Very well managed and comfortable. There brand bubble hash is excellent and cheap, 28%-30% thc ounce only cost 160 and tastes great. Website has acurate easy to understand descriptions.

I believe his name was Dustin, shift supervisor last night(7.6.23) an hour before closing! And I didn’t get the lady’s name at the front desk. But all around dope(pun intended) experience! First timer here, but some experience(some being generous) and the supervisor was extremely patient, helpful and funny. He didn’t mind and maybe even enjoyed answering all my little questions, breaking down everything and helping me find a great deal for my bucks! I’m not sure how other dispensaries are, but I’m not too interested in checking them out after such a nice experience at Harvest. Spacious with nice decor, love the pineapples. A extensive selection of products so much so that me and my ADHD gets overwhelmed! Amazing deals, website gives you a play by play of all the deals that will be offered that month, which as the supervisor helpfully pointed out, can help you plan your visits and budget. And there’s a reward system!

First time at Harvest today. I was impressed with the efficiency at which patients were processed. There was a long line when I arrived, but no one waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. All of the employees I interacted with were very helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. Also, the prices were great! Will definitely be coming back.

I've had a medical card for over 4 years, and I went to this dispensary for the first time on Tuesday. I got the absolute best deal I've ever gotten in my life here. I am extremely happy with this dispensary. Prices are incredible, and the service was excellent. This is my new permanent dispensary I'm going to use due to exceptionally good prices. I got a lot more for the money here compared to about 8 other dispensaries across the entire state of Ohio. The interior of the dispensary is full of sales display items, and it's a beautiful, state of the art looking place. The guy who helped me was really nice, too, and he helped me get a good deal and even was nice enough to throw in a promotional tray that made me happy, too. I was just blown away by the amazing prices more than anything. Thank you for helping remedy my health issues and disabilities. Best medicine I've ever had.

This is my favorite dispensary in Columbus. As far as I know, they have the most and best deals/specials. All the employees are very pleasant and professional. They function very proficiently given the amount of patients and orders that can come in on any given time. Wait time has never been an issue for me. I've never had any complaints about their product. And their playlists are awesome!

This place is great. Been a long time customer and I have never been disappointed here. They always have sales going on and they have a good variety of products and they employees are always friendly. It’s never a hassle for me to come here and get out when I need to. I wish the Dutchie system was able to fully work but due to state regulations they can only do it in store, but still I can tell that they’re trying to get people in and out as fast as possible which is nice.

It would be great if the had a dedicated cashier for online orders so at least the people that know what they want can expedite their experience.

Twice I have had online orders confirmed and said to be “ready to pick up” only to arrive and have them be out of the product. The only reason dispensaries are useful is because you know what product is available and when you can pick it up. I was not even given an apology the first time and neither time did they do anything to make up for their blunders.

Went here twice. Prices are good for an Ohio dispensary, but the measurements were completely inaccurate. Bought 2 .84 g carts and after taking one out fresh from the package I saw that it was about half the size of a normal .84 g cart. Even took another new cart out and did a side by side and the difference in amount was insane. Can’t even reach them because their phone lines won’t put me through and they don’t have a customer service website. Disappointed and frustrated

I have tried to go to this business 7 time, 5 of those times I’ve had to deal with either their computers or their ATM. 5 of 7 times I was inconvenienced and trying to patronize a business cost me time out of my day. This will fly for now but I can promise once there is some competition this place is done. Look profitable and sell ASAP so you don’t lose everything. Or maybe get better equipment, I’m sure it’s my fault somehow right?

Man I can't say enough good things about Harvest. It's the only dispensary I do business with for several reasons. 1, they literally have specials every single day of the month. If you're an early bird, 10% off and up to 30% depending on the promo. 2, the amazing staff. Many of us are regulars and they get to know you by name and they are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Doug and Crystal are my two aces:) 3, selection. I'm a flower guy and they always have several strains at 30%+ at any given time. 4, rewards. I haven't actually gotten to use any rewards yet but the fact that they have a program in this industry is pretty cool. Can't wait to see what they do with it. 5, cleanliness. The place is a medical facility and they keep it that way. Always clean, always professional.If you're looking for a dispensary, Harvest is the spot.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment! I even used restroom that was immaculate & smelled great! My patient loves the products recently released by Harvest. Genuinely confused by this place. There's always an absurd wait and not enough chairs, yet the waiting room is 1/10th the size of the showroom while most of the showroom goes unused. Harvest seems to utilize an inventory system of "go see what we have in the back" instead of having a real-time digital inventory so everything just takes too long. I don't feel like Harvest considers the customer experience.

Have been mischarged several times, I chalk this up to large inventory, but it’s happened the majority of the times I have been there (70% of the time my online estimate is not reflective of what I pay in the store). I can't explain how much I loved my experience at Harvest, this is my first time going since they've opened and I can really say this is one of the better dispensaries in the area, I’m going to start coming in here on the regular. Harvest sells great products and they have a wide range of what is available, it's also not overpriced. Customer service was excellent and I felt very welcomed by all the staff, I feel like the community really has something special here with Harvest. The process was really quick even though I am a first time customer & had to sign up. I can't wait to try out there deals, I will definitely be coming back!

I had great customer service at the beginning but now it’s awful. I called to get an update on a damaged product and the guy who answered wanted nothing to do with being on the phone with me, I pretty much was an inconvenience. I also ordered a Black Friday deal and never received a text saying my online order was ready so when I called, I was told well we had 200 orders to fill. That’s understandable but the text message correspondence included nothing about increased orders or just coming in and waiting for your order to be ready. So now that I went in to pick it up, I have to pay full price even though I ordered it during business hours on Friday. Many customer service items need to be ironed out here. Onto the next place!

I really want to like Harvest. I really do. However, I had a not so great experience. I tried to buy something what I needed and was told that it exceeded my number of days. I showed the employee the chart differentiating Tier 1 be Tier 2 and how I had enough days to buy the half ounce I was looking for. The employee was less than friendly and told me that it was a 9 day product instead of the 6 which I would have had enough days for. She didn’t seek outside help to remedy the situation. Well, my days reset today so I went it to buy a similar product. While there I explained the issue from the day before and I was told I was right but there was nothing they could do about it. Now that my days have reset I was able to buy the product but it cost me dearly in terms of days. I’m pretty bummed about the experience. Other dispensaries have called me about my online orders not being able to be filled. I understand mistakes but this is my medication that I needed and the customer service was severely lacking.

I am from northern Ohio and had to travel to Columbus for work last Monday 8/23. Afterwards, I decided to check out the local dispensaries and decided Harvest since it was the closest. From my receipt, you can see what I ordered, yet it was not right. I told my bud tender I would like the tenth of greasy runtz by the same company. Okay I get it, newbie mistake. So I go back in and they have to take my ID and check me in again. I wait around 15-20 mins for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do. Obviously I am frustrated and decide to leave since nothing can be done. As I get to my vehicle to put my flower back, I notice the peanut butters’ black plastic ring was already broken! So instead of further embarrassing myself by going back in, I decided to leave and contact wellspring once I arrived home. Wouldn’t you know it though, Harvest never gave me back my drivers license! I call and speak to the manager who remembered the incident and stated he would mail it to my address since I wasn’t local. It has now been a full week. I received the check refund from wellspring on Thursday, yet still no ID from Harvest. How am I supposed to buy more medicine? How am I supposed to do other life tasks that require ID? I decided to call Harvest one last time and the managers exact words were “I’m pretty sure we mailed it out.” Did you choose the slowest mailing option available on purpose? Just wondering.. anyway, Thanks Harvest, I hope you learn to appreciate your customers before you slowly run them off.

I've had a medical card for over 4 years, and I went to this dispensary for the first time on Tuesday. I got the absolute best deal I've ever gotten in my life here. I am extremely happy with this dispensary. Prices are incredible, and the service was excellent. This is my new permanent dispensary I'm going to use due to exceptionally good prices. I got a lot more for the money here compared to about 8 other dispensaries across the entire state of Ohio. The interior of the dispensary is full of sales display items, and it's a beautiful, state of the art looking place. The guy who helped me was really nice, too, and he helped me get a good deal and even was nice enough to throw in a promotional tray that made me happy, too. I was just blown away by the amazing prices more than anything. Thank you for helping remedy my health issues and disabilities. Best medicine I've ever had.

This is my favorite dispensary in Columbus. As far as I know, they have the most and best deals/specials. All the employees are very pleasant and professional. They function very proficiently given the amount of patients and orders that can come in on any given time. Wait time has never been an issue for me. I've never had any complaints about their product. And their playlists are awesome!

This place is great. Been a long time customer and I have never been disappointed here. They always have sales going on and they have a good variety of products and they employees are always friendly. It’s never a hassle for me to come here and get out when I need to. I wish the Dutchie system was able to fully work but due to state regulations they can only do it in store, but still I can tell that they’re trying to get people in and out as fast as possible which is nice.

Twice I have had online orders confirmed and said to be “ready to pick up” only to arrive and have them be out of the product. The only reason dispensaries are useful is because you know what product is available and when you can pick it up. I was not even given an apology the first time and neither time did they do anything to make up for their blunders.

Went here twice. Prices are good for an Ohio dispensary, but the measurements were completely inaccurate. Bought 2 .84 g carts and after taking one out fresh from the package I saw that it was about half the size of a normal .84 g cart. Even took another new cart out and did a side by side and the difference in amount was insane. Can’t even reach them because their phone lines won’t put me through and they don’t have a customer service website. Disappointed and frustrated

I have tried to go to this business 7 time, 5 of those times I’ve had to deal with either their computers or their ATM. 5 of 7 times I was inconvenienced and trying to patronize a business cost me time out of my day. This will fly for now but I can promise once there is some competition this place is done. Look profitable and sell ASAP so you don’t lose everything. Man I can't say enough good things about Harvest. It's the only dispensary I do business with for several reasons. 1, they literally have specials every single day of the month. If you're an early bird, 10% off and up to 30% depending on the promo. 2, the amazing staff. Many of us are regulars and they get to know you by name and they are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Doug and Crystal are my two aces:) 3, selection. I'm a flower guy and they always have several strains at 30%+ at any given time. 4, rewards. I haven't actually gotten to use any rewards yet but the fact that they have a program in this industry is pretty cool. Can't wait to see what they do with it. 5, cleanliness. Genuinely confused by this place. There's always an absurd wait and not enough chairs, yet the waiting room is 1/10th the size of the showroom while most of the showroom goes unused. Harvest seems to utilize an inventory system of "go see what we have in the back" instead of having a real-time digital inventory so everything just takes too long. I don't feel like Harvest considers the customer experience.

Have been mischarged several times, I chalk this up to large inventory, but it’s happened the majority of the times I have been there (70% of the time my online estimate is not reflective of what I pay in the store). I can't explain how much I loved my experience at Harvest, this is my first time going since they've opened and I can really say this is one of the better dispensaries in the area, I’m going to start coming in here on the regular. Harvest sells great products and they have a wide range of what is available, it's also not overpriced. Customer service was excellent and I felt very welcomed by all the staff, I feel like the community really has something special here with Harvest. I had great customer service at the beginning but now it’s awful. I called to get an update on a damaged product and the guy who answered wanted nothing to do with being on the phone with me, I pretty much was an inconvenience. I also ordered a Black Friday deal and never received a text saying my online order was ready so when I called, I was told well we had 200 orders to fill. That’s understandable but the text message correspondence included nothing about increased orders or just coming in and waiting for your order to be ready. So now that I went in to pick it up, I have to pay full price even though I ordered it during business hours on Friday. Many customer service items need to be ironed out here. Onto the next place!

I really want to like Harvest. I really do. However, I had a not so great experience. I tried to buy something what I needed and was told that it exceeded my number of days. I showed the employee the chart differentiating Tier 1 be Tier 2 and how I had enough days to buy the half ounce I was looking for. The employee was less than friendly and told me that it was a 9 day product instead of the 6 which I would have had enough days for. She didn’t seek outside help to remedy the situation. Well, my days reset today so I went it to buy a similar product. While there I explained the issue from the day before and I was told I was right but there was nothing they could do about it. Now that my days have reset I was able to buy the product but it cost me dearly in terms of days. I’m pretty bummed about the experience. Other dispensaries have called me about my online orders not being able to be filled. I understand mistakes but this is my medication that I needed and the customer service was severely lacking.

I am from northern Ohio and had to travel to Columbus for work last Monday 8/23. Afterwards, I decided to check out the local dispensaries and decided Harvest since it was the closest. From my receipt, you can see what I ordered, yet it was not right. I told my bud tender I would like the tenth of greasy runtz by the same company. Okay I get it, newbie mistake. So I go back in and they have to take my ID and check me in again. I wait around 15-20 mins for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do. Obviously I am frustrated and decide to leave since nothing can be done. As I get to my vehicle to put my flower back, I notice the peanut butters’ black plastic ring was already broken! So instead of further embarrassing myself by going back in, I decided to leave and contact wellspring once I arrived home. Wouldn’t you know it though, Harvest never gave me back my drivers license! I call and speak to the manager who remembered the incident and stated he would mail it to my address since I wasn’t local. It has now been a full week. I received the check refund from wellspring on Thursday, yet still no ID from Harvest. How am I supposed to buy more medicine? How am I supposed to do other life tasks that require ID? I decided to call Harvest one last time and the managers exact words were “I’m pretty sure we mailed it out.” Did you choose the slowest mailing option available on purpose? Just wondering.. anyway, Thanks Harvest, I hope you learn to appreciate your customers before you slowly run them off.
