That’s hundreds if not thousands of dollars to consumers who keepyour lights on. The medical marijuana business prints money and the main consideration should be the the people who pay and voted for your right to earn revenue.Update- my review was pointed to ownership. Ever since ethos took over this dispensary has gone downhill, They will lie to you and steal from you.They even screw their own employees. There are at least 7 other much better dispensaries around with better deals that are honest, I. Would highly recommend you visit them and stay away from ethos. In Lebanon, Ohio.I was a loyal customer since the first day they opened. Ethos came out with a loyalty rewards program and gave myself and another patient $500 store credit based upon our previous orders. I spent 200 the day they told us and decided to save the other 300 for later. I called a week later to ask a question about my balance and was told that Ethos took away all my discount money and would only honor points earned in the future. The employee also told me that Ethos even took away their discounts they had earned ordering from the company they work for. They basically accomplished the exact opposite of gaining or retaining loyal customers, I will honestly never shop at Ethos again unless all the other dispensaries close down and even then I would probably try to grow my own out of principal, you totally screwed me and most of your "valued" customers! If you want us back, give us back what you took away

I have been a customer for years and was told I could sign up for Ethos rewards in 2021 and that someday my accumulated points would be available to me for use. I have shopped exclusively at Ethos Lebanon.I have spend over $5,000 at this location and was told I had 550 points available to use,I was very happy that this program was implemented. Then I am told that my points are gone and longer available to me.This was on Friday 4/26/2024.It is very upsetting to have $500.00 worth of credit taken away from me.If my points are not restored,I will likely never return to Ethos Lebanon Ohio.

I've been coming to this location for a few years, only because it is convenient and the closest dispensary to me. I think I've finally decided to go elsewhere. The employees are nice but I've not found them to be overly helpful. I definitely do not get the feeling I can walk in and ask questions or get recommendation. They offer a few vape battery options but rarely have the pods that go with some of the batteries. It's extremely frustrating- if I purchase a battery from you, I expect to be able to utilize that battery. I end up purchasing disposables most of the time becasue their supply is so unpredictable.

Location is great. However, employees need to be educated on products and accessories needed for said products. And they should be able to educate patients. They also don’t have stock of necessary accessories (i.e. specific proprietary batteries) for the products they sell. And if they screw up, you won’t get refunded or even a discount. Unfortunate experience. Employees are nice and I understand their hands are tied but management is poor.

I can see how patients easily get frustrated; as soon as you enter you’ll be waiting in a tiny waiting area. This was the longest part tbh, after getting beyond the magical door it goes pretty quickly. I got here first thing in the morning and my total trip was 13 minutes and 45 seconds. I would say order ahead and get the first time slot if you want a smooth, simple visit to Ethos. The staff was friendly and I placed an online order.

If you place an online order, just expect it to never be filled. You can also expect them to not communicate that your order will remain unfilled. Their hours of operation aren't always accurate online but they never answer the phone so you'll just have to guess. The quality of this location has gone completely downhill. Don't waste your time.ETA: the core staff is excellent. They care about the customer and helped to correct the issues we encountered recently. Hopefully the new ownership can work out the kinks.

Ever since Ethos took over it has been terrible. Every time in the last month they have had their big sale they either close due to staff or the line was over 2 hours wait in the freezing temps. Please bring back About wellness. I will be going to Columbia care in Monroe now. They have better prices so you don't have to wait till a sale. Look at all the newer reviews from ~2 months ago till now and see how far this place has fallen.

They have great deals and awesome product. Unfortunately they treat their patients like customers and the medicine more like a drug. They randomly change their hours and make people wait outside in the rain. Even the elderly. They allow people to make online orders but you have to wait the same amount of time. They have one large waiting room that can hold plenty of people along with the room you get your medicine. Yet everyone is out in the rain today or crowded in the small room where you show ID. What a joke. Go to Michigan. They treat you more like a patient at their dispensaries and they have accurate weights and better pricing.

You can order online now which is great and pickup is more convenient now.Vape prices are ok, unfortunately their flower prices are higher than any of the other stores I go to. The low rating is because of the flower prices. They are that much higher.Some of the new staff aren't very knowledgable. Had one guy sell me an airo cartridge and tell me it worked on a regular 510 thread battery which it did not. Had to drive all the way back to the store and wait through a long line and pay for a new battery. No apology from workers.

Used to be the best place to go, unfortunately no one ever answers the phone to take phone orders, and when you do get through they still make you wait in line if they have taken the till in the back. They are knowledgeable about their product, however you shouldn't have to call over 75 times to make a phone order and still wait an hour to get your product. Starting last week according to Alicia (manager) if you need to change or add to your pick up order you must go in to change it.... never had this happen to me and I've been going there since they opened. I called a handful of times before getting through AGAIN to correct my order and she told me that this was in affect as of last week. Very disappointing. Ended up not picking my order up and went to Columbia Care in Monroe where they had WAY better deals and great selection. Will be a regular there now.

If you want to get something you didn't buy, go here. I've had more than one employee tell me that they aren't responsible for the products they sell. I spent $60 for a Sour Diesel cart only for it to be built differently than the one I bought at another dispensary. Wasn't told by a single employee that dispensaries often sell carts that are built differently from one you may get at another dispensary. They've come to the conclusion that whatever they sell to you they're not responsible. Fun right? Not a place I wanna go back to. Would you?

The last 5 times my wife has went to this location at 9:00am sharp their menu indicated they had a product that they indeed didn’t have. I don’t know how difficult data entry is at a dispensary but she has never had this experience at any of the other 3 dispensaries she frequents. Menu is mostly wrong. Went this past Friday March 5th, wanted 2 products that were on the menu, they were sold out even though it was on the menu, was told they didn't know how it got on there. Went today, it took them 2 days to finally update the menu, I was the 3rd person checked in when they opened, they finally updated the menu at 0835 today and when I went to order they AGAIN had things on the menu that they had sold out of. I don't know what manager is in charge of updating the menu and making sure inventory in correct but they suck at their job. May be considering a dispensary in Dayton.

I am giving About Wellness a solid 5 star review because, even though there are draw backs, this is the best location I've ever been too.The staff at this facility has always been the warmest and courteous that I have ever met at any dispensary. They always take the time to hear our your problems and make suggestions. They show that they actually care about issue and take the time to pick the correct blend for you. I have never been pushed a more expensive product or tool.I would be remiss if I did not call out some negatives. One the sitting availability is rather low when you are waiting outside, so if you are disabled, like me, you should visit at low traffic time.Also the inventory isn't very full. More often then not they are out of what you are looking for. The reason that this doesn't lose them a star is that they always have an alternate for whatever you are looking for. Truth be told this is how I have discovered some of the more interesting blends I've tried.Also if you have Covid concerns, like I do, this location definitely takes the most precautions to prevent the spread. At the time I am writing this they were starting to set up for call in orders. I do not know if they are currently accepting them but if you have to be in person, this is the place to go.

Ever since ethos took over this dispensary has gone downhill, They will lie to you and steal from you.They even screw their own employees. There are at least 7 other much better dispensaries around with better deals that are honest, I. Would highly recommend you visit them and stay away from ethos. In Lebanon, Ohio.I was a loyal customer since the first day they opened. Ethos came out with a loyalty rewards program and gave myself and another patient $500 store credit based upon our previous orders. I spent 200 the day they told us and decided to save the other 300 for later. I called a week later to ask a question about my balance and was told that Ethos took away all my discount money and would only honor points earned in the future. The employee also told me that Ethos even took away their discounts they had earned ordering from the company they work for. They basically accomplished the exact opposite of gaining or retaining loyal customers, I will honestly never shop at Ethos again unless all the other dispensaries close down and even then I would probably try to grow my own out of principal, you totally screwed me and most of your "valued" customers! If you want us back, give us back what you took away

I have shopped exclusively at Ethos Lebanon.I have spend over $5,000 at this location and was told I had 550 points available to use,I was very happy that this program was implemented. I've been coming to this location for a few years, only because it is convenient and the closest dispensary to me. I think I've finally decided to go elsewhere. The employees are nice but I've not found them to be overly helpful. I definitely do not get the feeling I can walk in and ask questions or get recommendation. They offer a few vape battery options but rarely have the pods that go with some of the batteries. It's extremely frustrating- if I purchase a battery from you, I expect to be able to utilize that battery. I end up purchasing disposables most of the time becasue their supply is so unpredictable.

They also don’t have stock of necessary accessories (i.e. specific proprietary batteries) for the products they sell. And if they screw up, you won’t get refunded or even a discount. This was the longest part tbh, after getting beyond the magical door it goes pretty quickly. I got here first thing in the morning and my total trip was 13 minutes and 45 seconds. Their hours of operation aren't always accurate online but they never answer the phone so you'll just have to guess. The quality of this location has gone completely downhill. They randomly change their hours and make people wait outside in the rain. Even the elderly. They allow people to make online orders but you have to wait the same amount of time. They have one large waiting room that can hold plenty of people along with the room you get your medicine. Yet everyone is out in the rain today or crowded in the small room where you show ID. What a joke. Go to Michigan. They treat you more like a patient at their dispensaries and they have accurate weights and better pricing.

Best dispensary, worst website. It's made for their tablets they use in store but even on them it's not very good. Besides that, this is the best dispensary around. Cheap with frequent sales, nice friendly staff, shorter wait times and a great selection. They rarely answer the phone though

If you want to get something you didn't buy, go here. I've had more than one employee tell me that they aren't responsible for the products they sell. I spent $60 for a Sour Diesel cart only for it to be built differently than the one I bought at another dispensary. Wasn't told by a single employee that dispensaries often sell carts that are built differently from one you may get at another dispensary. They've come to the conclusion that whatever they sell to you they're not responsible. Fun right? Not a place I wanna go back to. Would you?

They used to have the best online menu of all Dispensaries. Now it's been changed and it doesn't appear to work so i quit going here.My other complaint is their phone system. You have to play the phone lottery in order to get through and place a phone order. I've been to this establishment hundreds of times. I 've seen how much money gets handed over to them. I feel like they could easily afford a better phone system that you can wait on hold.

Place needs to work on their customer service skills tried calling them on several occasions for an hour straight no one answers their phones. A couple of the staff are pretty nice and knowledgeable other than that this place sucks. Tried calling them yesterday to see if they still had the strand that I liked that was on their menu no one answered so I drove down to the store get there and they don't have it said they just sold out. I am not impressed and will be going to Columbia Care or mad River remedies from now on out

Good supply and nice people. Nice environment. But would be nice for them to answer the phone at least some of the time. I've been here 4 times and each time before I go I try to call ahead so I don't have to wait the dreadful 45mins in line, but I have yet to have anyone answer the phone one time. Fix this and it would be a 5 star review. Very frustrating to call each time and not get an answer. Why havecall ahead ordering if nobody can pick up the call?

Use to be my place to go, despite it being completely out of my way, because it had an online menu that was not awful and easy to use. Now that you've updated to a menu with filters that do not even work, I might as well just go to the places with junk website menus since that is what we get here now too. Why do I want to see gummies when I'm trying to look at flower options? Oh that's right, I don't,but can't filter them out. Awesome. Not sure why you'd destroy something that worked just fine before.

The last 5 times my wife has went to this location at 9:00am sharp their menu indicated they had a product that they indeed didn’t have. I don’t know how difficult data entry is at a dispensary but she has never had this experience at any of the other 3 dispensaries she frequents. Folks don’t want to drive 45 minutes for something they didn’t want! This should be a pretty easy problem to fix….. but yet again this location drops the ball.

Owner ended up being my budtender. I asked about a product and he said “I don’t use” then rolled his eyes. I just didn’t feel comfortable buying from someone who doesn’t use the product they’re selling it made it seem like he doesn’t actually even believe in people using it.

Menu is mostly wrong. Went this past Friday March 5th, wanted 2 products that were on the menu, they were sold out even though it was on the menu, was told they didn't know how it got on there. Went today, it took them 2 days to finally update the menu, I was the 3rd person checked in when they opened, they finally updated the menu at 0835 today and when I went to order they AGAIN had things on the menu that they had sold out of. I don't know what manager is in charge of updating the menu and making sure inventory in correct but they suck at their job. May be considering a dispensary in Dayton.

I am giving About Wellness a solid 5 star review because, even though there are draw backs, this is the best location I've ever been too.The staff at this facility has always been the warmest and courteous that I have ever met at any dispensary. They always take the time to hear our your problems and make suggestions. They show that they actually care about issue and take the time to pick the correct blend for you. I have never been pushed a more expensive product or tool.I would be remiss if I did not call out some negatives. One the sitting availability is rather low when you are waiting outside, so if you are disabled, like me, you should visit at low traffic time.Also the inventory isn't very full. More often then not they are out of what you are looking for. The reason that this doesn't lose them a star is that they always have an alternate for whatever you are looking for. Truth be told this is how I have discovered some of the more interesting blends I've tried.Also if you have Covid concerns, like I do, this location definitely takes the most precautions to prevent the spread. At the time I am writing this they were starting to set up for call in orders. I do not know if they are currently accepting them but if you have to be in person, this is the place to go.
