the residential areas. Nice, and clean. Tight drive/entrance. One lane is in, then you drive around and use the other lane so folks aren't crashing into each other lol.The staff was very professional and didn't mind taking the time with you to figure out what might suit your medical needs. They were also incredibly knowledgeable. And nice! Thanks Brad! You are the best! (I was a little nervous about holding up the line, but they were happy to skirt those concerns. They took their time and answered any questions I might have about the process).It's a small dispensary and the wait area is small. I'd advise to check their peak operation times and avoid the crowd. Otherwise you might have to stand. Also by ordering online, you will get out faster.I'm looking forward to seeing this little gem get more products (though incredibly well stocked already) and seeing the place grow! ;))read more
