The State of Ohio has approved medical marijuana as a form of treatment and symptom management for patients who suffer from PTSD. Patients looking to qualify must be evaluated by a licensed medical professional in Ohio. We believe that medical marijuana has significant potential to improve quality of life for thousands of patients across Ohio and we are looking for compassionate, dedicated mental health practitioners to join our team! We are currently offering part-time opportunities with the potential to go full time.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct a physical evaluation of patients and discuss medical history.
Verify that the patient suffers from PTSD.
Provide a recommended treatment plan for patients who would benefit from a recommendation of medical marijuana.
Inform patients of the risks associated with medical cannabis use.
Must to licensed to practiced in the State of Ohio.
Must have an LPCC license.
Low stress work environment that allows for significant patient interaction.
