COLUMBUS – A Columbus man was arrested for multiple drug charges, after he called cops about someone burglarizing his home, says an affidavit.
Bryan Clemo, 33, is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday, for a felony controlled substance charge, to which he pled guilty. Clemo was arrested back August, after calling cops about someone burglarizing his residence, says court records.
During the burglary investigation, Clemo showed an officer through his residence, where police found several forms of a controlled substance, says an affidavit.
The charge Clemo pled guilty to, is a class 4 felony.

COLUMBUS, Neb. – A Columbus man who called police after his house was broken into, was arrested after police found THC products inside his home.
33-year-old Bryan Clemo is charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance after Columbus Police found THC wax and THC edibles inside his home, according to records.
According to court documents on August 26th, Clemo arrived at his home and realized he was being robbed. Clemo called police and gave them the description of the suspect.
The records say he told police nothing appeared to be missing, but later said he could not locate $440.
Police say they later found the burglary suspect, which Clemo confirmed, and found $440 and and a box containing brown THC wax on the suspect.
The afidavit says when the police arrived at Clemo’s home they smelled burnt marijuana and saw drug paraphernalia and marijuana stems on the coffee table. The officer says he also saw a jar that appeared to have the same THX wax that was found on the burglary suspect.
Clemo confirmed the jar was his and that THC wax was inside, he was then arrested according to the documents.
