Everyone at this location is friendly and knowledgeable about their field. They're happy to walk you through customizing your purchases to curate a most favorable outcome. When it comes to prices and sales, this location is the VERY BEST. Every day has, at minimum, one company on a 25%-30% sale, though it's usually two or three companies. Not to mention the clearance section, which is constantly updating!

Never been to a more unorganized place. Says it closes at 7 when you can't order anything after 6 and the staff is very rude. They have good products, but ran by people that don't care about people. Went here 4 times and only once was the service decent. If you have to drive a little firther to somewhere else it's so worth it. Botanist is good, very nice staff, don't have to order online, and you can come in any time they're open to make a purchase (all places I've dealt with are good besides g-leaf)P.s. most the good reviews are before they switched ownership

I wish I could leave less than a one star review. Last week I sat on hold for over an hour with no answer. Went into the store and was turned away, despite having over a half hour before the store closed and seeing countless people going in after me. I guess it's just the way things go, but it's crazy nobody picked up the phone after 5 o clock. Then, fast forward to this week, their website finally let me put my order in, and it specifically says when you log in "if you are over 21 OR have a medical card. I was turned away this time because I don't have a card despite it the recreation laws and misinformation on their website. Literally lying to people and wasting their time. When I kindly pointed out to the girl who called that the website was misinforming and they were going to have a lot of angry customers, her response was "well, we already have a lot of angry customers, and a lot of angry employees." Sooo unprofessional. I'm disgusted. I'll never do business with people like this. Disrespecting human beings like this is a good way to make sure you've got even less employees, and less customers. I will go out of my way to recommend any other establishment over the disrespectful and snarky strumpet I had to deal with today. I don't blame them for not being able to serve me. The law is the law. But act like a decent human being. If this is the way you act, it's no wonder you have disappointed employees and customers. And fix your website. It's not okay to misinform and lie to people. Do better.

good products, just an overall bad experience. I personally believe that it should be made know that they are a primarily online order facility and that they’re are multiple deadlines. I came in for a walk-in and had to wait an hour and a half and then when I was advised to order online for a faster process I proceeded to do that for my next visit where I would then continued to run into even more inconveniences. I tried calling the dispensary at exactly 5:35 because I was placing an online order for 6:30-6:45 then my time slot disappeared while filling out my information for the order but apparently they’re phone stops taking orders at 5:30 which I did not know at the time, given that I sat on the phone for about 20 minutes with no answer or signification that they weren’t taking calls, I then proceeded to drive 40 minutes to the dispensary to have them tell me that they stop taking walk-ins at 6, stop answering the phone for orders at 5:30 and that they can’t do anything which by all means is understandable but from that same perspective why not make the information known if they’re are so many rules to the point of inconvenience.

I used to enjoy going to this dispensary. Always a pleasant experience and most of the workers are extremely kind. Yeah well I placed an online order the night before, went to pick my product/medicine up and it’s missing the only thing I traveled and hour to get. I obviously alert the bud tender that I am missing part of my order and she just casually said “yeah we don’t call unless you order a singular item”. Like what? imagine trying to get something to treat your ailment and it just gets shrugged off as if that’s normal business practice. Yeah well that’s all fine and dandy, went to add something to my order to replace the item with and the budtender refused. I was on time for my pickup order, and still got refused a replacement because they were “doing inventory”. DO NOT GO TO THIS DISPENSARY. Another guy was being told he never even placed an order when he was quite literally showing them the confirmation. They turned him away. Go to The Citizen by Klutch.

This is a medical facility, but you wouldn't know it. Chronic issues with their webpage, they don't answer the phone, and you miss out on sales because of those issues. They do not honor a sale price because of their issues.The sale runs for ONE day, so if you can't place an order for the products you want, or their slots for pickups are filled an hour after they open, you are out of luck.Many days I've been on hold for over an hour.The only positive thing I can say about this place is the staff is good....if you can ever get to them, that is.

This place has some arcane rules. What other business, no "medical" establishment, kicks you off their property if you respond to a text from your mother. It's also quite unprofessional how many of their employees appear to be high themselves. Their wait times are atrocious, and they most obviously spy on your phone, how else would they know if you responded to a text? I'm curious if that's even legal to be honest.However there is a few redeeming things. One, they are the only one in this area (although I'd argue that isn't good for the customer) its why they care less about consumer satisfaction, if you own a monopoly in the area, there's no need for customer satisfaction. Regardless though, they save long trips for some. And two, their service employees are all very polite and nice. They alone give the place and extra point in my opinion.Still though, if you go there be careful, responding to a simple text from a loved one cam make you unable to get your medicine. Asinine.

It would be nice if when things go on sale that there is actually a selection to choose from. These last couple of weeks really sucked when certain things go on sale and u go and order it out or for flower it's only 2.83. Just would be nice when things go on sale for the week there were more to choose instead of like 8 items altogether. Feel like u know what's popular u know what's the sales for the week. I had been going to a different dispensary and I had a few minor concerns so I decided to drive a bit further to gLeaf and I am very happy I did. Their system is better organized with professional staff there to help. They also have a wider selection of products. I have read reviews about it being in an 'unsafe' area and this may be true; however, I do not feel unsafe when I go and they always have an officer present. And... gLeaf actually has ample parking spaces.

Been going for years used to love this place. haven't really had a problem till today. They were slammed and I requested a pager for my spot in line because I'm autistic, and have ptsd. The wait aera was slammed and completely full. I couldn't be in there with out having a panic attack so I chose to wait in my car. My pager went off and I went back in only to be told I had to go wait again in the wait area with no seats empty and crowded. Even though they said they would accommodate due to the autism/ptsd. They did not. They were ableist and made it out To be my fault and in front of everyone tried to shame me for being mid panic attack and shaking and one of the workers had the audacity to say that they had autism and that it's not that bad. That I needed to calm down. When in reality i wasnt overreacting to a situation they caused. Not disabled friendly at all.

They gave him a pager and he sat outside in his car waiting.... he waited an hour and decided to go back inside give the pager back to the guy told him his been waiting for hour and the guy was like ok and took the pager. That's not good customer service in my opinion.

Came out here yesterday for 1st time. The vibe was way better. Usually at leaf relief I get them upset if my card won't scan bc my phone isn't bright enough or if I didn't zoom fast enough. I'm sure I'm not the only one that goes through this at the boardman location. Gleaf printed me out a card were super nice and prices are less than boardman on many items. I'll be back

Worse place I ever been to! Had to stand in line in the rain. Only allowed a couple people in lobby at a time. Once you get in you have to wait even longer. Had early appointment and was the third person in. Still had to wait for 30 minutes to be called in. Once called in it took for ever to check out. Felt like over hour went by. Horrible if you have health issues and can’t do a pick up because the wait. This is the only one I’ve been to in town that is like this. I’ve been to numerous ones where I was able to go and check in and sit I was there for no more than 15 to 20 minutes depending on how busy they were. Just don’t understand how you have to make an order online to go to this place also appointment and you go there and they still don’t have your stuff ready for you. what’s the point of even have an online order. Leaf Relief is the best!!!!! Not GLeaf!!!

You can't order online because they claim all the spots are taken. But you can't place an order by phone because they don't want to answer the phone. I left the voicemail they never called me back. This is supposed to be a pharmacy for medical marijuana. What a joke that place is they're the only dispensary around here that you can't just walk in and place your order you have to call...

They also answer any questions you have and offer great suggestions when you tell them what your looking for. Currently it's order online and pick up inside. Normal wait times aren't bad. It gets a bit lengthy when they are understaffed and you may need to wait in line outside for a while. They get you in the building and out as quickly as they can.
