My husband and I came in today. I was told the last time 2 weeks ago that if I WASNT purchasing I didn't need my ID. I went in before and had no issues. I come with my husband today and they wouldn't let me in without my ID even though I WASNT purchasing and he was. You need more consistency with your policies.

Was going to stop over at the shop after work. Had an order placed online. The website and google both say 7PM is closing time. I live 20 mins away. Turns out they lock the doors at 6:45. Usually not a big deal but kinda ruined my Friday. Please update your socials to reflect actual time open.

I came to visit friends in Cambridge and we decided to take advantage of legal recreational use in Ohio (insert party balloon emoji). I was helped by Kaylee and she recommended some low dose mints (how cute). They were reasonably priced for 40 mints, imo (came out to roughly $20 with tax). I was worried about panic attacks and over thinking. So, we went over previous experience with strains and settled on a hybrid. I’m typing this from the carefree comfort of the couch, after having a successful experience with one of my mints 🙂 I didn’t feel pressured into buying more and Kaylee even remembered me from about 6 years ago when I did her hair! I can tell she enjoys what she does here and she made my entire experience awesome!! Thanks for hiring rad people like her!

Over priced any more seems like there is nothing in stock with any discounts I'm local I'm coming close to start going back to coshoctan. Better off growing myself. Staff are great though. That don't make sense being adult use in future it should go down being more sales seems to me it's constantly going up for medical user I'm been patient for long time always came to your store since it open seems to me it's taking advantage of medical users it's suppose to be affordable like it's suppose have been when we voted for medical use to all patients now getting to be so bad it's matching black market sellers. one plant can produce alot of flower alot so same excuse is getting old just to over charge everybody let alone your patients. Just because something going on doesn't mean take it out on the patients I believe everyone can agree with this that goes there as a patient like I said though everyone that works there been great nice as ever always make me feel welcomed just the prices are going to push your patients and buyer away witch will make prices go up please consider what I'm saying. Used to love this place but they raised their prices on some things and now I’m never going to shop there again. What’s the point of discount days if you just took away any savings we were getting, now I’ll be continuing to make my way an hour an a half away to buy klutch products directly from citizen at regular price points. New and clean! Excellent staff and great location. Minus a star for prices. You need better half ounce specials. Unfortunately, your prices are what makes it worth the drive still to coshocton, wintersville or marietta. If you could match or beat their prices I wouldn't go anywhere else but most of the time you don't even come close. Yes, I do sometimes pay more here because this place is closer but I don't feel that's a fair shake for us locals. We should be able to get better prices locally.

The most friendly people. They really make you feel welcome. They answer any questions. They have an extremely wide variety of products. They even take suggestions for products that you would want. The prices were really good. Marietta is cheaper for edibles but everything else here is pretty on par, plus they have more of a variety. The hours are really convenient. You can go in up to 6:30 PM. They are very fast. When you check out there in front of you you will see your complete total and what discounts were taken off and if everything is correct and they have you sign something after just to make sure your order is correct. No other place does that. I’ve had a lot of wrong orders at other places, but this one got everything right.

As I had familiarized myself with the menu and selection prior to my visit, along with my new patient registration my visit lasted a total of approximately 15 minutes. Good job to all involved. First day opening and I showed up when the web slowed to a crawl with the OMM checks a room full of people. After 30 minutes the computers were full speed and it went fast. Staff kept their composure during the delay and everyone from front to back was as pleasant as you could ask for. I apologize for grumble. 5-STARS
