I was pretty excited to go here for my first time but what a mess and what a sour experience! I went in when I was called back and showed the red headed girl pictures of what I wanted. She got them and asked “Just these two things today?” And I said “That’s all.” And she rang me up and sent me on my way. I get down the road and open one of them to find out she gave me something totally different than I showed her. I went back and spoke to the security guard who then spoke with the manager who came out the door at me saying “Yep we looked at the footage and you gave a verbal agreement so sorry can’t really help you unless you want to purchase something else.” Which instantly went right through me! I didn’t give a verbal agreement to the products I gave a verbal agreement that yes that was all that I wanted. The red head DID NOT go over that receipt with me. But I told her “Well whatever I’ll just pay MORE money for what I originally asked for even though it wasn’t my fault because I showed the girl what I wanted.” The manager said to go to the car and get the wrong product and she would do a one time return/exchange and I said “Great because I won’t be back after this.” So I go out and get it and go back in. She pulls out the wrong item which she was made aware of by the security guard that I had opened it and says “I didn’t know you opened this.” With a disgusted look on her face like I’m absolutely foul. And I said “Yes I said that already.” And she says “We don’t take back opened packages even if it is wrong so I’m not sure what to tell you.” Even though she was told by the security guard that I had opened it and then she told me to go get it and she’d do a one time return/exchange. She lied! So I had to spend more money to get what I really wanted and I showed her AND the red head what I showed the first time and the red head says “Oh….I wasn’t looking at that one. I must have looked at the one at the bottom.” And I told her it was the top two the first time I went in. So she completely confessed that SHE screwed up but that didn’t matter. I got the right product and a free battery that the manager threw in but acted like it was such an issue. When other reviews say this manager here is incompetent….believe it! She is and she will hear not one word of what you have to say and she will make you out to be a liar and make sure you feel like absolute crap even though it was her employees mess up. If you go here don’t go to the red head! Go to somebody who knows what they’re doing. I talked to someone who goes here too about it and they even said the red head is not helpful and has answered their questions with “Oh I don’t know but one of the guys might know they’re good.” If you don’t know your job you don’t need to be doing it. You all are ridiculous! Way to ruin somebody’s first experience. I don’t know who is over this place but I will be finding out! And you don’t come out to the waiting room in front of other guests discussing these issues. You do it in private with the customer who brought the issue to your attention. I’m sure that’s a violation anyways since they deal with medical. It’s Ohio though so terrible personalities and incompetency is what I should have expected going in.

I’ve shopped at this store for roughly 3 years now. The majority of the staff are great whoever runs this store is incompetent. There has been multiple occasions where they only “accept” online customers and repeatedly the only alert to that is when you show up to the store. I just arrived 4 hours before close for the memorial day sale, the parking lot was only half full, and was told they were only accepting online customers today due to them being busy and again still nothing online. This is unacceptable and if it wasn’t for the staff being as great as they are and the next store being an hour away, I would never shop here

As a new patient you always have to fill out a form. Theirs was very quick and simple to follow. Took like 2 minutes to fill out. In that time they had printed me a copy of my medical card and made it look nice. I placed an order online prior in the day and they had it ready to go. I was in and out in about 10 minutes or less. Witnessed a disabled veteran being berated in the entry way by security and manager. The staff lied about their knowledge of ADA which was proven multiple times by the veteran. The security guard is the most unprofessional I've ever seen, more like a baby with a toy gun. Was he really going to shoot a unarmed disabled veteran in front of us. He seemed absolutely unhinged and he was the one with the gun supposed to be in control. I will never return because I would like to go home afterwards. You all should be ashamed.

If you're a disabled veteran like me then go to Jackson, Ohio or Logan, Ohio. This is the worst Ohio has to offer. The reviews are high because the options are low in the area. I've been to numerous and this is the only dispensary I will never return to. I was pretty excited to go here for my first time but what a mess and what a sour experience! I went in when I was called back and showed the red headed girl pictures of what I wanted. She got them and asked “Just these two things today?” And I said “That’s all.” And she rang me up and sent me on my way. I get down the road and open one of them to find out she gave me something totally different than I showed her. I went back and spoke to the security guard who then spoke with the manager who came out the door at me saying “Yep we looked at the footage and you gave a verbal agreement so sorry can’t really help you unless you want to purchase something else.” Which instantly went right through me! I didn’t give a verbal agreement to the products I gave a verbal agreement that yes that was all that I wanted. The red head DID NOT go over that receipt with me. But I told her “Well whatever I’ll just pay MORE money for what I originally asked for even though it wasn’t my fault because I showed the girl what I wanted.” The manager said to go to the car and get the wrong product and she would do a one time return/exchange and I said “Great because I won’t be back after this.” So I go out and get it and go back in. She pulls out the wrong item which she was made aware of by the security guard that I had opened it and says “I didn’t know you opened this.” With a disgusted look on her face like I’m absolutely foul. And I said “Yes I said that already.” And she says “We don’t take back opened packages even if it is wrong so I’m not sure what to tell you.” Even though she was told by the security guard that I had opened it and then she told me to go get it and she’d do a one time return/exchange. She lied! So I had to spend more money to get what I really wanted and I showed her AND the red head what I showed the first time and the red head says “Oh….I wasn’t looking at that one. I must have looked at the one at the bottom.” And I told her it was the top two the first time I went in. So she completely confessed that SHE screwed up but that didn’t matter. I got the right product and a free battery that the manager threw in but acted like it was such an issue. When other reviews say this manager here is incompetent….believe it! She is and she will hear not one word of what you have to say and she will make you out to be a liar and make sure you feel like absolute crap even though it was her employees mess up. If you go here don’t go to the red head! Go to somebody who knows what they’re doing. I talked to someone who goes here too about it and they even said the red head is not helpful and has answered their questions with “Oh I don’t know but one of the guys might know they’re good.” If you don’t know your job you don’t need to be doing it. You all are ridiculous! Way to ruin somebody’s first experience. I don’t know who is over this place but I will be finding out! And you don’t come out to the waiting room in front of other guests discussing these issues. You do it in private with the customer who brought the issue to your attention. I’m sure that’s a violation anyways since they deal with medical. It’s Ohio though so terrible personalities and incompetency is what I should have expected going in.

I’ve shopped at this store for roughly 3 years now. The majority of the staff are great whoever runs this store is incompetent. There has been multiple occasions where they only “accept” online customers and repeatedly the only alert to that is when you show up to the store. I just arrived 4 hours before close for the memorial day sale, the parking lot was only half full, and was told they were only accepting online customers today due to them being busy and again still nothing online. This is unacceptable and if it wasn’t for the staff being as great as they are and the next store being an hour away, I would never shop here

As a new patient you always have to fill out a form. Theirs was very quick and simple to follow. Took like 2 minutes to fill out. In that time they had printed me a copy of my medical card and made it look nice. I placed an order online prior in the day and they had it ready to go. I was in and out in about 10 minutes or less. Witnessed a disabled veteran being berated in the entry way by security and manager. The staff lied about their knowledge of ADA which was proven multiple times by the veteran. The security guard is the most unprofessional I've ever seen, more like a baby with a toy gun. Was he really going to shoot a unarmed disabled veteran in front of us. He seemed absolutely unhinged and he was the one with the gun supposed to be in control. I will never return because I would like to go home afterwards. You all should be ashamed.

I've been to numerous and this is the only dispensary I will never return to.
