Lol the prices are funny. I will never pay the amount their asking now. I'm amazed how something for 20$ went to 40$ plus tax. No deals anymore so what's the point? I guess I'll go elsewhere because these prices are ridiculous. 28$ for stuff that was also cheaper. No thanks. Same price for both medical and rec. Was disappointed when they just want cash or an app but the prices are unreal.

I was picking up an order with one of my friends she doesn’t smoke and just came in with me so I wasn’t by myself. She didn’t have her ID because she wasn’t picking up an order and I was. It was my first time in here. The way this one worker yelled at her in front of many people “you don’t have your ID? You can go wait in the car and bring it next time bye”. The other workers were very polite but I’m surprised this place hired a girl like her. Will not be doing business here any more.

This is one of the closest dispensaries to my house whereas I used to have to drive at least 30 minutes out of the way to visit the closest dispo even though I live in Westerville. I was so happy when this location opened and was even happier once I started following their sales and started planning ahead to use the sales to my advantage. They have different sales based off of whichever brand they’re highlighting at the time. Their weekly sales calendar comes out each Monday but you can receive it sooner in your email if you sign up for their updates on their website. Sometimes sales are for just one day, sometimes for multiple days, some specific products are on sale for the whole duration of the week or until those products sell out. I have been able to find those weekly spotlighted products available on a Saturday so they must try to stock up on those ahead of time instead of just having a few in stock for the weekly deal. In my honest opinion most product in our medical market is hella overpriced for what you’re getting so shopping sales is really the only way to buy. Just because you can spend $100-$300 ON A HALF OUNCE doesn’t mean you should be. F any company willing to sell their product at a price point like that. Okay, getting back on topic, this location has a drive thru for you to pickup your order without having to go inside if you’ve placed an online order ahead of time. You can shop in store on their tablets and place your order that way (this is good to do if you have questions about products) or you can place them through their website for pickup in the store or the drive thru window. Their online ordering system lets you select pickup times in 15 minute increments. They’re open later than other dispensaries in the area and they carry more product than the other ones at the moment too. Their employees are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Ask anyone questions and they’ll help you the best they can or get you someone who may be able to assist you. One of the front desk guys asked if I wanted a printed out and laminated version of my card so I didn’t have to pull up my online medical card. He had it done in just a few minutes and it has helped get me checked in and through the sale process quicker and more smoothly. Amplify also has a rewards system so be sure you’re paying attention to the points you accrue because you can redeem those points on different non cannabis products. (I updated this with the current redeemable items as of 4/5/24). Some items I noticed were vape batteries, grinders, dry herb vapes, dabbing accessories and even a little glass on-the-go bubbler that fits a cart. Budtender said he likes that last product a lot. Lots of parking out front and to the side of the building. There’s handicap parking spots and a ramp up to the sidewalk. Door swings outward and checkin desk is straight through the doors. There are double doors to get back to the sales floor and they have enough area for a wheelchair if needed and plenty of seating is provided in the waiting areas.

The only thing that could be better is the level of friendliness from the workers. I usually feel like I'm bothering them or they'd rather I wasn't there but that might be a me thing. Afterall I'm there for anxiety and depression 😂

They always are so unbelievably kind, extremely supportive and patient. You can tell their staff truly cares! I had over 3 staff members help me tonight with extremely helpful advice and knowledge. Can't see a thing, especially if you're not in an SUV.Amplify has great people, and great pricing on flower. Friendly and highly competent staff. My wife (I'm her licensed caregiver) was served very well. They were patient and kind in walking us through something that is very new to us. They were happy to print out our official licenses.We left feeling very confident that we had been directed to the correct medications for her. They sent us with information and options to explore if any of the recommendations were not right for her. We both feel very good about having Amplify in our corner. We are navigating a complicated diagnosis, so gaining allies, like we did, is huge.Thank you to ALL the staff.

Same as all the other garbage Columbus dispensaries except their website here at amplify is actually a little worse than the average disp website. Theirs constantly doesn’t work and the whole Ui Just feels cramped and annoying to navigate. Besides the terrible website, amplify always has about 10 more people working than what would appear to be necessary. It’s super frustrating to wait excessive amounts of time to buy extremely overpriced weed while 5-10 employees stand around/ mill around and look at you. I wish they had self checkout, then maybe I wouldn’t have to spend an eternity at the dispensary for what should only take a few minutes. They need to make one line to serve the people that don’t place a preorder and want to ask the employees what they think they are going to like as if the employees have any clue LMAO. Use the drive thru to avoid waiting around inside and being stared at by all the unnecessary employees they have on staff. Last thought: maybe you can get rid of some of the extra employees and lower the sky high prices on the “medicine”

We coincidentally visited another local dispensary the day before, and the experience was so unpleasantly perplexing and inhuman, that we were a little anxious about trying another. Cannot express enough the difference our visit to Amplify made! Immediately helpful, communicative, and friendly the moment we walked in. The lobby is inviting and the people at the front desk all acknowledged us and made eye contact, even if they were in the middle of finishing up another task.They realistically kept us updated on where they were in the process of setting up our new customer profiles and how our pre-order package was coming along. It was busy, but it all flowed smoothly and quickly and we were only there for maybe 7-8 minutes total (even though we were new and had extra stuff to fill out!) They were almost apologizing for it taking longer than usual, but to be honest, everything went quickly as they processed the line of people so efficiently.We left the other dispensary feeling so let down, that I almost wanted to hug the folks at Amplify hahaha. They made us feel like family and like we are welcome anytime. They really should consider hosting some workshops or interactive events to leverage that sense of community.One thing that was cool to learn about them, is you can do walk-in orders on any of the tablets around the dispensary, and there is always someone on staff available to help with recommendations if needed. The other dispensary says they have a pharmacist, but one is rarely present, and the two times I have actually seen one there, they were sort of hiding in the corner and aloofly staring into space and not engaging. So, yeah, when the patient edu person at Amplify acknowledged us and let us know they were there to help as we walked in, that made us feel pretty comfortable to ask questions anytime we might have them.Highly highly recommended 🤙

I dont normally review places, but this place deserves one.One night, a gas leak had broke and everyone had to evacuate. When that happened, I was about to pay for my stuff and head out. it was 30 minutes before they closed when everything was safe and things were good to go in. They managed to get me my stuff that night. Great staff, very friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Prices are pretty good too, as the one I went to before this one had the prices set for maybe 20 bucks more.

Can't see a thing, especially if you're not in an SUV.Amplify has great people, and great pricing on flower. I absolutely love shopping at this location and the deals they have are always amazing!!! I come here about once a week and the staff is always friendly. There points program is very nice and the new Spendr app they use is very convenient.The only negative comment I have is the inconvenience of the card readers not working, so you always have to get cash. It's been this way for a couple of months.

Friendly and highly competent staff. My wife (I'm her licensed caregiver) was served very well. They were patient and kind in walking us through something that is very new to us. They were happy to print out our official licenses.We left feeling very confident that we had been directed to the correct medications for her. They sent us with information and options to explore if any of the recommendations were not right for her. We both feel very good about having Amplify in our corner. We are navigating a complicated diagnosis, so gaining allies, like we did, is huge.Thank you to ALL the staff.

Same as all the other garbage Columbus dispensaries except their website here at amplify is actually a little worse than the average disp website. Theirs constantly doesn’t work and the whole Ui Just feels cramped and annoying to navigate. Besides the terrible website, amplify always has about 10 more people working than what would appear to be necessary. It’s super frustrating to wait excessive amounts of time to buy extremely overpriced weed while 5-10 employees stand around/ mill around and look at you. I wish they had self checkout, then maybe I wouldn’t have to spend an eternity at the dispensary for what should only take a few minutes. They need to make one line to serve the people that don’t place a preorder and want to ask the employees what they think they are going to like as if the employees have any clue LMAO. Use the drive thru to avoid waiting around inside and being stared at by all the unnecessary employees they have on staff. Last thought: maybe you can get rid of some of the extra employees and lower the sky high prices on the “medicine”

We coincidentally visited another local dispensary the day before, and the experience was so unpleasantly perplexing and inhuman, that we were a little anxious about trying another. Cannot express enough the difference our visit to Amplify made! Immediately helpful, communicative, and friendly the moment we walked in. The lobby is inviting and the people at the front desk all acknowledged us and made eye contact, even if they were in the middle of finishing up another task.They realistically kept us updated on where they were in the process of setting up our new customer profiles and how our pre-order package was coming along. It was busy, but it all flowed smoothly and quickly and we were only there for maybe 7-8 minutes total (even though we were new and had extra stuff to fill out!) They were almost apologizing for it taking longer than usual, but to be honest, everything went quickly as they processed the line of people so efficiently.We left the other dispensary feeling so let down, that I almost wanted to hug the folks at Amplify hahaha. They made us feel like family and like we are welcome anytime. They really should consider hosting some workshops or interactive events to leverage that sense of community.One thing that was cool to learn about them, is you can do walk-in orders on any of the tablets around the dispensary, and there is always someone on staff available to help with recommendations if needed. The other dispensary says they have a pharmacist, but one is rarely present, and the two times I have actually seen one there, they were sort of hiding in the corner and aloofly staring into space and not engaging. So, yeah, when the patient edu person at Amplify acknowledged us and let us know they were there to help as we walked in, that made us feel pretty comfortable to ask questions anytime we might have them.Highly highly recommended 🤙

I dont normally review places, but this place deserves one.One night, a gas leak had broke and everyone had to evacuate. When that happened, I was about to pay for my stuff and head out. it was 30 minutes before they closed when everything was safe and things were good to go in. They managed to get me my stuff that night. Great staff, very friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Prices are pretty good too, as the one I went to before this one had the prices set for maybe 20 bucks more.
