Used to love this place but they raised their prices on some things and now I’m never going to shop there again. What’s the point of discount days if you just took away any savings we were getting, now I’ll be continuing to make my way an hour an a half away to buy klutch products directly from citizen at regular price points. New and clean! Excellent staff and great location. Minus a star for prices. You need better half ounce specials. Unfortunately, your prices are what makes it worth the drive still to coshocton, wintersville or marietta. If you could match or beat their prices I wouldn't go anywhere else but most of the time you don't even come close. Yes, I do sometimes pay more here because this place is closer but I don't feel that's a fair shake for us locals. We should be able to get better prices locally.

Super nice place, and people, but the website can be misleading as far as weights and prices, and the selection of products could be far better. But I live this place and probably won't go anywhere else until a closer dispo opens.

The most friendly people. They really make you feel welcome. They answer any questions. They have an extremely wide variety of products. They even take suggestions for products that you would want. The prices were really good. Marietta is cheaper for edibles but everything else here is pretty on par, plus they have more of a variety. The hours are really convenient. You can go in up to 6:30 PM. They are very fast. When you check out there in front of you you will see your complete total and what discounts were taken off and if everything is correct and they have you sign something after just to make sure your order is correct. No other place does that. I’ve had a lot of wrong orders at other places, but this one got everything right.

Went in on opening day and even though it was a bit hectic, the staff remained positive and kept a very friendly and amazing environment. Definitely recommend this dispensary to any and all patients nearby. My new go to dispensary.

Backroad Wellness opened today. Thier staff were all in attendance I would say considering they hadn't actually announced today as a "soft opening". As I had familiarized myself with the menu and selection prior to my visit, along with my new patient registration my visit lasted a total of approximately 15 minutes. Good job to all involved. First day opening and I showed up when the web slowed to a crawl with the OMM checks a room full of people. After 30 minutes the computers were full speed and it went fast. Staff kept their composure during the delay and everyone from front to back was as pleasant as you could ask for. I apologize for grumble. 5-STARS
