1st time there was alright. I placed an order a week or 2 later and was told there was a pmp error on their system, meaning, they created more than one profile.They didn't try to help resolve the issue by contacting Ohio Pharmacy , only made it seem as if they had no idea how it happened. Too many staff bunched all up together talking and not working. No manager explained anything and this error disabled me from being able to purchase at any dispensary in Ohio! For a week I waited for a email reply from the state to fix the problem.

Every time I go in here there's always issues rude staff. There's been more than a few times I have been put on hold for more than an hour, drove to the place and then all be talking in the front and the back. No one's by the phones. Half the time you go there. The staff here will not treat you good me my sister, my dad and my grandpa all used to go here. All of us don't because we all have our own bad experiences here

I just don't feel like that's very professional. And it makes me feel unsafe, and like my private information can be leaked at anytime. Amazing place and staff! Went for the first time today and worked with Matthew. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly. He was in no rush at all explaining different products and what they do. As well as tips for getting the most out of each product. The majority of my purchase today was all his recommendations. Even the guys in the front lobby were so professional and was into educating as well. The owner of this company should be very proud of the staff here. They made my experience worth the drive.

I ventured out to the Cleveland location for the first time and was honestly pretty clueless about the entire process upon entering. The staff at the front desk were kind, and welcoming which automatically set the tone for my experience. Once in the back, Zach was incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgeable and overall terrific with helping me understand the product I was interested in purchasing. He answered all my questions and educated me along the way which enhanced my experience overall. I am so appreciative that he took the time to explain everything to me and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. I had an idea what I wanted but Zach helped me by really narrowing it down. This location is beautiful and clean as well which made me feel comfortable for a first timer. I will absolutely be returning to this location to work with Zach and the entire staff!

I mostly go for their exclusively sold products, but haven't gotten anything from this location that I dislike! Aesthetically, it is the best looking dispensary around. The ability to order online on top of preording via the phone is convenient. Zach always provides excellent customer service, very conversational. The customer service at the front door could stand to improve by at least 70%. It seems like you don't get good service until after they take you back. All in all, I went with 4 stars because they could do better but seemingly choose not to.

Coupled with the most help and amazing staff. Excellent deals and affordable prices. I can’t say if there is a place we go after this called or resembling heaven… but I imagine if there is they STILL have a Botanist on every corner.Now EVERYDAY is 4:20 + Bicycle Day + my birthday….ALL INTO ONE!I feel I’d be doing you an injustice if I didn’t let u know in addition to the ‘Botanists I’ve been to several dispensaries. So I will tell u Botanists is the best all around overall experience for a staff that’s friendly, above and beyond for being knowledgeable and competitive with pricing.

This was the first time I have ever been to a dispensary and had a great experience! The team working were very knowledgeable and helps me find the things I needed. I spoke with Zach mostly, and he helped me pick out a topical cream, he personally uses. It had helps so much the last couple evening with my back pain. I am such a noob with it comes to these things and Zach helped explain things without making me feel stupid for asking. The whole aesthetic for the building is beautiful! They have a daily menu that you can check out before your visit and it was very easy to use. I highly recommend this location in Cleveland and will be back next time I am in town.

He makes sure to check my order, show it to me, and share a laugh. Love the deals here, especially 20% off 5 products. Always something good going and kind people. Online ordering is a nice feature but caregivers can have a hard time so plan to go with them on their first time.

When I got my card, I really had no idea what to expect and had very little knowledge about medical options and dosing. A friend of mine who also has had her card for a while came with me.The location is convenient, there is great security, the guys in the front checking you in are kind, cool, informative and professional. Class act.First of all the place is beautiful, soothing, and welcoming, taking away any intimidation from you upon entering. We were lucky to have been met with Marina, who spent tons of time with us, we may have been in there for over two hours together learning what was best for us for our conditions and the characteristic tendencies we have that particular medical cannabis can work well with and why. She gave us a thorough education in understanding the methodology, chemistry, and science of all of our options working with us both with care, a superior level of knowledge and professionalism of the therapeutics. I am hugely grateful to her, a huge fan and look forward to seeing her each visit. My friend learned more from Marina that afternoon than she had over the many months spent trying to figure it out on her own with little help from other places.I never feel rushed, questions always welcomed and answered and I find the staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only is this the best dispensary in Cleveland but it's one of the best ones I've ever been to in any state.Their menu is 100% on point, organized and very informative. The stock is always great too! Very large menu of choices, options and price points. They run weekly specials and have daily discounts depending on how much your spending. The more you spend, the more you save!The people that work here are awesome from Danny the manager to their pharmacist on duty and the friendly bud tenders. They will go above and beyond for you. They will take their time with you and not make you feel rushed. They will genuinely treat you like a patient.Thank you so much for always a great experience and customer service.Also don't let the address of this place scare you off. It's very easy to find and in a safe and secure area right outside of downtown with easy parking plus handicap parking in front of the door. It's in an old industrial neighborhood and next to an Italian foods wholesale company. You will be safe to go alone.

They are constantly out of stock of the items on their menu as well as common strains. I got some orders home and the flower turned to dust (Not Fresh). I was suggested some strains for the giggles and headband effect which were from her own opinion. I looked them up and the facts made a fool of the assistant. Too pricey and they only gave me a partial discount on my Military Discount. GO TO BLOOM in Painesville instead.

Hands down this is the best medicinal pharmacy in Cuyahoga County. Their selection is always of greater variety than the other pharmacies that I have checked out. It is the only one I go to. The employees are completely awesome and informative. Although I am bad at names, two that I remember are David and Danny- who are both very knowledgable. The other day I was stuck needing specific medical advice; and David's insight ended up greatly impacting my over all health (anxiety, energy and sleep) -co-currently the past two days (positively). Everyone of them that have assisted me have put forth effort into explaining in depth the different cannabinoids and which ones' are best for my health issues. I recommend this pharmacy to all clients who have financial issues as well. Their prices are very reasonable and if you get the card you know this ain't cheap! lol

First time here today and wow, what a great place. Tucked away safely downtown, this is the best dispensary in Cleveland hands down. Everyone was super nice and professional. Everyone was wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer out, all protocols were being followed. I worry going anywhere these days since I'm at risk, but as soon as I stepped in the door I felt extremely comfortable. First time registration is a breeze. It's beautiful inside. Enjoy your visit!!!Dispensary-wise I can say the Botanist is one of the top performers in Ohio. Below I will give a breakdown including why I couldn't give it 5 stars.Pros: Great menu selection and general availability of product variety. Exceptionally large vape/concentrate selection. VERY friendly staff and efficient in managing patient flow. They have also been excellent during the Covid crisis implementing standards to ensure out safety including mandatory curbside pickup at locations where it is feasible.Cons: Price. For the most part Botanist is competitive but they are slightly to the higher side. Because I have to drive at least 30 minutes to any dispensary I regularly study menus and prices really can vary on identical items. Their concentrate prices are the most inflated.Parking: Due to the area being less than ideal for the location (it's fine, just not great) it can be a little overwhelming to go in - although the curbside pickup has helped.So that's why I can't give 5 stars but I highly recommend Botanist!

You can ask a million questions cuz they have a million and one answers. I've been to other dispensaries I know how they all work but this one by far as top notch. Their prices, they have sales and their variety is so big of everything! Stuff I didn't even know existed in Ohio! Really, I am more than thankful that they opened this place up. No one is hanging out on the outside because they're building a spacious enough to accommodate. Thank the stars for Cleveland botanist location. Dispensary-wise I can say the Botanist is one of the top performers in Ohio. Below I will give a breakdown including why I couldn't give it 5 stars.Pros: Great menu selection and general availability of product variety. Exceptionally large vape/concentrate selection. VERY friendly staff and efficient in managing patient flow. They have also been excellent during the Covid crisis implementing standards to ensure out safety including mandatory curbside pickup at locations where it is feasible.Cons: Price. For the most part Botanist is competitive but they are slightly to the higher side. Because I have to drive at least 30 minutes to any dispensary I regularly study menus and prices really can vary on identical items. Their concentrate prices are the most inflated. Parking: Due to the area being less than ideal for the location (it's fine, just not great) it can be a little overwhelming to go in - although the curbside pickup has helped.So that's why I can't give 5 stars but I highly recommend Botanist!

I chose this dispensary randomly as it was the closest to hone. I'm usually rewarded if I don't second guess myself and that was true again in this case. The Botonist is a beautiful place with a very friendly staff. Professional, quick, and beautiful. The exterior of the building is nondescript in-line with the surrounding neighborhood. Once inside the external lobby is also nondescript but nice. Once inside, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a nice selection with offerings that change daily.

The location is great, just outside the downtown area, this is a close as you can get to public square while still having a place to park right outside. The Botanist has some of the best deals out of any dispensary in the Cleveland area. They usually have one grower on sale each week. The staff here is accommodating and super knowledgeable of their products. They are constantly out of stock of the items on their menu as well as common strains. I got some orders home and the flower turned to dust (Not Fresh). I was suggested some strains for the giggles and headband effect which were from her own opinion. I looked them up and the facts made a fool of the assistant. Too pricey and they only gave me a partial discount on my Military Discount. GO TO BLOOM in Painesville instead.

Get here well before closing got there today at 6:55. Some new guy in the front with grey hair is like were closed yet I see customers in there. Website says closing time is 7:00. I made it in time the day before thanksgiving. I was a regular customer I expect to be treated better. Everybody else is cool.

Hands down this is the best medicinal pharmacy in Cuyahoga County. Their selection is always of greater variety than the other pharmacies that I have checked out. It is the only one I go to. The employees are completely awesome and informative. Although I am bad at names, two that I remember are David and Danny- who are both very knowledgable. The other day I was stuck needing specific medical advice; and David's insight ended up greatly impacting my over all health (anxiety, energy and sleep) -co-currently the past two days (positively). Everyone of them that have assisted me have put forth effort into explaining in depth the different cannabinoids and which ones' are best for my health issues. I recommend this pharmacy to all clients who have financial issues as well. Their prices are very reasonable and if you get the card you know this ain't cheap! lol

First time here today and wow, what a great place. Tucked away safely downtown, this is the best dispensary in Cleveland hands down. Everyone was super nice and professional. Everyone was wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer out, all protocols were being followed. I worry going anywhere these days since I'm at risk, but as soon as I stepped in the door I felt extremely comfortable. First time registration is a breeze. It's beautiful inside. Everything is laid out to see. Brian Adams helped me out and he was super nice and give that man a raise. I look forward to coming back! Thank you guys!

Quiet, convenient location. Located in an industrial area in downtown, last exit before Dead Man's curve. The staff is very personable and helpful. I haven't encountered anyone here that put me off or wasn't friendly and knowledgeable. Vince and Zach are great in the front and the guys in the back are awesome. My fave place by far and they always have something in stock that I need.

Yes!!! This place made it so very easy to walk right in do all your checks order everything you need then you get taken back and someone greets you the moment you hit the door. You can ask a million questions cuz they have a million and one answers. I've been to other dispensaries I know how they all work but this one by far as top notch. Their prices, they have sales and their variety is so big of everything! Stuff I didn't even know existed in Ohio! Really, I am more than thankful that they opened this place up. No one is hanging out on the outside because they're building a spacious enough to accommodate. Thank the stars for Cleveland botanist location. My son can order his medicine online and I can go and pick it up Takes Me 2 seconds. Thank you for being so close to home. I chose this dispensary randomly as it was the closest to hone. I'm usually rewarded if I don't second guess myself and that was true again in this case. The Botonist is a beautiful place with a very friendly staff. Professional, quick, and beautiful. The exterior of the building is nondescript in-line with the surrounding neighborhood. Once inside the external lobby is also nondescript but nice. Once inside, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a nice selection with offerings that change daily.

The location is great, just outside the downtown area, this is a close as you can get to public square while still having a place to park right outside. So let's see what the best things to have in a dispensary are: Selection, Customer Service, and possibly discounts. I have to say Botanist has all three. Unfortunately I do have one major issue....I live over a half hour away and can't get out there much. If Botanist keeps its current attitude and options this will be a great place for years to come. I've been to a dispensary that doesn't have the care for the patient, and the Botanist was a pleasant surprise after that.
