Medical cannabis dispensaries in Dayton are not currently open as the Ohio Medical Marijuana program is off to a slow start. We will continue to update the site as MMJ doctors and Dayton dispensaries begin to open. When dispensaries in Dayton open they will dispense an assortment of THC & CBD products. The Ohio Board of Pharmacy recommended 40 dispensaries open in the 88 counties in Ohio. Operating rules must be finalizing by September 2017; medical marijuana is expected to be available to patients by September 2018.

Medical marijuana patients or caregivers in Dayton who are registered and operating within the established Ohio laws will not be criminally penalized for their status or for possessing medical marijuana or paraphernalia. Based purely on their registered status with the State Board of Pharmacy, patients and caregivers may not be denied custody rights, health insurance, driver’s license suspension, or denied housing. Medical marijuana Patients or caregivers in Dayton may possess no more than a ninety-day supply of medical marijuana, yet to be determined, supplied by an Ohio Medical Marijuana Dispensary.
