Job duties & responsibilities:

  • Support executive team members on various tasks
  • Answer the business line and routing calls appropriately
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data and findings
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Check, forward and respond to general business and customer service emails
  • Upkeep employee phone directory, email groups and shared inboxes
  • Upkeep of physical filing systems
  • Assist in employee engagement activities; i.e. team lunches, team building and company events
  • Assist the executive administrator with meeting agendas, notes and task follow up
  • Run errands (most commonly to the bank and post office) for company executives
  • Maintain office supplies; work with purchasing to keep items in stock & replenish

Experience / Skills needed:

  • Data entry – 50 wpm
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel and word
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

Education needed: Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred

30-40 hours per week, paid (major) holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
