The one star is for Verilife. The new and horrible company that bought out my favorite dispensary. They don't offer curbside pickup anymore because Verilife doesn't care about patients or their safety. They claim they still do for disabled patients, but they wouldn't do it for this disabled veteran. They force you to come in now, all the while the receptionist is coughing her lungs out. I love the staff! Dustin, Kathy, Graham,all of them!!What I don't like or understand is people who show up or phone in their orders and are rude and hateful to anyone in this great group of people. Patients should remember that the person on the other end of their anger or frustration is a decent human being just doing their job and HELPING you while you are not being kind.These wonderful people are our pharmacist and dispense our medication. Would you treat the person who puts your pills in bottles the way some of you have treated these kind hearted working children of God?Treat others as you would like to be treated. Horrible place to shop, You can preorder they will tell you they have it in their hand to reinsure you only to show up at the time you said and they've sold it out from under you this has happened to me twice, not to mention all the other problems these cats have gave in me in the past so much I'd rather suffer then be treated like trash... Btw Eagles you get one star because it's required...read more

Don’t waste your time! Still high prices. Make you wait for hours even with a call ahead. Staff is possibly the worst I’ve ever dealt with. This place cares about its profits and nothing more. And anybody that says different has not been in proper dispensary’s.read more

I absolutely love the bud that comes thru here. Friendly and knowledgeable service with anyone I've interacted with. Now there are two issues. 1.) Pricing. The pricing is high for sure, but its also something I understand is hard for the owner to keep down due to the horrible market system the state put in place. 2.) The phones. I love these guys dearly, but It takes me 45 min of continuously calling and calling before I receive an answer and its still takes a long time when I get there. I don't know if its because of how long the process is for checkout due to state law, or what because 40min for 1 item is a little on the crazy side. Much love to them all though.read more

I’ve had several issues. 1) Calling ahead does not help. They place you behind anyone that has been waiting in lot. What’s the purpose of calling ahead when they have separate check in/ check out lines as well? 2) Prices are high. Say $40 average for 2day supply which really is a 1day supply, that equals $280 a week for your medical needs. That’s insane! 3) They should back the prices that they post on FB and Web page. Even if it is a mistake, it is their mistake. What I read when I am ordering is what I expect to pay. 4) Most staff are friendly and helpful but there are a few that could careless about the customer. They need to be aware that the customers are how the place makes a profit to be able to pay the staff. Please do better training. 4) Do not sell dry, picked last year bud. Just don’t.read more
