They use these cashless atm's for a credit card reader and it DEMANDS that you have a pin. Credit Cards? Forget about it. Debit Cards? Better have that pin setup. The girl behind the counter with the ring in her lip gave lip service about how this is standard and what not and no. It's not at all.Bring Cash or Better Luck Next Time because they do not have standard readers that the rest of America seems to use.Update: Since I have read up on laws I fully understand my error and have created a debit card for this use. In regards to the lady though, definitely 2/5 personality.

Prices are ridiculous not that I care since I wasn't buying anything. 150+ dollars for garbage that was realistically worth no more than 40 dollars American on a good day. I can't believe how dumb this society is. Paying those prices for stuff that is basically worthless. Only went in there with a friend while they made their purchase and they had to scan my i.d. card at the door.. definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless you want to end up on some kind of list. Bunch of weirdos with their fake unkown chemical filled garbage.

I like the dispensary itself better than some of the other ones. The Donny Burger strain was excellent, and theirs has a higher TCH count than a different dispensary here. Just waiting for the prices to come down, Ohio could have followed Michigan blue print for recreational use

Thought I would take a moment to share my experiences and recognize some of the staff at the Wickliffe Botanist. I visited the store tonight and as is always the case, everyone there is so friendly, patient and very helpful. Tonight on duty was Noah to help me as well as Tyra and Octavian. I reminded Octavian of my first visit to the dispensary and how he was so patient and took so much time with me to explain everything it was Christmas Eve and he was the most patient person. We got a good chuckle out of it tonight. I have never been disappointed in any of their recommendations and I seek their advice most times I visit. Truly, I believe it’s representative of the marijuana culture, everyone, customers, staff, everyone is kind, courteous, friendly and willing to help. We are all just chill!! I placed an order for amongst other items, a Luster cartridge battery. I called to ask if I could bring my cartridge in and Marina told me that it was against policy, but assured me that it would fit my Butterfly Effect Luster cartridge. Yeah!Then, while I was checking out, I asked about the difference between Luster and Luster Pro and Christina explained the difference and I decided to return the Luster batteries for the Luster Pro batteries. Would be 5 stars but security decided to flex their control with parking situation. Made me move my car 5 feet to a spot that had somebody double parked, whatever, valid. Then they hit me with “we could just refuse you service” for voicing frustration. For a place that works with a clientele that is often in pain, you would hope for more patience. There is always an issue in some type of way. From the vibe being totally lame uptight and off nothing seems fun and easy. Not really any good deals either . Bloom is better and INSA is incredible from the vibe to the people everything. You should be able to us a picture of ID AND LICENSE it literally works anywhere else you go. Literally the last place I would come unless in dire need especially for first timers.

Big shoutout to Jake and Jimmy for taking the time to double check their stock and for never once making me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Terrible experience and extremely rude staff. Never will I shop at any of these stores. Refused to get my order because I was 5 minutes past the time they accept new patients. Even though there were customers in the store and it was still open for another 25 mins. I assumed it must be a long process or paperwork so when I asked was that the case I was smugly told no by an older portly bald man. He clearly did not want to work anymore that day and I was told to leave. The other patient in the store looked mortified and needless to stay I will stick with my usual dispensary even if I’m out of the way. This place isn’t worth it.

I want to leave a more positive review but location location location. The parking for this facility is pretty much nonexistent you only have about five parking spaces all the rest of the spaces in the lot are for other businesses and you are not allowed to park in them. Today was the second time I was unable to park anywhere in or around the area to obtain what I needed from the Botanist. To me the parking in this facility is a major problem it’s going to be hard to accommodate parking for this facility and share the parking lot with a café and a tax office who apparently don’t want you parking in their spots.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It was really windy when I got there and when I got out the car, the wind hit my purse just right and somehow blew all my cash out. I dropped to the ground quickly trying to prevent my cash from blowing away. The employees must of seen me go down, I was behind an open car door, and came out quickly to make sure I was ok. Once they found out what was going on, they started trying to help me recover my cash that was blowing around the parking lot. We got every dollar back. They definitely went above and beyond.

A truly exceptional store by any standards not just when measured against other dispensaries. The way they manage the flow of people through the store maintaining 6Ft. distance for everyone is above and beyond any other store I've been to. They always are watching out for you, if someone gets too close to someone else they tell them to move so you don't have to be the bad guy. Everyones wearing a mask, everyone is always standing on the x, and there is sanitizer everywhere you look.Like any Ohio dispensary they have little control over the pricing or availability of product, you get what the farms are putting out. But every aspect of the experience that the store does have control over is 5 star quality. The menu layout on the website, the online ordering process, the in store experience, the customer service, all top notch and so far beyond any other store I've been to in the Cleveland area.

I drove from Madison/Geneva. This place is the best of the best. Even my trips to Colorado didn't Compare to The Botanist in Wickliffe. I feel very comfortable having Armed Employees escort me to the back of the store. They are kind and understanding. The guy and lady up front are awesome. The cashier in the back is very nice. I will make a point to come back here vs the one I used before in Painsville. The Botanist has the best prices I've seen. Oh and let's not forget the Cool Bamboo Pen they give to all patients. ‘Quicker than a visit to Cleveland Clinic.’ ~My SonHaving utilized Medical Marijuana, living in California; my initial thoughts were negative. (A lot of negativity with chronic health issues.). After seeing an OH qualified MD, pay the $50 state fee and off to The Botanist, Wickliffe location.The whole experience is quite pleasant. All the staff, are very helpful, professional, educated, thorough and quick. As the Ohio, just recently approved, dispensary openings; be patient. I urge you to be patient. As one who prefers concentrate and edibles over flower (bud); controlling a plethora of health issues is paramount. The Botanist provides an excellent teaching guide; more than an informational pamphlet. I’ve attached photos. I visited the store tonight and as is always the case, everyone there is so friendly, patient and very helpful. Tonight on duty was Noah to help me as well as Tyra and Octavian. I reminded Octavian of my first visit to the dispensary and how he was so patient and took so much time with me to explain everything it was Christmas Eve and he was the most patient person. The parking for this facility is pretty much nonexistent you only have about five parking spaces all the rest of the spaces in the lot are for other businesses and you are not allowed to park in them. The way they manage the flow of people through the store maintaining 6Ft. distance for everyone is above and beyond any other store I've been to. Also they are now consistently carrying the largest selection of products in Northeast Ohio!!Also...about COVID. The Botanist has been exceptional at providing a safe and comfortable experience in their dispensaries.Staff - Botanist staffs the best in Ohio, hands down. I drove from Madison/Geneva. This place is the best of the best. Even my trips to Colorado didn't Compare to The Botanist in Wickliffe. I feel very comfortable having Armed Employees escort me to the back of the store. They are kind and understanding. The guy and lady up front are awesome. The cashier in the back is very nice. I will make a point to come back here vs the one I used before in Painsville. The Botanist has the best prices I've seen. Oh and let's not forget the Cool Bamboo Pen they give to all patients. Very good job guys. Keep up the great work. I felt like a person and not just another Number. I LOVE THE BOTANIST!!!!!

I had Nikki as my budtender. She was absolutely outstanding. Very polite and courteous. I also felt like I was under the care of someone who really knew the industry very well inside and out, unlike another dispensary whose budtender did not know who Jack Herer was. Perfect bedside manor type of person. The place itself looked immaculate on the inside as a whole. I came in today as a new patient and can definitely see myself coming back.

‘Quicker than a visit to Cleveland Clinic.’ ~My SonHaving utilized Medical Marijuana, living in California; my initial thoughts were negative. (A lot of negativity with chronic health issues.). After seeing an OH qualified MD, pay the $50 state fee and off to The Botanist, Wickliffe location.The whole experience is quite pleasant. All the staff, are very helpful, professional, educated, thorough and quick. As the Ohio, just recently approved, dispensary openings; be patient. I urge you to be patient. As one who prefers concentrate and edibles over flower (bud); controlling a plethora of health issues is paramount. The Botanist provides an excellent teaching guide; more than an informational pamphlet. I’ve attached photos. The Botanist educates from strains, terpenes, THC vs CBD, Cannabinoids etc. All other approved states should be mandated to provide. This guide is similar to a brief drug summary; attached to any prescription. If I’d had this knowledge, in California; my first dose would have been much different. I just sampled the 92 cookies. (On Leafly, considered close to Girl Scout Cookies.) My medicine is so tightly sealed; makes pharmacy packaging look like a busted garbage bag.The product is fresh. Pain level is minimal. I feel very creative and calm. My body feel tingly, in a good way. I also feel very focused and the desire to be productive. I don’t have hunger pains, red eyes. I feel good. Positive. 92 cookies is a Sativa, 15.02% THC. Not everyone experiences a “High” on Sativas. Personally, I am not impaired. Now, if I’d increased my dose; impaired.Michael explained an approximate timeframe, of Mid April, The Botanist will provide the following:Online menuArrival of concentrates and edibles A third location; in Cleveland Additional strains, and much much more.Newbies, I use 2 apps; Leafly and Weedmaps.
